The lady called my home very rudely. Then she persisted to say I cannot deliver this unless they have a four hour window. Which seems pretty strange to me considering it’s a 200+ dollar Valentine’s Day delivery. She was talking to me in a very rude tone and telling me I said the receiver didn’t have a phone. I clearly said she doesn’t have a house phone but she has a cell phone. Whoever is running the phones there is clearly rude and has no professional attitude. I ended up cancelling my order and I will never call this place again.

Don't expect a Receipt for your purchase if you need one. I have emailed requesting a receipt for my purchase, and have received 3 different receipts, NONE of which were for my purchase. In fact the last receipt was from 10 months ago for flowers that were bought FOR me by someone else (he's thrilled that the receipt has been sent to me). I've made email requests and phone requests for a receipt and an not getting a response. Each day I get told to call back the next day and speak to someone else who is never in the next day when I call. Each time the next person tells me there is nothing they can do. This place does not cater to customers at all. Order elsewhere.

Be aware the companies affiliated with Grower's Direct will NOT deliver your flowers unless they speak to the home owner and confirm they will be there at a certain time to accept your flowers. If you have a loved one who is going through a difficult time, it is inappropriate to ask them to ensure they are home at XX time as accepting a flower delivery may be the last thing on their mind. Sometimes you just want to send a surprise to brighten up someones day without inconveniencing them. The flowers I ordered weeks ago were supposed to be delivered on Saturday and it is now Tuesday and still have not been delivered unbeknownst to me. They finally called me today, 3 days later to tell me they have not been delivered. If delivery of flowers on time (Birthday, Sympathy) to the address you specified is of importance, I would suggest using a different company to ensure they are delivered.

Beautiful pieces. My boyfriend bought me a corsage for my graduation last year and it was absoloutely beautiful, and stayed beautiful all day and night. It had the most beautiful details and pedal arrangements, i wish i could’ve kept it forever.

Great flowers, terrible service. I ordered my wife a bouquet of roses while i was away on business and they thought it was a good idea to call her and arrange the delivery. Im pretty sure every guy ordering delivered flowers is doing it as a surprise. So now that she knew about it, I had her pick them up to save the delivery fee (15$). They wouldnt refund the fee but added 6 roses to the bouquet instead. Ruined my 135$ surprise.

If I could give you ZERO stars I would! This store took $160 from my cousin for flowers for our uncle's funeral. Not only did they NOT DELIVER THEM they refuse to return her money! How disgusting! This is the second time I have personally had a bad experience with them. They delivered a nearly dead bouquet to my grandmother's funeral in 2015, and the person who ordered them returned them, and had a new one made! I guess they think dead people won't notice! Bad form!

always very happy with the service they provide. They were the first florist to offer me a bird of paradise "with the greens" which they charged me $4 extra for but it was a very nice display. Reccomend to anyone looking for a chill low pressure flower buying experience. Not the best visual display, but a really good selection if you just talk to them on the phone and ask what they got.

I had my worst experience of customer service today. I wasn't asked how I wanted my flowers wrapped. The lady assumed I wanted them in a vase. I didn't want them wrapped that way as it was 15 dollars more. When I told her this, she was irate and extremely angry. She was unwilling to change the packaging. I had to really stand my ground and tell her my preferences over and over before she very unwillingly went to put them in paper instead. Customer service is about giving the customer what they want and not throwing a tantrum because of a misunderstanding. I won't be coming back again. August 5, 3:40pm.

Beautiful Wreath Cross made here for my grandfather's sudden passing a few weeks ago. Ordered a wreath on short notice and they produced a wonderful wreath with fresh, beautiful, white and red flowers! My family was very impressed with the work and it made the day a bit better to see this wonderful creation. I definitely have nice things to say about this place and will keep them in my thoughts always. Thanks for the wonderful display!

I recently ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and Heather was great to deal with. She was friendly on the phone and a pleasure to work with. I gave her 2 examples of bouquets, and she was able to add her twist to make the perfect arrangement with rich fall colours and it’s beautiful. Delivery was quick and easy and the delivery guy wore a mask to her door. I highly recommend working with Heather and won’t hesitate next time I need flowers delivered!

Not sure why this place has such a low rating. I have used them several times in the past. My wife always says the flowers are beautiful. My info is kept on file and makes ordering flowers easy.

I custom ordered a Christmas arrangement when I went to pick it up I noticed some of the flowers were not fresh i asked them to replace them paid 100$ for the arrangement and said i would come back to pick it up . When I picked it up it was all wrapped up. Get it home unwrap it and I noticed some of the flowers were falling apart. It lasted 2 days and it died. I called to complain about it the manager said she wanted pictures so I got them went to show her she was not there and the other lady refused to do anything about it. I do not recommend anyone get flowers from here as they are not fresh and do not last uplus there customer service is really poor also the store was very dirty that should of been a sign to not buy from there.

Ordered the Amazing Grace arrangement, Heather called to let me know the colour of the roses were not available, I left it in her hands to pick out the colours. The arrangement was amazing & the recipient was overjoyed. Anyone that has come over to express their condolences can’t believe how beautiful it is & the beautiful aroma. Thanks again.
