I walked in on the 24th of December to see if they had any centerpieces available. They did not have any made but stated that they could have one made for me in a couple of hours. I came back to pick up and must say that it was absolutely gorgeous!! Such a professional business and wonderful people will definitely go back and purchase from them again! Thank you from Dan.

Received an arrangement from Cosmopolitan as a compensation from Teleflora. The blooms are beautiful, but the whole package smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke - to the point I had to wash my hands after unwrapping them. I would suggest they look at hiring other delivery drivers, as this was most off-putting.

We used Cosmopolitan florists for our Wedding bouquets and boutineers. They turned out absolutely gorgeous. They were very reasonably priced, easy to deal with. Astrid is super sweet. They're a down home kind of business which I love. They don't treat you like a number. Always busy (sign of a healthy business) They are accommodating - professional. They added my own brooches to the flowers to give it an extra special touch. I couldn't ask for a more lovely and well put together arrangement. Really made my wedding day special! I won't hesitate to use her again - for ALL my flower needs.

A wonderful spot to buy houseplants or bouquets. The woman who runs the place is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and clearly loves plants. She would never sell you an unhealthy plant and gives good tips on keeping your plants healthy. The flowers my husband bought for my anniversary were absolutely gorgeous and lasted for three weeks.

Stopped in there this afternoon to try and get some flowers for the wife. The one lady approaches me asking me what kind would I like, budget and so fourth. I then explained and budget and a voice from the lady in the back abruptly speaks up agreeing she could do what I asked for, and i even stated im in no rush I can't wait. She then continues to pursue my purchase, while the lady in the back pipes up again all snickedy and rude stating she has no time to do it and whatever else excuse she had. I then said I'll go find another florist who'll appreciate my buisness. So which I did, especially at such an indecicive time of year to be so rude to a paying customer. I don't ever recommend such a business. Valley florists down over the redwood bridge are much more appreciated and welcoming then these ignorant ladies.

I order flowers for my wife because I am away and they did a very beautiful arrangement. When they deliver to are house they made sure someone was home and explained to my wife how to take care of them. I have ordered from other big name places and they really dont take the time and I have had flowers left on are door step in winter from the big name florist. So I recommend Cosmopolitan Florists , support local businesses.

I used Cosmopolitan for my wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful!! I met with Astrid and she was so helpful and reminded me of details I would have never though of on my own. Eg. bouquet or basket for the flower girl, flowers or petals for the cake. I had a vision of wheat and roses and they absolutely nailed it. Very reasonably priced as well compared to other flower shops in the city. Excellent customer service and a lot of attention to detail. The flowers are still doing well and it's been a week since the wedding! Lots of complements on the arrangements from guests too.
