Amazing! Very accommodating, and impeccable service. I live in Toronto and was trying to send flowers to a love one in Kingston. After calling 8 different florist in Kingston, who all could not take debit visa or paypal online or over the phone, In Bloom was able to send flowers via e-transfer. The flowers were stunning and delivered within 2.5 hours of making the order! I will be back and recommend In Bloom to everyone!

Martha and her staff have been great. I think I first met Martha when I started high school (possibly before) in the early 2000's. Great products that haven't died quickly. They have always made great arrangements and worked with me (us). In Bloom did the flowers for my wedding, as well as every other occasion I have needed flowers. In some cases, that means 2 hours of driving to get to their shop because I know I can depend on them and rely on the products they make/sell. I have never been disappointed, not once, not even a little.

The website was easy to explore. There were different bouquets and sizes to preview before ordering. The bouquet was ready for pick up within a few hours. Parking was easy and close to the store. The arrangement was placed in a lovely shaped vase, ready for presentation. The flowers were fragrant and gorgeous, and it was well received.

The first woman I spoke to was nice and friendly, but they didn't tell me about the 8$ delivery charge to a location up the street. The second woman was very rude. This doesn't seem like the original owners of this business. I would contact someone else.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday this past week. The flowers were delivered on time but the bouquet was quite small for the price. I called (In Bloom Kingston) to voice my displeasure. This resulted in a callback from the owner, had a pleasant and meaningful discussion, and a new bouquet was created and delivered to my mother the next day. Beautiful (both arrangements) flowers. In Bloom corrected their mistake and my mother is quite happy. I would recommend and would shop again at In Bloom Kingston. Thx Andy

I sent flowers for my daughter's 21st birthday. In Bloom has a great website that is easy to navigate. In Bloom created a wonderful arrangement and the staff seemed just as excited to put a arrangement together that would be perfect for a 21st birthday delivery as I was to send them. I usually drop $75 in this store for my wife's birthday and about $500 for flowers for work functions. I'll be changing this practice after an experience I had there Monday 8 Sept. They advertise that they sell city of Kingston garbage tickets. You can only buy them in strips of 4 and pay cash..I only needed two and only had $4 - which is no problem. The problem was, the absolute disdain the lady at the desk had while informing me of this. Sorry I had my gym gear on and looked..umm ..poor, I guess. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Customer service training is required. It's a flower shop in a plaza, don't let your staff get elitist.
