Ordered the deluxe paradise of flight for mothers day, and the arrangement delivered looks nothing like what was ordered. The arrangement looks like someone blindly stuck a flowers in a vase. To charge $110 for this is a complete joke. Lesson learned, never ordering again. What a dissapointment.

Ordered flowers for my Mom after she had a surgery, they said they were delivered and sent me a notification email saying they had been, yet they were not. Very rude over the phone when I said the flowers had not arrived. I had a good experience with this company in the past so I decided to give them another try three weeks later and thought the flower delivery issue was just a fluke. It was not... My Mother received her flowers and they were somebody else's flowers and the bouquet had been mixed up. The company reassured me they would go and give her the correct flowers the next day when we explained the mistake they made... Did the correct flowers ever get delivered? NOPE. Not ordering from this company EVER again.

I live in the USA and ordered flowers for my Grandma in Winnipeg. I was able to get next day delivery on a Sunday, which was perfect. I went with the Florist's Choice Daily Deal (Deluxe). I did not get to see them but the Grandma review is that they are "Just GORGEOUS" she was very happy to receive them and so I am very happy with the service! Thank you so much.

I live out of province and placed the order on their website at 2 am because I’m a bad child and almost forgot Mother’s Day. Sure enough the order was delivered as requested (same day-received around noon). A day before Mother’s Day; to avoid any delays. Price was a tad steep but it’s expected. Other websites were comparable in price but clearly stated “Mother’s Day deliveries FULLY BOOKED”. Me no gusta... but this site/company was more than willing to fill the order request. Placed order. Mother called. Mother was pleased. Will order again from them in the future. Website bookmarked in faves. Thank you!

My first time experience was looking through reviews and website, impressed by the fact that it's a local business gone online (I enjoy supporting the local businesses), choose an arrangement with a little extra, place the order from the other side of the Continent (actually Europe) and waiting for the delivery after I received the order confirmation. I was concerned as I didn't know what to expect and when the delivery will be made, so I send an email to the staff and they assured me when the flowers will be delivered, very helpful and friendly. I really recommend it, especially (but not only) if your abroad and you want to make a great surprise to someone loved. Thank you guys, it's like I delivered them personally, the arrangement looked very good and you helped me making a great surprise.

Worst delivery service ever! 1st attempt they tried to deliver the flowers but they are unable to because they claim there is no apartment number and buzzcode. It's quite impossible since on delivery instructions I said buzz in at aprtment using our apartment number I even emailed them when I ordered and gave them apartment number since their system did not add the apartment number. 2nd attempt Left the flowers in front of our apartment building. They buzzed in twice I opened the door twice and still left the flowers there. Charged $99 for flowers that is not going to last 30mins and a very bad delivery service. I bought flowers with them back in 2017 and I liked what I got when I picked one up on the store and it was cheaper too. Not buying any flowers from them worst delivery service flowers are not good. I know its pandemic might be cost cutting too but for $ 99,walmart/safeway flowers were way better.

We ordered a $100 bouquet for a funeral service to sit on the table beside the urn. We were sorely disappointed. For one thing, we requested that it be delivered the morning of the service, but they dropped it off at the church the night before, so we were lucky that there was someone there. Half of the flowers (all of the lilies) were still closed and days away from blooming, and the bouquet in general was much smaller than what the website displayed.

Ordered a gift basket for a birthday gift via email, realized I'd asked for delivery the wrong day. Emailed immediately to change to the day before. Got no reply. When I sent another email asking about why my order wasn't delivered and there was some lame excuse given that my email, to change the date ended up in junk mail. SO.... my order email went through and my credit card was charged and the email requesting information as to WHY the order wasn't delivered went through yet the email in the middle asking, for delivery ONE day earlier, went to the junk mail pile!?? Interesting! 80 year old mother, living alone in a pandemic and no birthday basket delivery for her birthday... from a company who sells and deliveres gift baskets!! Was delivered, a day late...

Disappointed. Last year I ordered the standard mother's day Bouquet and it was fine.This year, I ordered the deluxe bouquet hoping to get a nicer arrangement. It was very underwhelming, the standard bouquet we ordered last year was nice than the deluxe bouquet. For 80$, the arrangement we received was not worth it. It looked like they ran out of flowers and assembled the leftovers scraps. I can understand they were overwhelmed with Covid-19. I am giving two stars because they did delivery the flowers on time despite the pandemic.

Flowers were beautiful but some issues with delivery. It was a snowstorm/fridged temperatures so they wouldn’t leave the flowers for the intended recipient at her door without her being home. Dealing with a Winnipeg florist I felt they should have been better prepared for freezing temperatures and plan to leave flowers unclaimed as flower delivery are typically a surprise and the recipient may not always be home. Funny thing the flowers couldn’t be delivered on intended day because recipient wasn’t home but the following day the flowers were left on the step with no notice.

Used them 3 times to get delivery to La Salle with no delivery charge. Tell me now it's too far outside the city and will be charged $25 to travel 8 minutes outside the perimeter. Best online order ever. I had looked up the address of the hospital, but the form filled everything in once I put the name in, including the postal code and phone number. I especially loved the final screen which showed my whole order, including my message, that I could verify everything before I placed the order. I have ordered from Osborne florists several times over the last 8+ years. I have to say that the recipients always contact me to say more than just thank you. I get specific compliments about the arrangement, the quality of the individual flowers and how good they smell (I thought this was weird but some flowers that are mass produced don’t have any smell). I’ve only ordered online. The process is seamless and has been 100% successful in every way every time. I found the prices to be fair and competitive, although I don’t really compare them anymore as Osborne Florists are my go to every time for many different occasions. The website isn’t flashy but it’s effective. I wanted to write this review because sometimes I forget to review the good experiences; often it’s the bad experiences that trigger taking the time to write a review. This a local company that has operating for a long time because of the quality of the flowers, the beautiful arrangements and great customer service!

Disappointing service delivery. Ordered on 20 December for delivery on 23 December, that being my daughter's birthday. Delivered flowers on 26 December. The bouquet itself was inadequate. To be honest it looked liked flowers picked out of a garden and placed in a vase! Nothing special or professional! I ordered the Purple Moon deluxe as is advertised on Osborne Florist website and the picture is what the end result looks like. For a mother who wanted to spoil her child on her birthday, I personally feel that this has been taken away from me - I am heart-sore and angry! And even though my angel still contacted me and thanked me for her flowers, I think Osborne Florist needs to re-address their Guarantee and Delivery Policy as listed on their website.

Just awful. The arrangement was put together terribly. I have pictures. The flowers had been pulled from the vase, as I was putting them back together I noticed how shoddily they had been treated, stems of different sizes. These flowers were butchered and the presentation destroyed.

I was a little nervous hiring a smaller flower shop but I wanted to support a small business, especially since I know the pandemic hit small businesses hard. Orianna and her crew were so accommodating for me, offering me the option of coming to the shop to see the flowers the day before and due to me being so busy I was unable to. they send me the wrong arrangement with the wrong message on my Birthday. I had no idea who the flowers where from and assumed they just messed up the card and had to call and ask. they just laughed it off and told me who sent it. I find out later that the arrangement was totally different from what was ordered and we contacted them to send the proper flowers. they agreed and we arranged for delivery. Again what they sent looks Absolutely NOTHING like what was ordered. I understand that sometimes the exact flowers are not available but the arrangement I received looked pathetic compared to the picture. Costco arrangements look way more premium compared to this at a way cheaper price I'll let you be the judge....

“Mother’s Day Designer Bouquet” was just 3 roses and a few carnations. Flowers were a little wilted too. I almost didn’t want to give it to my mom. Never received a “pick up order is ready” email on Mother’s Day. Couldn’t wait any later and went to the shop to find out. She had my order but said she had trouble contacting me and walked away. I placed my order online and confirmed via email and phone!? Agree with other users they are sneaky in adding a $10 hidden fee that you need to uncheck to opt out!

I am very disappointed with the customer service from Osborne Florist. My son who is overseas ordered flowers for Mother’s Day online on Friday. He thought it would be nice to support a local business. I did not receive my flowers on Mother’s Day till Sunday until 9:41 pm. I was not called or noticed beforehand. In fact my son called around 7pm, disappointed that the flowers never came. My doorbell rang & I was concerned about opening it. I looked out my window & a man was calling my name. I saw he was holding flowers. I opened the doors, he was not wearing a mask!!! He almost through my flowers at me saying he had another 24 more deliveries to go. I was shocked over this. On Tuesday I called the florist & explained what had happened. The woman I spoke to said the manager would call me. Well I never heard from her. My son was quite upset over this. They should not have accepted any more orders if they were over booked . I would recommend never to order from them!!! There are other local florists that would appreciate your business.
