Mc Mahon's House of Flowers is an incredible and thoughtful flower shop. Whatever the clients needs they are able to find a way to achieve them. The events that we have done together are incredible and they always make sure that everything is the way that it was requested, and when necessary they make those needed changes. We've heard numerous compliments about their service and can't wait to work with them again.

Mother's Day floral arrangement NOT as in picture when ordering. Roses wilting and losing petals on delivery. Attempted to call store to report poor product but no answer and not able to leave a message. Very poor service and will not use this store again.

I ordered flowers for someone with only three hours notice. I called McMahon's to say that I understood if they would be delivered the next day - after all, three hours is not a lot of notice for any florist, let alone one that delivers. Lo and behold, the flowers arrived to my friend on time anyway, and she absolutely loved them. What great customer service! Thank you, McMahon's House of Flowers. :)

This place has been a blessing. Since living in Kingston, every girl I have ever seen has received flowers from here. The flowers are always in amazing shape, and even when buying a single rose it is garnished to look beautiful. Rob has impeccable taste! He did our wedding party flowers over the weekend (July 6th), and they were some of the most elegant I have seen. I highly recommend you go in for a consultation and allow Rob to guide you in your choice. We gave him a few preferences for flowers and colour, but he came up with the arrangements, and we were far from disappointed. I only wish my bridal bouquet (an elegant collection of eggplant and burgundy blooms, plus my favourite touch of dark purple calla lilies) would last forever. I highly recommend working with McMahon's!

Really great customer service! Had some congratulatory flowers sent for a friend and they were fantastic. I had some questions when ordering online, and when I called, they worked through the whole process with me over the phone to ensure I was sending exactly what I had in mind. Friendly, efficient, thoughtful, excellent communication. When the recipient wasn't home to accept the flowers, they called me right away to find a solution (which ended up being a second delivery attempt the following day when I knew the recipient would be home). Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. :)

I missed the phone calls from the delivery guy and Robert delivered the flowers to me himself after he closed up for the day - he even had to loop around a second time, because I also missed his first call. McMahon's is a florist that will go out of their way for excellent customer service! Would highly recommend :)

So absolutely upset. Ordered a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. I've been calling for hours, with no answer. She sent me a picture of what she got and it's nothing like pictured on the website. Half of the flowers are wilted, and stems are broken. I feel completely ripped off.

My mom wanted to send me flowers for my Anniversary. She went through Canada Flowers and came up with this florist. The Flowers arrived late at night. They did not at all look like what my mom had ordered. Got a phone call at 10:30 at night from florist. They called the next day and I explained what poor service and flowers I received. I got no apology or can I replace them, I got an excuse. and this morning flowers are wilted. Don't take a contracted order if you cannot fulfill them.

Amazing guy who runs the place, definitely deserves your business! I went in once and asked him for advice on taking care of a tree I received as a house warming gift from elsewhere Kingston (because I live a block away from the store). Even though I didn't buy the tree from him he suggested I bring it in - he then gave a ton of helpful advice that I never would have learned from the internet, and even refused cash afterwards as a thank you. Incredibly knowledgable, generous and very nice, I will only get plants here now.

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday. I received a phone call after because one flower had to be substituted for a different flower and then end result was even MORE beautiful than I could have imagined. There is such an artistry to floral arrangements and this shop has experts! The colours, the quality of the flowers, the scent, the arrangement, customer service and delivery service were all 10/10. Will absolutely use again and recommend to all!!
