I called in to order flowers, they placed me on hold which is fine, but forgot I was there and the girl continued to talk to clients about how drunk she got at the Dynamiters game last night and how hung over she is at the moment, I finally hung up but she left the phone off the hook from when I was on hold , Ive tried calling for over the last hour but it is still off the hook, I just wish kimberley had another flower shop I could order from ( I don't live in town I just wanted to send my mom some flowers)

Love this flower shop. The most beautiful, creative arrangements I have had delivered to a family member. I have sent flowers to many different family all over BC. This shop is the best!

This lovely little store has everything!!! The staff are so kind and the flowers are so beautiful. They are very accomadating in most requests. I have never left there empty handed as there is always new things in store. Keep up the great work!!!!

Absolutely fabulous! I don't live in Kimberley so I couldn't go in to see what I wanted to buy (to have sent). Sue was amazing! I emailed pictures, we discussed and worked for a price in my budget that still got me what I had wanted, and it went out on the same day. I am thrilled with my experience with Flowers Galore and highly recommend them to anyone!
