I don't order flowers often, but have been using Dragonfly for the past year or so. I've only got to see a couple of the arrangements, and they've been spectacular. The ONLY florist for me. One thing that would be cool is if you guys could send a picture of the arrangement to us buyers so we get to enjoy them virtually.

I couldn't believe how beautiful both Valentines arrangements that I purchased from Dragonfly Flowers were. I was skeptical about buying them, looking at their online photos of their different arrangements. The wide variety of photos made the flowers look fantastic but I was wary that they may not look as good in real life. (kind of like the photos on the front of boxes of food. How they make the finished product look so appealing but after you open the box or cook the product it looks nothing like the picture on the box) These flowers looked even BETTER than the ones on their online photo gallery! Buffie was more than accommodating on the phone and her husband Duane handled all of my online purchase questions in a very courteous and professional manner (especially that busy time of week leading up to Valentines Day) I will purchase all of my floral needs from Dragonfly Flowers from here on in! Oh Man, I spent 10 mins outside waiting because of 2 max customer capacity then send me inside their cooler room and waited about a min for somebody to help me..funny moment ???? but other than that customer service is awesome friendly staff ????

I had an exceptional experience using this floral shop during a difficult time. From the USA, I called in my order for the Vibrant Floral Expression sympathy standing spray with banner. The customer service provided is superior and prices are responsible. When I walked into the memorial service in Winnipeg, Canada, my expectations were exceeded by the very impressive arrangement and banner. Highly recommend this florist and they will be my florist of choice in the Winnipeg area.

I ordered from the US where I live to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend in Canada. The white orchids I selected weren't available as they didn't meet Dragonfly's high standards and they immediately offered me a choice of waiting until Thursday for the next shipment, or sending yellow orchids instead. I went with the yellow orchids and couldn't be more pleased. The staff was very courteous and really helped me out. The flowers arrived when they stated and my girlfriend (and the all-female staff at her office) were very impressed. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

A month later my mi called to say the DF arrangement lasted longer than any other and she loves the vase they came in too! We live in BC. We are from Winnipeg. We needed to send flowers because my husbands best friend lost his father. The man was like a second dad to my husband. We chose an arrangement online. It was sold out of the crystal cross that was in the arrangement. The staff phoned us the next day and were very helpful and extremely nice. They helped us chose a new arrangement. Because time was an issue, they didn't get a chance to show the special order they did to us online. They did a custom arrangement and sent it off. We asked for very specific flowers, religious and cultural reasons, and our friends were so overwhelmed with the beauty and size of the arrangement. We are very grateful we used dragonfly flowers. Do NOT like shopping online. Or paying for something we can't see first. But we took a leap of faith and said do what you think is best for the money. They will be our go to flower shop from now on and cannot reccomend them highly enough. They were a little bit of light in a very dark time. Thank you

Dragonfly Flowers came to my rescue when I needed to get last minute flowers delivered to a funeral service being held in Winnipeg. Calling from Vancouver, I was told my numerous flower vendors that my timeline was too short. I needed the flowers delivered for 1:00 p.m. and it was already 11:00 a.m. in Winnipeg. When I finally spoke to Buffie at Dragonfly Flowers, she admitted it would be a challenge, but one she accepted with a positive "can do" attitude and professionalism. She got the flowers delivered on time and it was very much appreciated! Dragonfly Flowers went above and beyond to get this done for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was very disappointed with my purchase. The arrangement I received is nothing like what is pictured on the website. It is MUCH smaller than what is shown, even though I ordered the deluxe size. They flowers are all cut the same height similar to a grocery store bouquet. The design and colors were nothing like what you see depicted on the site and they used a very different vase. Very disappointing purchase indeed.

I have had many occasions to order flowers from my home on the West Coast for delivery in Winnipeg. I have used quite a few different florists, each time being disappointed that the flowers delivered look NOTHING like in the photo. I understand that it can't always be exact, but it was always so disappointing. I was ready to just give up. When I received a photo email from my Dad of the flowers I sent to my Mom from DRAGONFLY FLORISTS in Winnipeg, I was not only pleased, I was overjoyed! They looked better than the photo, and that is a FIRST for me!!! They looked so great I could almost smell their fresh, spring fragrance from here!
