I am honestly really disappointed to write this review but I am still absolutely shocked with my experience here yesterday. This store shares a space with the Plant Shelf, where I have been waiting to visit for the first time in two months due to lockdown. So my friend and I went to visit and realized that there was also a flower studio there, she was very excited to buy flowers from this shop, so we waited outside until another customer was done shopping, once both stores were empty we were about to head in when the woman working at LSP Designs told us there was a 1 person capacity limit, as in one person could be at the plant self and 1 at the flower shop, I thought, thats perfect because I wanted to buy from plant shelf, and she wanted to buy from LSP Designs. However, when we went to walk in the woman working at LSP stopped us and said "no only one", I replied thats fine my friend wants to shop with you, and I want to shop at Plant Shelf, she began rolling her eyes and said we could only come if we were actually going to buy something. I looked at her puzzled, and she began sighing and rolling her eyes at us again as said "really girls? I have customers that want to come to you know". There was no one waiting outside behind us, and my friend truly wanted to buy from her store. I said "Im not lying to you she wanted to buy some flowers from you", again she rolls her eyes and says "okay whatever then, come in I guess" again with a sigh. I just decided to leave because at that point the attitude she was giving me did not make me feel safe there, I am really disappointed to say the least. This is not hate to Plant Shelf though, I feel bad because I was trying to support local, but the women working at LSP not only lost a sale for herself, but also for Plant Shelf. I have never experienced this type of negativity in Portsmouth Village :( I went to Pam's flower garden instead and had a great experience where my friend and I bought flowers as well as house plants! I strongly encourage people to go there for their flowers instead, a great selection and positive vibes all around!

Leanne created beautiful florals for our wedding a few weeks ago. Her designs were incredibly lush and beautiful, and completely made the decor. Extremely friendly and easy to work with, and knowledgable about what kinds of flowers work for different elements, seasons weather, and how to make them lest for the whole event. We are so glad we went with LSP, and can't wait to see what they do for our big event next year!

Whenever we buy flowers for my mom or grandma we order them from LSP. Leanne has such great taste and skills when it comes to creating floral arrangements. Leanne also had a very special role in my wedding day, she didn’t do any of the floral arrangements herself, but she shared her knowledge with my Mom and sister and ordered all the flowers so they could make my centrepieces for the big day. This was Leanne’s own idea and it meant so much to me. Not only was I able to have her involved, but the arrangements at my wedding were beautiful and made by my family.

Leanne provided non-traditional monstera arrangements for our wedding - they were perfect! She knew that I was working within a budget, and she stuck to it. She communicated with me throughout the process of choosing arrangements, and even made a mock arrangement for us since we were overseas.
