The employees there work to meet the creative and unique designs that their clients are asking for. Their bouquets are beautiful and you can see their passion through their work, and we hope to see them again soon.

I discovered Blaney's 20 years ago Today I walked in and purchased a delightful tied bouquet. Daisies, mini pink carnations, astelmaria (sp?) and lovely greens. My puppy Wolfie was welcomed. Something for everyone wanting to lift spirits during Covid.

I just got off the phone with blaineys and I’m really disappointed with the phone service, I live in Cornwall I’m trying to order my mom some flowers in Kingston. And I sadly had my wallet stolen 2 days ago so I was using my partners credit card. I couldn’t find the card immediately and I was told to hang up and call back when I found it. So when I called back literally 30 seconds later The women on the phone was very short and once I said it was my partners card she asked me to read the information 3 times, asked to speak to my partner for their permission and then said “okay I’ll place the order if the card goes through” and hung up the phone. I understand I’m placing a late order but to be that short and rude was very very unneeded. I’m unsure if the order was need placed since the women hung up on me. Don’t think I’ll be using this service again.

I had an excellent experience with Blaneys. The person I spoke to on the phone to order the flowers was very pleasant. The arrangement was large and beautiful - bigger than I expected for the price I paid. Great value. The recipient of the flowers was over the moon with excitement. I'd be happy to purchase flowers from here again in the future.

In my experience over the last 15 years Blaney's have been responsive creative an absolutely depnedable. Marilyn and Paul are experts they know exactly what would be right for every occasion. I love flowers could not put together a bouquet or arrangement to save my life so having Marilyn and Paul having a free hand has never ever disappointed me. All the friends form over seas and my children use them to send me flowers as they know Marilyn and Paul will know just the think.

I had gone to Blaney's Flowers in the past when I was shopping around for flowers for my wedding and was not impressed by the unfriendly service I was receiving. I felt I was a bother to them, so I never went back. Recently due to their location I needed to order a wrist corsage and boutonniere for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I had ordered it on the Monday and wanted it ready for pick up on that Friday at 1pm. I was assured it would be completed and ready for pick up. It wasn't any exotic flower that had to be ordered, just roses and carnations. When my friend went to pick them up, the had no record of the order. My friend had to call me and ask what it was that I ordered, then had to wait while they completed it. When I spoke to them on the phone the reason I got was, we are a little behind. Which doesn't even make sense because they didn't even have my order slip. I did get a call from the florist who did apologize for the order not being ready and was making an adjustment to my MasterCard. It is a very nice gesture, but still very frustrated!

our son is studying in Kingston and due to COVID, alone for Christmas. I called Blaneys and asked if they could send a pointsettia (he loves plants but perhaps not a bouquet of flowers) to brighten his Christmas alone. Marilyn not only delivered but really jazzed it up with ivy, candy canes, red flowers... really went out of her way saying "im a mom, I understand".... this meant the world to me and our son was absolutely delighted. Thank you for brining joy and beauty to a difficult situation.
