And the prices are low. The manager of the company helped me to decide on the appearance and design of the bouquet. A bouquet was made from a dozen red roses. SCAM. Don't bother with Bloomex. I paid extra to have it delivered in the morning, but it came way later in the day. The pictures online look nothing like the flowers you receive, regardless if you purchase the "supersize" or not. It was honestly embarrassing to gift it to my mother. This was my first and last order with Bloomex. They're refusing to refund any part or my order, so save your money and and look elsewhere.

I did appreciate the ease of ordering and adding on. However, after some quick research I came to learn that the flowers you are getting vs what you are ordering is significantly different. So they wanted to impose a $25 cancellation fee. There is no where in the order process that states I have to agree to the terms and conditions. It only states it somewhere else in their policies. They reluctantly refunded the cancellation fee also. So I will give them that. Safe the time, and hassle. Order from a local flower shop around the corner. Even if you DO have to spend a bit more,

I dont normally add many reviews but I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product offered by Bloomex. To start, the order was not delivered on the date specified. I placed my order on Friday morning, for delivery the following day (Saturday the day before mother’s day). It did not arrive until Monday! 2 days late. I was not contacted about the issue, despite having sent an email asking of their whereabouts. When the flowers did arrive at my Mother’s they were in a truly unacceptable condition. My mother said it looked as if the flowers had been stored in the Purolater truck for the weekend. They were delivered by purolater, wilted with rotten spots and generally in a sad state. The happy Mother’s day message was not on a little note card but printed on the back of a receipt with a 15% off coupon. I chose Bloomex as it was among the first listings after searching the Internet for “flower delivery Steinbach Manitoba.” I understand the bouquet is not going to look exactly like the advertised photo but this was certainly not acceptable considering the cost. Also, If the flowers couldn’t be delivered on time I should have been contacted. I requested a refund for the condition of the flowers, on top of them being 2 days late arriving. When I finally received a reply I was offered credit or another bouquet. Truly disappointing and embarrassing to say the least. I’ve had much better service with teleflora. I will not order with bloomex again.

Terrible. Terrible company. Their options for non delivery are - store credit - pick up your own order from their courier's warehouse. No one calls to clarify address even when contact number is provided. No refunds. No compensation for their complete lack of competence , except credit that forces you to work with them again. In the age where online competence is crucial, they fail because of questionable work ethics/ policies. Had to upgrade for delivery on a later date with additional flowers just because I don't want any credit which forces me to deal with them over another order. Heres hoping that they won't mess up next Tuesday. At which point I might have to forego my money just to keep my mental wellbeing.

Kinda disappointed with what was delivered vs what the picture on the site looked like. The picture had an array of bows and pine cones. The actual had none. The baskets were all together different and the roots were showing so the soil needed a top up. Customer service was not helpful in regards to delivery or status. The planter was still delivered and the poinsettia was nice but overall disappointed. Merry Christmas no less

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister's 40th birthday, they arrived two days after scheduled delivery & when they arrived the flowers were all completely dead, all the petals fell off. There was no vase as it showed in the order and the flowers were all nothing that I had paid for. Was "supposed" to get an upgrade as they were two days late delivering but clearly the upgrade does not exist. I cannot get through to anyone to get a refund. Message just keeps saying all representatives are busy. Have left a message but I am sure no one will call back and the on line computer chat said they can't help. HORRIBLE.

Confirmation#3282136 On 2021-06-16 at 11:40AM I ordered the following product with adding the SUPERSIZE option for the extra $10 fee (viewed in first picture from website). With the expectation that the exact same product / similar to equal product would be delivered. Unfortunately what was delivered was dead flowers to it being all wrong, it was the most disappointing flower arrangement I have ever seen. After communicating with them over phone as well as email I was told that “according to the fine print” which states that “if unable to deliver expected arrangement equal value flowers will be used in replacement.” As you can tell from the photo of the flower bouquet which arrived (As seen in photo #2) It was absolutely not EQUAL VALUE to what i ordered. No refund was offered, and no apology was given. I would never recommend ordering from this company, who clearly have no respect for the product they sell of their customer service skills. Worst Experience of Flower Arrangements I have ever experienced in Winnipeg.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER! Ordered sympathy flowers for a family, flowers arrived frozen from another province - dropped off by purolator. Cheap flowers sent, nothing like what was ordered. They made grieving family send in pics of frozen dead flowers but never issued a refund. never answer customer service calls and emails, refuse a refund. This company should be shut down!!!!!!! Such a horrible experience. I have a friend who lost a family member and I wanted to send flowers. I ordered them online on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, the status email was sent and I received one for "ordered" and one for "confirmed" then they just never showed up and no answer from the company. I went on the live chat three times and received automated messages and no help, I called six times and received a voicemail every time and I have yet to receive an email response from the 4 emails I have sent from the company stating why they haven't delivered the flowers. Bloomex: Your last resort for flowers. On Feb 19th, I ordered a bouquet for my boyfriend. On Feb 20th, my order was automatically flagged as possible fraud for no reason. On Feb 21st, I spend my day trying to contact Bloomex which was super difficult. Once contacted support, they verified my identity and assured me that my order has processed and will be delivered. On Feb 22nd, I got an email saying my order was fully refunded. I then spent a lot of time contacting their customer service until I finally gave up and emailed them, stating the same as I did above. Instead of emailing me back and discussing the situation as a professional company, they instead decided to block me from their email and service all together. This company is nothing but garbage. Thanks Bloomex, for absolutely nothing.

Damaged flowers. When you pay $60 for some flowers you would expect them to look like the picture they used to sell them to me. The person who got them mentioned the damage so it was obviously an issue. I emailed Bloomex and sent them the images. BUYER BEWARE!!! Two years in a row my daughter sent me flowers for Mother's day from this company and both times they didn't show up on time. She paid EXTRA for this! This year, the flowers sat in the shipping box for 4 days (May 12 - 15th) before I received them. If that wasn't enough, the flowers weren't the one's my daughter ordered. Good luck getting anyone to answer on the number they provide, never mind a call back. Absolute worst customer service! Not one person called me back! You are forced to deal with them online and that's another joke! Having done so, I was told the manager would contact me and I never heard from them. I called and left 2 messages for Lisa at Wpg Bloomex and still no one called me. It took several days for my daughter to manage to get a hold of anyone and sort out the issue. In the end, Bloomex wouldn't refund her money as they should if they valued their customers, but they don't. Instead, she was forced to accept another delivery of flowers and trust me they were pathetic looking (blooms already on their way out) and nothing like they should have been all things considered. SHAME ON YOU BLOOMEX!!! I agree with other reviews a HUGE SCAM! Don't waste your money!!

Our order was delivered 10 days after our dad’s birthday even though we ordered well in advance. Tracking number was wrong so could not locate the order. If you need customer service and call them, they hang up. Live chat help is automated. Email to them is useless. It’s impossible to get a human being to help you. Notice that the same automated response appears on this thread. Same for all complaints across Canada.

I am kind of disappointed. I ordered flowers to be delivered in a different city and what was received was completely different than the picture. In the picture, the color combo was completely different to the one that was offered on the website, the one that was received didn't have a nice color sequence to match that would make it look put together. There was 2 roses when there were to be 3. The arrangement that was put together was no where near the quality of flowers that were shown in the picture. I feel the money I spent was not equivalent to the bouquet that was received. I hope if I choose to order from here again, a better selection of quality equivalence will be chose and the color scheme will match. As you can see in the photos.

I ordered flowers yesterday, for a family who had just lost a baby, and it is obviously a very sensitive situation, and tragic time. I found this florist in the area where they live, and the price was very reasonable, even with delivery. The only issue I have is that the flowers are not exactly as advertised. The flowers received were pretty, and brought a smile to the face of this lovely lady receiving them, but it would be better if there was a clause that stated "arrangements may be substituted". Also, the price I first saw, and was charged, was lower than the price I found listed 5 minutes later. A little confusing, but these flowers received are very pretty too. So it's all good, just not exactly as advertised. Thank you Bloomex for a quick delivery, and providing affordable flowers.

Completely different arrangement than what I ordered. Paid for express delivery, arrived two days later. Sent an email to only express my disappointment in the flowers and service after I saw them a few days later. This was their response: "We are sorry to hear that the order did not meet your expectations. According to our policy, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality up to 3 days following the delivery date."

I recently ordered flowers from this service and required a simple and quick change to my order (I put the wrong name on the card). I sent the request minutes after ordering once I realized my mistake. I received an e-mail the following day advising me that they could not make this change due to high volume. The flowers then ended up being two days late (I paid extra for delivery on mothers day) and they were completely the wrong flowers, not even similar. Its now been several weeks since mothers day and they have yet to respond. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and got my money back. I placed an order with Florist.Ca but then received confirmation from Bloomex instead. Was hesitant based on what I’d heard from others but decided to give it a shot. My order was confirmed - delivery for Dec 23 but it never arrived. I tried calling no answer. Left voicemail messages- unreturned. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone today and he said the order is being prepared And « should be » delivered soon. I don’t want a Christmas (2 actually ) tree and bouquet to go to my Grandmother now. I was told I can’t cancel or get any sort of refund That was not in my confirmation email. Generally Bloomex offers frictionless online floral transactions and package deliveries. They are transparent on where the flowers are coming from and in many cases showcase the farmers you are supporting with your order. They offer are seasonal in nature and reflect conscientious and environmentally friendly growing practices.Over the last 2 years I have had issues with a few delivery (delayed 3 days) and the correct bouquet. In every case, a call or email to Bloomex customer service either solved the problem and made it right.

Package was securely packaged without excess or wasteful material, all of which could be recycled. Flowers were of the highest quality with little to no visible damage. Added bonus is that the flowers lasted over a week. Great experience overall for a trial run of this service provider.

I ordered the "supersized" arrangement. The arrangement sent was less than half the size pictured on the website, you can count the flowers-it's easy. One candle in stead of two. Absolutely not as pictured. response from Bloomex is that THEY were satisfied with the arrangement and there's nothing I can do about it. I reported them to the Alberta BBB, stopped payment on my credit and posted pictures on social media to get the word out about their terrible service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Bloomex is a SCAM!! Never order from here! I was angry for a long time after they ruined my relatives funeral for me after sending me the most pathetic flowers. Customer service is awful if you can even get through to speak to someone. I almost filed a complaint with the city’s fraudulent goods and services department. And a journalist called me to discuss my awful experience because they were gathering evidence for a expose story. I can’t wait for the day this company is shut down. They 100% deserve it.

Here is their response even though the focus should have been on the flowers and not on the vase. Don't care about the vase. if they didn't have the stock, they should have reached out to me, as I would have picked out a different arrangement. " we were sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. While we understand the importance of having the selected arrangement delivered as described, unfortunately, certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation. Placed my order at 11am. Their site states any order received by 1pm will be guaranteed same day delivery. Received an email that the courier can not deliver today. Tried to reach customer service MULTIPLE times. Both by phone, email, and their live chat. After I told them of the problem, people stopped responding. No one has taken the time to look into this matter, let alone fix it for me. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for over 6 minutes before finally giving up. Absolutely by far the WORST customer service I have ever received. There is no one to talk to for support, no one that is willing to help. How can such a company that claims to be "Canada's Florist" not have any reputable customer service? Absolutely disgusted at this point and will never place another with them.

Terrible service. Ordered flowers for mother's day, the flowers came 2 days earlier and ruined the surprise. Additionally the wrong flower arrangement was sent. Lastly, the arrangement that was sent was near the end of it's life. After mother's day a filed a complaint online and the response I got that "there is a delay due to covid and that my arrangement will arrive shortly" Sadly the arrangement never came and I was told that I can't ask for a refund anymore because it's been more than 3 days. Even though all the images have time stamps on them. I attached a few images. One image of what I thought I was buying and the other 3 images is what my mama ended up receiving. I'm not big on writing reviews, specially not negative ones, but I don't want someone to go through a similar experience. I would strongly advise going elsewhere.

Welp, hate to do it and complain but I feel compelled to let anyone know that at this point, please avoid this company at all costs... Terrible customer service. Ordered flowers well in advance of Valentines day, NEVER GOT DELIVERED. I tried to be proactive about the situation and contact them to let them know that their delivery window had passed between 9am - 6pm on the day of the scheduled delivery but they simply ignored it saying "its on its way" and to contact them after 6pm. I contacted them after 6pm and they said "well it will be delivered for sure." I've been trying to get some answers for this for 2 days and total lack of transparency or responsiveness on the matter. To simply put, they took my money and gave me nothing in return. I feel like I've been robbed here. Their agents on live chat or on the phone call are not empowered to provide to offer any resolution on the matter other than "someone will be contacting you within 24 hours." Based on the phone agent's advice, I let 24 hours pass, no one contacts me, I call them again the next day... same answer "someone will contact me within 24 hours". These guys simply took my money and have failed at every support avenue to provide any real resolution to the problem. not even sure if I'm going to receive the flowers as a re-delivery or be offered a refund at this point....but as it stands right now, they took my money and when I broached the subject of a refund the live chat agent told me "all deliveries for holidays are final sale" but I didn't order flowers during a holiday.....so basically they've taken my money and have provided no service in return. After spending several hundreds of dollars with this company over the last few years I simply cannot recommend them any further due to their lack of actual support when an order goes wrong. Terrible customer service experience. What's hilarious about all of this is as you can see, a representative can reply to a terrible review I've written within hours of me posting it publicly but can't even respond to the actual inquiries I've sent about my order.... This company is a joke.

Even if the facility is locked (like condos etc.) they do a good job of ensuring it is delivered. The amount of time I spent on the phone trying to get the lady to spell the correct information.... asked for a morning delivery which happens between 9am -12pm said I would get a call or confirmation email after the delivery was made.... that never happened not to mention they failed to email me a confirmation of a my purchase. They did how ever have no problem charging my card. With that being said after calling about 3 times to inquire about my order I had made 2 days prior to needing it they were nothing but rude and unprofessional with me, could not refund me as they had a policy..and only wanted to give me the difference of morning to afternoon shipping ($4). Finally got tracking on my package NO WHERE NEAR ME OR THE LOCATION I NEEDED IT. So all in all they took my money, had no care to even deliver the flowers. Needless to say this company is completely useless. Nothing but a headache. Sad you treat customers this way when these flowers could possibly be a funeral arrangement....or something for sympathy. We had a horrible experience with Bloomex delivery and customer service and could never recommend them to anyone. If I could I would give zero stars. I ordered a "deluxe" size flower bouquet with a vase as an anniversary gift to my wife and I had specifically asked the customer service to change lilies to some other non poisonous flowers because we have cats that might eat them and I was told that this will be done. First of all the bouquet was tiny compared to the advertisement picture and I even ordered the largest "deluxe" size (see the pictures of what is advertised and what you get). Secondly the order was missing the vase I ordered and payed for. Thirdly the bouquet had lilies contradictory to what was asked for and promised. We did not immediately notice lilies as they were still unopened buds and we did not realize this before our cat already had a bite from one of the leafs. Lilies being extrimely poisonous to cats, this led to a $1000 visit to animal emergency and our cat spending 3 days in IV. She luckily survived. The ridiculous part is that I have now sent already 2 emails asking for apology and refund of the completely messed up order and I have not received even an apology from their "wecare@..." email address that their customer service gave me. Obviously they could not care less! I really recommend everybody to avoid this company! EDIT: I sent a email to your customer service address and it has been been 4 days now without any replies. This is religious. EDIT#2: I really do not know if I should laugh or cry with their customer service. Their offer to credit the messed up order (that came only after this review) was more of an insult that apology. I originally paid $86.21 for the original order and after 10+ emails and 3 negative reviews to all the possible review sites they offered me $49.99 (covering only the flowers and not the vase that they never delivered, shipment or taxes). On the top of everything their credits do not cover shipping meaning that I have to pay twice the shipping for them for order that they messed up. I'm also missing a proper apology stating that they made a mistake by the way...

Very disappointing and worst experience ever, I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered online everything went fine , but then next day it shows delivered when i haven’t received any delivery. I called them to make sure if there is any misunderstanding between deliveries but they never answered any of my calls. Then I planned to talk to their live chat which on the other hand is not helpful because it’s a bot set answer. The pictures shown in their website is not the same when you receive the flowers. Above all their website promises to do same day delivery to which an express fee will be charged. Looting people money is their business. Worst experience ever had , bad customer service, this was my first purchase and my last. I would never recommend please don’t use their express checkout option as it has no use.

EDIT. I ordered flowers through the bloomex site, expecting all would be well, even though the site kept refreshing and auto selecting the wrong shipping address. I had corrected it (yet again) and processed through. All seemed well. Nope! My flowers ended up two provinces over with someone else. I’m worried about my other order I placed... will they make it to the right destination... guess we wait and see. But now my mom doesn’t get her mother’s day flowers and I’ve heard nothing from their service people in response to my concern via email. If your site isn’t working properly, it should be a top priority fix. I expected flowers to go where I’d selected them to... not this run around because a website refreshes and auto selects alphabetically. Absolute beyond disappointed.

I ordered red and pink roses and received 3 yellow roses, and lots of carnations which were spray painted red. This was the most horrible experience I’ve had with a florist. Please do not order from them. I called in the order, when I called to say I received the wrong order they informed me they are allowed to send whatever they have in stock, and said they assume I read their policy on their website. I sent an email to customer service and was told they will give me a $20 credit to their store. This was a horrible experience, this was gift for my mother for Christmas, so now I’ve spent double what my budget was. I wish they would give me back my money.

I would give MINUS stars if I could. I ordered the bouquet "Steal the Show" which was featured to to over 2 feet tall and consisted of a variety of flowers for my Mother. However, what I received was 22 damaged, wilted, and dying roses. When I contacted online support (4 times!), they all disappeared halfway through or stopped replying. I sent an email to their manager and they rejected all responsibility, saying that the flowers change according to stock. I did not receive any notification about the order change. It is DECEIT to receive an item that is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the one ordered. It seems to me that the bloomex flower delivery is one of the best in the city. I rarely leave reviews, but here the bloomex team helped me out a lot. I went to the celebration and I had a really exquisite bouquet. Frankly, the birthday girl was delighted, and I myself was pleased. It turned out not cheap, but there was a real work of art.

I recommended this flower shop to my girlfriend as it stated on their website that they were selling calla lily bouquet which are her favorite flowers. However, once she ordered it they sent her a bouquet with not a single calla lily and only roses which are her most hated flower type. Their bouquet offering are inaccurate and boarding on the verge of a scam as they don't inform you in any way that the selected flowers you intend to buy are out out of stock or ask your opinion on a replacement flower. I don't recommend this flower shop to anyone buying flowers as they have bad customer service and they are a selling misleading product.

I ordered a bi-monthly bouquet subscription for my mom, for Christmas. She got the flowers on the date I'd set, and to say she was delighted would be an understatement. She LOVED her flowers, and told me how beautiful they were, how full the bouquet was, and that it was super easy for her to remove the flowers and vase from the packaging (an important detail for her, since her hands aren't as strong as the once were). I ordered flowers yesterday, for a family who had just lost a baby, and it is obviously a very sensitive situation, and tragic time. I found this florist in the area where they live, and the price was very reasonable, even with delivery. The only issue I have is that the flowers are not exactly as advertised. The flowers received were pretty, and brought a smile to the face of this lovely lady receiving them, but it would be better if there was a clause that stated "arrangements may be substituted". Also, the price I first saw, and was charged, was lower than the price I found listed 5 minutes later. A little confusing, but these flowers received are very pretty too. So it's all good, just not exactly as advertised. Thank you Bloomex for a quick delivery, and providing affordable flowers.

Poor experience, I placed an order on Jun23 for overnight delivery, and there was initially an issue with the rural address i provided. I emailed and phoned in an alternative/updated address right away, and now 7 phone calls later and Jun28 end of day, I receive an email that the balloons I requested with the original order "can't be delivered overnight." I realize there was an address update (which I had to call several times to enquire my status) and i am fine with that, but it's actually been 6 days now that they are still taking a day to tell me something is wrong and then that adds another day, and then something else adds another day. I'm patient and understanding, but this is actually ridiculous. At the risk of sounding comedic (and I'm not trying to be) I want the damn balloons with the bouquet I am sending and I'd love this not to take a month!

What was delivered was just a poinsettia, no other plants as advertised in the basket on the website. Worst place to get flowers. My boyfriend got them for my birthday, when they never came he called and the order never even went through even after he got a order confirmation email. When he called they assured us we'd get more flowers and a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. Got them today and nothing was added. Used Bloomex three times now to deliver flowers to my family that live in various small towns around SW Manitoba. The recipients have all been very pleased with the flowers, had no issues with the deliveries, and I was able to put in the order the day before. I believe you can also do day of before 11 am but I haven't tried that yet. Very happy with the service.

I am absolutely disgusted with the floral services provided by this company. I had ordered a $35 deluxe designers choice bouquet with an 18" Mylan balloon for my mother's birthday and mother's day. Not only did the order arrive more than than hour late, the customer service around retrieving the flowers was unnecessarily difficult. No sense of customer service skills what so ever. They do not give you any heads up that your order will not be arriving on time. I had to call to find out where my order was. They gave me a run around and said they would send me an email - I told them I would wait on the line while they call the driver buy they refused. After some pushing back, they finally said they would call back instead... another lie. 30 minutes later I called back and a new representative answered and only then did they call the driver to inquire of their status. Completely unacceptable. Their solution was a refund for the delivery charge and an insincere apology. What a joke. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I palce an order for Spring Equinox, showed in their Canadian website(bloomex.ca) I have attached the photo below, in this webpage they didn't mention about currency, (As it is Canadian webpage and they running business in Canada, I was assumed it is Canadian currency) but they charged my credit card in US dollars. More over when I talk to them while my order (The name of the employee is Steve) I clearly told them for a clear vase in my order, they didn't follow anything, inspite of they charged my credit card with US funds, they delivered a cheapest flowers (photo attached). please I request people don't believe these cheating company. Ordered Friday for delivery on Monday. Monday evening I received an email stating the gift basket was delivered. Tuesday my client says she did not receive anything. Calling the company directs you to an online chat site and then hangs up on you. The live chat I am sure is a bot. After texting with the chat he says he will look into it and email me. No email came. Wednesday morning the chat says they couldn't deliver it so they will try again this morning. So the email confirming delivery on Monday was fake. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

No matter how bad the service and quality of product they will never refund you. Only offer in store credit so that you spend more money there. They are not about customer service at all. To think that an arrangement of Gerber Daisies can just be replaced by carnation flowers that are wilted and dying etc is acceptable to them. They responded saying they will resend fresher flowers I ordered at first. They did so the next day without any charge. They were polite in their messages and responded without delay. They do not handle their clients with the respect they deserve. they are unprofessional and inconsiderate. i would not recommend their service. i ordered a funeral set of flowers and they called me THE DAY OF MY DELIVERY stating that they are unable to fulfill my order. they do not explain what happened or why they are giving me a last minute notice. they offer to send a sympathy bouquet as an apology, yet states they will not be able to give me a full refund if they send me the bouquet of flowers. so they wanted me to pay $475 dollars for ONE BOUQUET that isnt even what i ordered. never will i order from this company ever again.

What the consumer doesn’t know is that it is CODE for flowers that are almost dead and about to be thrown out. I ordered sympathy flowers “ Designer Sympathy Collection II (DSC-02)”. Website advertised $80 value for $40. And an additional 15% off. Very enticing. Based on delivery and taxes, approximately $62. The bouquet is mainly white, and cream. Casablanca Lillie’s (2 stems- 6 blossoms) 7 roses, hydrangea, smaller spray roses, stock flowers, and eucalyptus leaves. The flowers that my friend received looked nothing like the photo. Supermarket flowers at $19.99 looked fresher and better. The bouquet was multicoloured. Very inferior and cheap. 1 asiatic lily, 3 dead roses, blue carnations and 2 purple stock flowers. Not valued at $80. Nor $40 worth. I’ve emailed customer service with photos. Their response is “The whole point of the offer is that they can not guarantee what products you get because it’s 50% off”. Under their policy; “It states that actual bouquets will vary from photo”. WHY have a catalogue of arrangements to choose from? It looks nothing like it. False advertising. So basically, you get whatever that’s in the clearance bin. In response to the dead flowers, they blamed it on the heat upon arrival. No refund. No credit. Not ever ordering from them again. I should have used my regular florist. Buyer Beware. Scammed!

I paid for next day delivery, when my flowers were not delivered to the recipient I called them and than I was told that they do not deliver in that major city and would have to contract the order out!! I would definitely suggest using a different company, also flowers did not look like the ones I paid alot of money for!!!

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but my god. Absolutely terrible. Do not buy. Mother's Day flowers were delivered 3 days late, completely destroyed/dead, AND to the wrong address. This is despite the fact that I placed the order a week early and added plenty of details about the delivery address. Then, when I asked for a refund, they said they "can't," and that instead they could repeat the same delivery, send a gift basket, or give me store credit. I requested a gift basket be sent to the CORRECT address this time, and not only did they send to the wrong address again, but they sent some random bouquet of flowers, NOT the gift basket. All the while, their customer service was nowhere in sight. Never answered the phone, and only answered emails and messages with auto-generated non-responses. I regret supporting this garbage business over a good local florist. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Not only did they deliver the flowers to the wrong address, I had paid extra for a morning delivery, but they failed to deliver in the morning - they didn't deliver until the afternoon. When I asked for a refund for the difference of the extra delivery cost, since they didn't deliver it in the morning, all I got was an email excuse, claiming that they are very busy and have a hard time communicating with their delivery drivers, which makes no sense at all, since they manage to send out same or next day deliveries all the time. Horrible experience. I ordered flowers for a neighbour whose daughter passed away. What I ordered was NOT what arrived at their house. I contacted the company and was told that the florist used a similar style and colours and that it met their expectation... none of the flowers in the photo were used (except the roses) and I paid for a supersized arrangement and it was definitely not that. I could have gone to Safeway and picked up the same flowers and thrown them in a vase and it would have looked the same. They told me they would give me 15% off my next service, but I will NEVER use Bloomex again! I am so disappointed! I have posted 2 photos below- one showing what I ordered and the other what arrived. I hope they are visible. I am so embarrassed that this is what was delivered. Edit: I ordered the exact same arrangement from Silver Heights Florist and it arrived looking as it was shown in the stock photo with the description. Beautiful arrangement! To the owner: Thanks for your offer, but I already did contact to see what could be done and was told it met the expectations and was offered 15%. Since I was not happy with this "resolution" of the issue, I won't be using Bloomex again.

They said they have the right to substitute an item of equal value as needed. Since when have red roses had the same value as carnations? No bow on the vase. No Christmas greenery. I could have bought this at Safeway for 1/3 of the price. When I again contacted them, they defended the florist and claimed Covid was a factor. If you can’t fulfil specifications of an order then it should be removed from the website. This company is awful. They offered me a $20 credit but I will never order from them again. The flowers got delivered in the end. Bloomex customer service was at least able to refund the express delivery fee because the delivery was not made in the morning as promised. In addition, their system sent me an email saying it was delivered when in fact it was not. There system then went back and fourth between sending out emails to me saying it's in transit AFTER it was delivered. In the end, it seems like the flowers delivered were good enough. The 800 number is easy to get a real person to talk to but their delivery system needs some work.

My partner ordered 2 bouquets for Mother's day, one for me and one for his mother. He ordered several days in advance and paid extra to guarantee a morning delivery for mine. When the flowers still hadn't arrived at 2pm, he tried to get in touch with customer service over the phone but the office was closed. He messaged them via online chat but kept getting disconnected. At one point that day, around 2:30pm we got a message saying the flowers were on their way. They still didn't arrive. The next day, around 11am, 24 hours later than requested, FedEx dropped off the flowers. They dumped them upside down on our front step, and did not wait to see if I was coming to get them before they took off. It was barely above freezing that day and the flowers would have shriveled pretty quickly had I not heard them ring the bell. Since the flowers were upside down, water from the moist padding on the stems leaked down and soaked the "card" with the message my husband had requested on it. I say "card", but it was in fact just printed on one side of the 8.5x11 paper packing slip--lazy move, Bloomex. On the other side of this packing slip/heartfelt message combo was an ad for 15% off our order, as if we'd ever order from them again. The roses were ok, but had a fair number of wilted petals I had to pick off to make the bouquet look nice. The flowers to his mother also arrived a day late. In contrast, a friend of mine sent me flowers on Mother's Day from Academy Florist, an excellent local company; flowers arrived fresh and beautiful (and upright!); delivery driver waited to confirm I had received them; message was on its own little slip of paper that could be tucked nicely into the bouquet. I would say you get what you pay for but the Bloomex flowers were obscenely expensive especially considering the state in which they arrived. We still have not received any word or compensation from the company despite having tried to contact them regarding the lateness of the bouquet.

This was the first time ordering flowers through Bloomex, normally I support small local flower shops however the price and the pictures posted on their website hooked me. I ended up purchasing the Birthday Designer Collection 1 bouquet which was on sale (regular $60 on sale for $30). A $60 bouquet should be pretty impressive, add to that I spent an extra $5 for the deluxe version. With shipping it ended up to be $56. The purchase process was easy although you do have to navigate through a plethora of additional options. The picture on their website represents a multi flower beautiful bright bouquet. The flowers that were delivered were 13 pink and yellow tulips that while nice looked nothing like what was expected. Those tulips can be purchased at my local grocery store for $7.99 per bunch everyday. Now I understand that the picture on the website is only an example and it can be difficult to replicate however there should be some effort to keep some parameters. Ultimately I contacted bloomex customer service and sent in a complaint backed with pictures. After a few issues I received a response that stated the bouquet we received was within their policy as it states that flowers may be substituted. I fail to see how 13 tulips equals a $65 multi flower bouquet, to me it's clearly false advertising. I do not recommend you use this service. Note.... for some reason I don't have the option to add photos.

If i could give this company negative stars, i would. I pre ordered valentines day flowers, days in advance of Feb 14. When i received the order that morning, i genuinely thought they gave me someone else's order. The panic quickly set in as i ordered for my gf and my mother (on behalf of my father). I ordered two "supersized" bouquets of red and pink flowers. I received a very average size bouquet of yellow and purple flowers - only 2 red roses. It looked like an easter day bouquet and not romantic in the least. I contacted their "customer service" and was told it's within their guidelines to substitute flowers if they run out of what i ordered, but offered me a $20 voucher. They substituted probably 90% of the bouquets and on top of it, the flowers were half frozen and falling apart. I wasted over $100 with this company and the customer service was embarrassing. They do not care about you, your order or making things right. I ran out and luckily was able to find flowers at a local shop. Be warned, you likely won't receive what you order!!

Absolutely horrible company. Paid for flowers to be delivered to my fiance on Valentines Day and was promised delivery between 9am-5pm. 5pm comes still no flowers so I contact customer support they reply back that flowers are in transit and will be delivered today. Emailed them back to request what time delivery goes to and no reply back. 7pm comes along still no flowers so I contact livechat as they claim they have 24/7 customer support. Well their live chat support is an automated bot that tell yout to check your email for delivery status. Absolutely zero help whatsoever. Tried calling the 1 888 number puts me on hold and eventually get an automated voice that tells me "goodbye" and hangs up on me after waiting for 20 mins on hold. It is now 9pm and have received zero information regarding my order. I will absolutely never use this service again and if I do not receive a full refund I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely ruined our Valentines day UPDATE!!!!! THIS COMPANY HAS NOW CHANGED THE ORDER COMFIRMATION DELIVERY DATE AND ADVISED THEY NEVER SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED ON VALENTINES DAY EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM SCREENSHOTS SHOWING OTHERWISE. THEY ARE NOW FRAUDULENTLY FALSIFIYING DOCUMENTS AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME. THEY TRIED TO FORCE DELIVERY OF THE FLOWERS TODAY ON ME AFTER I EXPLICITLY TOLD THEM I PAID FOR FLOWERS ON VALENTINES DAY NOT THE DAY AFTER. I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WIHT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WILL ALSO BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY. Their company policy is to talk over you while you are trying to explain your issue. My spouse called and requested a mix of pink and white flowers, they sent instead an ugly collection of low grade orange and purple junk. They even called me back just to hang up on me again after the third time. Don't order from this company as they will not do anything to correct their errors and talk over you and hang up on you just for asking them to stop talking over you. Yes I understand that sometimes there are substitutions however this is a completely different product all together. I had ordered 3 sets of flowers, one for my aunt out of town for her birthday, one for my daughter's dance recital and one for my wife, and only two showed up. My aunt's flowers were not as described which is fine cause she liked them anyways but no chocolates. My daughter's showed up but my wife's did not. It been almost a week of trying to get someone at Bloomex to sort this out with no success. I first texted the number that was on the box as soon as I got home and realized there was a set of flowers missing. Then I emailed wecare@bloomex, then I tried the live chat and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I ended the chat. Then I tried calling but they don't have access to the order system so I tried live chat again today and was told a manager would email me asap. No email. I was told on the chat today that someone credited me for the chocolates which I never actually got and that the flower shop said they delivered my flowers, if they did deliver them they weren't to my house. I have used Bloomex before and was happy with their product and service till now. Poor form Bloomex and poor customer service on this order.

Woke up early to order flowers to be sent to her work. at 10am was sent email saying it was in transit 5pm it was still not delivered. Made numerous calls to customer service explained that they did not comply with same day delivery. They were in sincerely apologetic but unhelpful. They could offer me no answers or any reparations. Now the surprise is gone and I'm out 70 bucks. They dont care if the BBB get notified or even litigation. Stay away from this callous company. I would give a zero if I could. Ordered a bouquet with specific flowers for a specific occasion. No exaggeration, not a single flower or even colour from what I ordered. The excuse was that they have a disclaimer which allows them to substitute if they're out of something. The problem is they do not consult with the customer if they are out so really, they can substitute any garbage they want simply by saying they were out. They claim this happens only 1.5% of the time. I have ordered twice and have had substitutions in both orders. Never again.

Horrible experience, horrible product. Buyer Beware. I used this service to order birthday flowers in advance, and specified the delivery date on the website and my order was accepted and my credit card charged. This company was never able to fulfill the order on my preferred delivery date (which was never disclosed to me during any of the ordering process) and so delivery was made 3 days earlier than expected with product being left damaged and basically dead. Customer service is brutal if you want to talk to anyone and they are unwilling to let you speak to a manager, transfer you or even treat you like a person. The call center reps argued with me, and were unsupportive of doing something to rectify the situation.

I had a frustrating experience dealing with this company when I ordered flowers 1 month in advance and, after receiving multiple email confirmations, never received the flowers or any communication indicating an error. After many days of trying to get through to them (they guarantee a response in 24hrs which didn’t happen) I finally spoke with someone who was only willing to offer store credit for the mistake. I had to push them for a full refund for their mistake. I would not recommend this company if you plan on having flowers delivered in a timely manner or even at all. I am tentatively changing this review to a three because even with all the back and forth required to get it right, getting it right is still important.... Terrible customer service and they hide behind their substitution policy so they can send leftover flowers in place of what you order. Won't even attempt to correct it, they'll just offer you a measly coupon so you can spend some more of your hard earned cash for a surprise mystery bouquet that doesn't come close to what you ordered. STAY AWAY. They don't care about you, only your money. Update: I spoke to an agent today who hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Who runs this business??

I ordered the "Enchanted Cottage" deluxe, for my mother's 92nd b'day. I don't trust ordering flowers online, as she's in Wpg & I'm in Vancouver. After delivery I always call and ask people what they received as I've felt ripped off many times by florists. ie they substitute flowers, or the arrangement was not as pictured, or the size of the arrangement doesn't reflect the $ paid. White roses are the prominent flower in this arrangement, but that's not my ma received. The flowers were white but not roses. My mother was happy with the arrangement, but didn't know what the white flowers were, they sound like daisies with shredded petals - but weren't daisies. We still don't know. I can understand that a florist may be out of a particular flower when ordering, but they could have contacted me regarding the substitute, or could have suggested an alternate arrangement. I'm a reasonable person, a short email explanation would have taken a few seconds of their time & gone a long way. Not impressed! My first and last order with Bloomex.

I received notification that the flowers were in transit at 9am, by the time 3pm rolled around they still were not delivered. I contacted them and was not offered any help for this issue only that they would be delivered before 9pm (which is pointless if there is nobody there to receive them). No refund was issued to me. I was told by online chat to email bloomed for help. The intended recipient was leaving work at 4pm as that was the time the office was closing. So unless your recipient is going to be staying in the same location for over 8 hours then I would reconsider ordering from this company. The customer service is piss poor, and your recipient will not get their flowers on the intended day. This is a scam company who takes money from you and never provides the service you paid for. So unless you have money to just throw away I would definitely NEVER USE THEM.

Yesterday, I decided to send flowers as a way of showing concern towards someone. As I have never done it before and had no idea how it goes, I went to google like everyone else and searched for same day flower delivery. That is when I came across Bloomex Canada being attributed as the number one florist in Canada. I explored their website , finally selected a package ( flower, vase, teddy bear and chocolate), created an account and paid for a same day delivery . This transaction was paid more than 2 hours before cut off order time for same day delivery. After the transaction, I got two notifications, one from my credit card company indicating a pre authorized transaction, and a second from Bloomex saying order has been placed . 30 minutes later, i get another email from Bloomex updating my order status to payment received. and will be notified when delivery is in process. 90 mins to the end of the delivery window,I still had not received any update about the delivery. So i contacted a Bloomex live agent via their site to inquire more. After the agent verifies my credit card and order details, the agent said I will get an email as soon as there is a delivery update, then the agent goes . That did not help me in any way. First , they he/she did not answer my question , and secondly that was poor customer service. It was 60 mins to the end of the delivery window and yet , no word about my delivery. Today , i get an email from Bloomex saying my order has been refunded. Then i tried to log into my Bloomex account to query more , but i get this pop up instead " your account has been blocked. we appreciate your past business but will not be able to serve you in future" reason I am giving one star is because the system does not allow me to give " zero stars" Imposters and very very unreliable, no customer service at all! If you cannot commit to an order, don't take it. Simple! They wasted my time and efforts. Now the occasion has passed and I was not able to show thoughts or create an impression to the recipient. Now my relationship with that person is different because i missed to part of a very important moment in their life. How do i explain, that Bloomex screwed me over? First time ever to order flowers online and this is my experience.

I had called Nov 2nd 2020 prior to ordering and confirmed that the city was on the list and the flowers would be delivered Nov 4th 2020. Based on the postive confirmation I spend my hard earned money. Flowers were not delivered on Nov 4th 2020; When I called Nov 4th 2020 I was told that the delivery was late, each time the story changed , first that it was not local , then delivery was delayed due to covid etc. I asked 5 times to talk to a manager and they would not put me through. Told me that the manager would email me within 24 hours and today is Nov 9th and I have heard nothing. I am not happy with their service,Plus the flower arrangement was not good. I would highly recommend no one order from this place. On Valentine’s Day, I was sent flowers. I received them directly from the deliverer (meaning they were not left outside), I followed all care instructions, and after about 10 hours, I came home to the flowers completely dead and wilted. They also had the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and snappy. They made it seem like it was my job to know how they deal with their quality control, and overall made me feel bad about a valuable concern. I later emailed them with all information they required and after I was guaranteed a response within 24 hours, I have heard nothing after a week. Do not bother ordering from this place unless you want terrible flowers and horrible customer service. Go to a place that treats their customers concerns with value.

*** Update*** I finally got ahold of their customer service and they gave me a store credit and a refund of the discount that was not applied I was out of town hoping to get my girlfriend flowers. I was offered 20% discount which I happily applied to my purchase. Upon getting my receipt I realized the discount was not applied I email customer service asking if there was anything that could be done and I did not receive a response back. Furthermore upon receiving the flowers, my girlfriend sent me a picture of what she recieved. I was saddened to see that what she had recieved was not at all what I had ordered and instead she got a very sad looking display. Very disappointed. I ordered a balloon bouquet with a card for a birthday because I had ordered flowers during Valentines and they weren't very nice but I gave some leeway as it is a crazy time or year for florists and I thought how could they manage to mess up balloons. Well I'll tell you how. Firstly, I ordered 6 Love Balloons which were advertised as all red and with a specific wording and I also purchased a birthday card to accompany them. When the balloons arrived there were only 5 not 6, the colour of some of the balloons was wrong and the writing on the balloons was completely wrong. The card attached was not a birthday card at all but just a generic card. The "special message" inside the card is in fact just a typed message on the back of a Bloomex flyer that is then stapled into the card. The card is then stapled so many times (there was no envelope) that the card was torn just trying to open it. I contacted customer service about the discrepancies and they said that they contacted the supplier and that 6 balloons were sent out and asked for a photo, which essential says that they don't believe me. They completely ignored the fact about the wrong colours, wrong wording, wrong card etc. I asked the recipient to send me a photo of the balloons etc and I forwarded it to Bloomex. They confirmed receipt of the photo but then again said they contacted the supplier and that they claim 6 balloons were sent asking me to contact the recipient again. Again ignoring all of the other issues. This made me very upset as they are basically calling me and the recipient liars even in the face of photographic evidence. I then asked to see their photographic evidence from the supplier which they responded saying that they have none. They offered me finally to pay for 1 balloon and give store credit. I then asked about the store credit to find it was not in fact store credit but really only a promo code as it stipulated how and when you could use it. For example, it cannot be used Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Store credit is just that, credit towards what you want when you want it without stipulations. This company is a scam. If I ordered something specific from Amazon or any other online retailer they would have to deliver what I purchased, not what they choose to send. The items I ordered were non perishable and should not have been substituted for any reason. So in short, wrong number of balloons delivered, wrong colours, wrong message, wrong card and very unprofessional message on the back of a flyer stapled into a card. Terrible customer service.

Their customer support is literally the worst. I paid extra for evening delivery and they delivered it in the middle of the day. Thank goodness the person I was sending it to was home at the time. They also swapped out the bouquet I ordered with one that was half the size and made of completely different flowers and claimed their policy where they can change things if they aren’t available with something of greater or equal value, but they never told me they were swapping anything out or sent me the details of what they were replacing it with. They refuse to assist me or even consider refunding me for my delivery at the very least. And best of all they stopped replying to my emails and won’t call me back.

Delivered the completely wrong order. Emailed to let them know we were sent the wrong thing (had to email because they don't have anyone answering the phone) They replied saying they had run out of stock & what they delivered looked nice. They never let me know they were going to send a different order (which was not even close to the original order) I emailed back & forth with them for 2 days trying to figure something out- they won't do anything. After almost 4 full days, they gave me a $15 credit on the account. It was a $60 order that they didn't fulfill, they would not refund any money even though we were not given what was ordered.

Love, love, love Bloomex. Almost always perfect deliveries. When a bouquet isn’t perfect, the outstanding Customer Service makes it perfect. Pricing is better than any other floral delivery service I’ve used and they often have tremendous sales. My best comment would be that when I cannot see what I send to someone, I can be 98% sure it will be a gift I’m pleased with. If, by some chance something is off, I know they will always make it right. Thanks, Bloomex!

It was my sister's 50th birthday. I ordered her flowers, balloon, teddy bear, chocolates and a card. My order did not get delivered on her birthday, but the day after. To upgrade for the missed delivery, I was told they'd send it in a glass vase. The day after my sister's birthday, she sent me a photo. They had sent her just the flowers, a card and a Hello Fresh coupon! NO BALLOON, NO TEDDY BEAR, NO CHOCOLATES. They will not refund my money that I spend on the items they did not ship. In return they have given me a $15.00 store credit. What a scam. I will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Around 7pm I got confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I asked the person that was keeping tabs on delivery around 8pm and he said they had not received anything. I called the next day around 10am and they said delivery was confirm. I asked if anyone had signed for the flowers and they just said “no it was just a confirmation” okay....how can you have one without the other? They said they would investigate and get back to me. I called again around 2 pm for an update and they still didn’t have one. I explained that I wasn’t happy because I paid almost $70 for flowers that was for a very traumatic loss and they showed no care. Just repeated that they would look into it and call me back in a pretty snarky tone. I found out after the call that my friend got a call an hour before saying she was getting flowers today. A couple hours later she finally got them. Though they were smaller than I thought and had no coloured flowers despite me paying for the larger size and the ad showing colour flowers, my friend still loved them which is why I’m giving this the courtesy of an extra star. I know my friend got her flowers, however I have yet to get any confirmation, call back, or even an apology from Bloomex after multiple calls and emails. For the price I paid I could have went to a local florist who would appreciate my business. I truly wish I looked at the reviews before going with this god awful company. Fake advertisements, has NO regard for their customers. All around a horrible customer service experience. Lesson learned. Don’t go to Bloomex.

Do not I repeat do not order from this so called florist. Horrible experience ordered an deluxe flower bouquet and my mother received something that doesn't even resemble the picture or the value of the bouquet that I ordered for her.... pictures below. To make things even worse contact customer service and all they said and I quote " actual bouquet will vary from photo". For a birthday my flowers got stuck clearing customs at MIA and were not going to make it for delivery. Bloomex let me know, delivered next day possible and sent an additional arrangement to my wife to make up for the problems encountered. Amazing since there problem was not with them at all. When I called to complain they told made that if I bothered to read the website I'd noticed that it says "Note: Actual bouquet will vary from photo" however, I don't think that properly warms customers of what they can expect to receive. A more suitable warning would be "Note: Actual bouquet may not look anything like the picture shown" Very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a vase and delivery for $64.68 on June 5th. The delivery was to occur on June 10th for a special birthday. E mails were sent to me on June 10 indicating delivery would be between 9AM and 8Pm. It did NOT happen! I only found out after phoning the receipient that no deliveries were made. Numerous calls and chat lines later did I find no delivery until June 14 (maybe). Requested one on one phone calls but none returned - only e mails. Last e mail was sorry about problem and all contract delivery problem. Its their contractor - not mine. Last e mail offered re-order again or a hamper of chocolates, tea, coffee and snacks. I have declined the offer and have requested cancellation of order with full refund for failure of this business transaction. It was a special event in life missed. I do not wish to deal with this company again!

Two days full days before my niece's birthday, I ordered a gift basket for her birthday to be sent to her in the hospital. Bloomex confirmed the order and delivery would be on time. The gift basket never arrived on her birthday (a business day) and I only received an email notice the morning after the missed date, that there was a delay but no explanation. I sent an email to Bloomex asking what the problem was but there has been response from Bloomex. You have no idea how this has impacted my niece’s mental wellbeing. She has been in hospital and being isolated for the past 7 months due to COVID. How cruel!! I have used Bloomex in the past with no problems but will no longer trust them.

I ordered flowers for delivery in Winnipeg and paid $20 to have them delivered that day (May 6) -- note that the stated delivery fee was $14.99 but they ended up charging me $20, and I've yet to receive a response as to why. The day went by and the flowers were not delivered. My emails to Bloomex went unanswered. The flowers were delivered the next morning, and my emails to Bloomex asking for a refund to the premium delivery fee have yet to be answered. They then sent me an email on the 8th that the status of my order changed, and that according to the driver's report, the flowers were delivered at 12:30 on the 6th, which is an outright lie. Directly below that text, there is a "timeline" and it clearly states that the flowers were delivered on the 7th. I will not be ordering from Bloomex again in the future and would dissuade anyone from doing so. I'm more angry about this delivery scenario, but it's also worth mentioning that the flowers looked nothing like the bouquets represented on their website.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Thank you for ruining our experience for my grandma's 80th birthday! Let's start at the beginning... deivery set to arrive on grandma's birthday. Get a notification around 8pm saying "delivered," (but hey, guess what... it wasn't delivered!). Then they show up the next day with something that does not even resemble what we ordered. And to top it off, my grandma received the items all separately... she had to put the arrangement together herself! Highly do NOT recommend.

We ordered a Goumet collection II basket at 50% off for $50 and inside there was supposed to be 12 gourmet treats. There are 6 small boxes of truffles, 2 tiny bags of corn nuts, 1 small container of pringles.2 tiny chocolate bars and 1 slightly larger bag of Pastilles chocolates. The basket and display are beautiful but they shouldn't try to pass off small treats as gourmet. Some of these items are not even on the list of gourmet items promised in the basket. For this I am only giving them a 1 star for nice basket presentation

We ordered for family in Calgary the poinsettia extra large table decoration with the candles. It arrived on the date. It was beautiful. The recipients were very happy and phoned us immediately. I have dealt with this company for almost 10 years and any time there was a problem they either reimbursed me or gave me the option of resending. And for my 60th a few years back they were able to customize the gift basket I received, and it had my favourite wine. Now that is what I call a wonderful surprise and outstanding service.

If I could give negative a thousand stars I would. My friend's baby passed away and had arranged for sympathy flowers to be delivered on December 23, 2021. Even paid $15.00 for it to be delivered that exact date. They then told me it be delivered the 24th which was annoying since its xmas eve and people have family stuff to day - Hence why I asked AND PAID for it to be delivered on the 23rd. The 24th comes - No flowers. I call their office. anytime I asked for a manager was hung up on. Any time I ask for a refund I am hung up on. It is not the 27th of December and my mourning friend has no flowers, I have no been refunded and everyone who works at their call centre is completely useless. I reviewed their facebook post and it seems like a lot of people think this company is a scam. I will be making a police report and calling my credit card comapny to open an investigation on them. DO NOT GET FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. THE WORST USTOMER SERVICE. You guys are sick to take advantage of people especially around the holidays.

I ordered a Designer Bouquet Sweet Blossoms II (with an upgrade to Deluxe) on Thursday for a Monday delivery. Not 1/2 hr later, I got an email saying my order was out for delivery - I thought what kind of designer bouquet could be created in such a short amount of time, so I went back to the Bloomex website and opened the online chat - big mistake! I realized in short order that it was a bot as you can only choose from standardized click boxes. It took me quite some time - about 15mins to actually get through to what I presume was a real person who assured me that my order was just being processed, but was definitely not yet "in transit", and would be delivered as ordered. Skip to this morning when I receive a text from the recipient thanking me for the lovely flowers that she received this morning..... and she sent me a photo. the only likeness to what I ordered was the colour scheme - it really looks like someone had dumped a handful of flowers into a vase with no design or thought. And one green leafy bit sticking out the side - not the "accented with assorted greenery" that was in the product description. It When I emailed "wecare", I got a ridiculous answer back stating that the bouquet was inline with their "policy" - the colour scheme was correct and the flowers were fresh. and that due to volume, they would not be able to deliver them as requested so they delivered them early. When I responded again that I disagreed with "wecare's" assessment - their response was "the order was sent correctly and to value" and they thought it was a lovely bouquet. And they also added a 15% discount code to be used on my next checkout in an effort to ease my disappointment. This is twice I've ordered from Bloomex - and twice I've been disappointed to almost being embarrassed to have my name associated with the gift. I certainly do not recommend this company at all!!!

Ordered mothers day flowers for my covid confined mother, Placed order on May 5th to be delivered on the evening of May 9th. Mother has not recieved her delivery yet and it is May 11th/2020. She just called me to tell me that Purolator called her and said they have been waiting at the depot since May 8th and that she needs to go pick them up. I subscribe to a yearly membership because it's worth it for the discount on flowers and free delivery!!! Be aware that what you send doesn't always look like the picture online, but the arrangements are always very nice and full looking. It is disappointing how you can't combine free delivery with another offer (ie. 50% Friday roses).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I chose you guys for your service and I expected professional service from a company that specifically sells and delivers flowers. I was willing to pay the increase to deliver flowers on Valentines Day. I had placed my order a week in advance to ensure that my order would be delivered on the date I chose, however the Valentines flower I wanted to be delivered on Valentines Day were sent out 3 days before the actual day. If you were going to deliver it “earlier” then why was there a price increase for Valentines Day as the delivery option and the fact that you did not hold up to this service. I wanted to surprise my partner with the flowers on Valentines Day specifically, had I wanted to send flowers on my day off I could have done that myself. In addition, there was no indication that you would send flowers earlier, I paid more for Valentine’s Day and ordered ahead of time to be guaranteed this service. I am very unhappy with this service from a company that is across the globe. I strongly suggest against this company and order from a local florist who will provide better customer service as Bloomex is not taking my complaint seriously despite saying “we care”

Absolutely disgusted, disappointed and dissatisfied, if I could give less then one star I would. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day a few days prior to the day. Paid an extra hefty fee to have them delivered in the morning. They never showed up between 9am-12pm as promised. Attempted to call to see what was going on. No answer just got voicemail. Waited until 5pm for Flowersto show, still never arrived. Tried to call multiple times over the weekend. Still no answer. Finally Tuesday comes around i call, someone answers just to tell me to contact their warehouse. Then get a call Tuesday afternoon from the gf saying she received the flowers. Only 5 days late. On top of everything, the flowers werent even the flowers I ordered ANNND!!! half the flowers are dead, the other half are frozen. Save your money. Never buy from here. I will never recommend

The Bloomex website is very easy to use. They make it easy to use, so they can take your money and rip you off. Ordered 3 “Gourmet” baskets for $64.99 each. I’m sure glad I had h them delivered to my house so I could deliver them personally. The contents of the gift baskets were so far from what was pictured on their website. The gift baskets were embarrassing to say the least. If your idea of “Gourmet” items are “DAD’s cookies, Pringles potato chips and Cheezits, you will be very happy with the baskets! I on the other hand am very disappointed. When I talked to customer service they were no help at all. What a joke. A $15 credit for their website on a order of over $200. A credit won’t do me any good because I won’t spend another dime with Bloomex. In fact I will make it my mission to spread the word about how bad they are, so nobody else gets scammed out of their hard earned money. Merry Christmas Bloomex. You are on my naughty list!

Will never order from Bloomex again. Sends me dead flowers on 12 Feb for Valentine’s Day. I ordered them for Valentine’s Day. Why are they coming early? Why are they coming dead? One bouquet looks like some slimy spinach and the other one had buds breaking and falling off! Out of the 70+ flowers that were in my order, there may have been one or two flowers that weren’t dead/dying/broken! After submitting this to their customer service, I asked for a reorder, which never came! And now they are refusing to refund me. So I get no flowers and they take my money? Seems like a bunch of thieves to me!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. I've never come across a more heartless, unsympathetic group in my life. Customer service is non existent and they will lead you around in circles trying to get any kind of answers. They ripped me off and are refusing to give me my money back. I received an in transit status at 8:30am in the morning of the delivery day. Was supposed to be delivered between 9-6 on February 14. It was not delivered during this time. I left a voicemail asking about a status and refund at around 7pm that night. Have not received a call back to date. Order was eventually delivered at 8:30pm that night! By the way I placed the order on February 10th. There’s no excuse on why Bloomex couldn’t organize themselves in 4 days to ensure a timely delivery. The whole purpose of ordering was so that it could be delivered during the day as a surprise. If I had known that I could not count on Bloomex and that they were extremely poor at delivery I could have just as easily picked something up at my local flower shop on my way home and delivered it myself before 8:30pm, for a lower cost as well. I will never use Bloomex again. I will also recommend anyone I know to never use them. Poor delivery, poor customer service. Save your money and time and go to a local flower shop and deliver yourself.

I ordered a mini Christmas tree with truffles, stuffed bear and card and sent it to my boyfriend at his work. I ordered yesterday morning and it said same day delivery if I ordered before 1pm, but to have it delivered next day was $5 less and I wasnt in that much of a rush. Site said delivery was between 12 and 5, I noted that its a business address with a comment that he only works til 4. It was delivered around 10am which worked out well. What arrived tho was just a big orange box. Totally packing taped shut. Not much for presentation. Oh here's your box orange box! How romantic. He'd never had anything sent to him like that before so he was still floored. I've had flowers sent to me a couple times and never came taped shut in a box. Not like a mini pine tree couldn't survive the -10 temperature today to walk from the truck to the door. He said the bear was super soft, he just sent a pic of the tree and it looks squished and it has three glitter ball ornaments and two pine cones at the top and what looks like a 6" piece of garland randomly stuck on it. The tree looks like something they got on clearance as it was rejected by other buyers. It's lopsided and while he's happy I sent something so he's obviously not complaining, I'm disappointed. I never received any emails from the company whatsoever. No receipt, no delivery time set, no notice of delivery. Nothing. My boyfriend was thrilled at just the thought. He was thrilled before even opened the box. I haven't checked yet what was billed to my credit card but I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from them as one person said they were charged twice, another said they were charged in USD. I'll be furious and changing my rating to one star if that's the case. It's a .ca site so it had better not be. If it was dot com I'd be more leary of currency. Quick and ahead of schedule delivery got this place 2 stars from me, one star for what was in the box. Wish I could add pics with my review!

Terrible, terrible experience. Ordered 3 days ago for delivery today as a result of a special event in the office. Contacted them 2 days ago to verify delivery during the work day. Was left a message today and told that they would not be delivering my purchase today. Apparently now it will not be until Friday. No refund, no discount. No guarantee that I will even receive it on Friday. Since it was a specific corporate event, not only is it too late, but now if the flowers arrive they will be sitting in the office over the weekend. Complete waste of money. I will never ever be ordering from the company ever again. Also the customer service representatives read from a prepared script and are not able to offer any type of help. Terrible company.

I ordered flowers and the “Lindt & Bubbly” box for a birthday gift, to be delivered the day of the birthday. I received an email saying it was in transit, and later another saying it had been delivered. It was not delivered. Being across the country, I found this infuriating. So I call and was told they had to talk to the delivery driver and will email me back. I requested to be called back but she insisted that was not an option. 4 hours later, I used customer support online and received an email that the order status had changed to “under investigation” and I would be contacted shortly. No one ever contacted me. Luckily, a few hours later it was magically delivered. But not one piece of Lindt chocolate was in the box. There were a couple of sample boxes of Bacci, some chocolate wafer cookies, some salt water taffy...kinda had my heart set on sending lindt chocolate. Long story long, I won’t be using Bloomex. Just an overall disappointing experience.

Changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. Ordering was simple and I have used Bloomex with great results multiple times in the past. This time I opted to pay extra for a Express Delivery Guarantee 6pm-9pm service. The flowers for a anniversary to the date of delivery was important. They arrived the following day. In addition to terrible delivery after paying extra, I spoke with 2 of their agents on their support chat the first (Irene) was rude and promised they were just running a little behind, the second asked for a minute to look into it and never came back (I waited over 30 mins before giving up on them). Very unimpressed with the lack of caring after spending good money for a service, especially being a return customer.

It was my first time ordering flowers for delivery and it was a pleasant experience! The website was easy to navigate and the pictures are awesome. One thing I would like to mention is maybe adding pictures to show the differences between standard, deluxe and supersize bouquets. I ordered a standard sized 'Citrus Kissed' bouquet for my mom's birthday and it was a little underwhelming for how much I paid. I did appreciate that they brought everything in a box to keep it protected since I also ordered a vase with the flowers as well! Overall, awesome place to order flowers from!

Zero stars. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager for a week, the sales staff are forbidden from providing names, emails, or phone numbers of any management. I deserve a marathon participation t-shirt from the amount of run-around they have given me, of course without refunding any of their failed services. The situation: I requested and paid for same-day delivery, and the items were not delivered until FOUR days later. I requested a refund of the same-day delivery fee from a Bloomex agent, who reassured me the full amount would be refunded. When only a portion of the amount was refunded, I reached out again. They claimed they never said anything of the sort and that only a portion was to be refunded, despite having specified that the FULL amount would be refunded when speaking to the other Bloomex agent. When I asked to speak to a manager regarding the issue, I was ignored for days. After finally getting a hold of the company on their live chat option, they told me someone would call or email me ASAP. They did not call or email me until two full days later. I called once again to follow up, and was told that they could not provide me with a direct email address or phone number of the manager to discuss the issue. Instead, they told me to once again use the Bloomex livechat feature, which I had been ignored on each time I had used. By having to talk to a new person and re-explain the situation each time, they succeeded in forbidding any progress on the matter. Speaking with a manager is harder than finding Waldo in what you think is a "Where's Waldo" book but is actually a national geographic.

Today I ordered a very nice bouquet. Exactly my spouse's style. Instead she received yellow roses. She doesn't like yellow roses because they remind her of when her dad passed away. I emailed the company and all they did was send a coupon for 15 percent. I'm pissed. They could have notified me that they had NOTHING like or not close to be similar to what I ordered. I wouldn't have ordered them. Hideous flowers compared to the ones I ordered. Extremely disappointed in their service. Update They have currently given me in store credit but it took several emails. I'm glad they corrected the situation but it wasn't easy.

Bloomex is such a scam they are literary stealing people never ever order with them what you see on the confirmed order of your and pay for it will be totally different than what they deliver they trim the order less then 50% to make money out of people and this must be stopped, they should be reported to the authorities so they get exposed and stop stealing people. I have two cases similar issue and they are not ready to admit it and they are not refunding the values. they sent back to one of sender few dollars vouchers thinking we order again with them ANY flower EVER!!! as you can see in the picture what have been received are totally different and cheaper than what's been delivered.

Save yourself disappointment and shop elsewhere. When I purchase an arrangement online, I fully expect what is pictured on their website will resemble what arrives. Here are some pictures to show what we received and what their website falsely advertises. Their customer service is not helpful at all nor will they stand behind customer satisfaction. I was told this was acceptable based on their policy. Notice how full their online picture is with rope tied around the mason jar. I guess they feel throwing 6 flowers in a jar is good enough.

They then proposed to solve the issue by giving me a "beautiful bouquet of equal or lesser value." No one was answering my calls, I tried to call 6 times! Do not waste your time or money. Acid this business at all costs. They sent a “substitution” bouquet of something that was not even close. We paid for the super bouquet and got 13 whopping flowers. I am appalled by the service from Bloomex. I write this after trying several times to get through to their help desk and receiving poor communication. I ordered two sets of bouquets to be delivered, both from this company but to different parts of the country. I put the bouquets through two orders. BE WARNED!!! Their prices ARE NOT CANADIAN PRICES. They made it look like it was but my credit card was charged in American dollars for the first bouquet and then Canadian dollars for the second bouquet. I queried this and received no reply. The bouquets arrived. The one that cost me almost $100.00 Canadian after thinking it was $65 was a jumble of flowers. Within 48 hours ALL the yellow roses had withered and died, even with the care they specified. When I questioned this they responded saying "well they left us fresh..." how can this be considered fresh!!? Honestly!!!! $100 for a dead bouquet! The second bouquet arrived and the vase was smashed to pieces. Again I had to email this company to let them know. They did refund but funny enough in Canadian dollars. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am and will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. BE CAREFUL - What you see is NOT what you get.

This was an awful experience. I ordered three poinsettias for a death. Committed to be delivered the next day. They did not come and no one called. I used the on line chat three times and people kept saying they would be right back and no one came back. I used the phone number and almost always got voice mail. when I finally got through they would not give me a direct line or a managers phone number-only the customer support e mail who I sent 4 e mails-all said I would receive a response within 24 hours. I have to date-a week later not received an e mail back. I finally got through on the phone again and someone helped to get my other two poinsettias delivered-a week later. I had wanted a refund BUT you can only have store credit. No compassion, no care, no support.

AVOID LIKE FROM FIRE. Now: I don't believe in writing in bad reviews because I understand this is someone business and the way they make a living but this company crossed any limit and nerve. It states clearly on their site that you are able to make same day delivery as long as it is before 1 pm. I ordered same day delivery, paid extra 20 dollars for it, the time was around 1235pm. I was waiting for those flowers on the same day which costed after tax 78 dollars!!! They never showed up. I know that mistakes can occur so I was not quick to judge and tried the telephone number they provided me on the website only to find out it is a bot which directs you to the online bot which again is not very useful. After alot of talking and times consuming with a bot which from clear reasons is stupid as it can get it provided me with an email which I actually got to talk with a representative. I was asking about this issue and how come. Not only the representative lied about me ordering it on 1255 as an excuse with shameful service but also after sending second furious email asking how do I get a refund, or is it possible to get it all the representative didn't bother to informed me that I was refunded while I was waiting for those flowers today. I discovered it but texting to the bot again. Login to my bank account relived that I wasn't given the money back. Shameful business that spits to the pit he drinks from.

We put in the order the day before and delivery was prompt and arrived at my parents’ house before noon the next day. Customer Service is awful. Called the 888 number and the guy just answered hello - didn't identify himself or the company. I thought I got someone at home. All he told me was email WeCare. So why have a customer service if all we are told is email WeCare. Don't know if I will use this company again.

So incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered for a specific date and they did not arrive. I called, emailed, live chatted and was told since it was delivered by a third party courier service they were not responsible for my flowers. I was offered a $15 store credit. I was then told that they were delivered five days later. If this was the case, it would still be unacceptable and I was told no compensation would be provided. Well, the flowers did not actually arrive. I have told customer service this over and over again but they assured me in the system it says they arrived so there is nothing they can do. Every time I call and am told I need to speak to a supervisor but they are 'busy' so cannot talk. I am then promised they will call back within 24 hours, which has never happened. I just want my money back for the flowers that never delivered and the complete inconvenience. I do not have the time or patience to call every single day to be given the run around.

Turns out that Bloomex ran out of flowers sent me a VEY UGLY bunch of odd flowers. They took no resposibility ..no apology . No refund Never use this florist .There are hundreds to choose from and flowers and service was terrible

I was very disappointed in the flowers that I had ordered for my grandmother's birthday the flowers were cute but didn't look full like in the picture not only that she did not receive the Teddy bear that was supposed to be with it. It's been a hard month for my grandma and I wanted to cheer her up but instead got a bit of disappointment cause of missing item and the flowers looking nothing like the picture

I wanted to send a bouquet to Sacramento, but for EVERY arrangement I chose, 800flowers said it wasn't available in that area. I was sooo happy to find absolutely no problems with Bloomex. I was delighted to find traditional arrangements, but more importantly, unusual arrangements, as I was looking for something for a very artistic person.

I was looking on the Bloomex Site as the lady & I were talking and liked what I saw but nit what was delivered The cost was not a factor it was just a few flowers to put in a vase. Order flowers for Valentine's Day wasn't even close to what I ordered. The flowers I did receive were already half dead already. I've been trying to get a hold of bloomed. I left several messages with no return calls from them. I highly recommend that save ur money and stay away from this rip off company. Very very disappointed.

What an awful experience!! Ordered a poinsettia basket got flowers sent. They were a day late and started dying the second day they arrived. I have emailed and contacted online chat and getting no where. If I wanted flowers I could have ordered that, not even close order to what I ordered. This company doesn’t care about its customers and what they ordered ... completely a scam company *** I did contact you and you offered no help, numerous times .. this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. I tried ordering flowers for my mother, I paid to have them delivered the same day and nothing was delivered. you can not contact anyone to speak to. the numbers they advertise online are for the sales people and they are the most rudest people you can deal with, I was hung up on I was yelled at.they keep telling e that they are waiting for the delivery driver to contact them. why does it take so long to find something out.. they have online chat the file complaints that no one tries to help you either or they just don't answer you back. they say email but no one answers you back either. please stay away from this company, you will regret dealing with. read their reviews first as I should have done.

They offered same day delivery, which I paid extra for, and it was 8 hours after the order was placed and it still hadn't been delivered and I hadn't received an update so I tried calling them 4 times, on hold for about 1 minute each time and then you're offered to leave a voicemail, so I did. I got no response from them for 2 hours. So I tried to use their "Expedited Customer Service" button in the email I received when I originally placed the order. I was offered to try this online chat on their website, and I waited for 1 hour with "expedited customer service". Then they informed me that my order would be delivered 2 days later! FALSE ADVERTISING and then they were next to impossible to contact. Don't order from them.

I have recommended Bloomex to everyone I know who enjoys fresh flowers. The flowers are very fresh when they get to your door. I have lost track of how many different bouquets I have ordered, but every one has had the freshest and most fragrant flowers. I could smell the lilies 2 rooms away. I am impressed also with how long the flowers last. I have had some bouquets last up to three weeks. Only one time has a bouquet lasted a week, and I think that was due to the type of flower. I think it is a very good idea that each bouquet can be ordered in 3 different sizes. I like having the option to choose what size of bouquet I would like. Overall, I have no issues with anything about the company from customer service to the flowers themselves.

I have ordered many times before with bouquet but have always loved the special message feature. I guess this time around the was an issue with the website where it didn’t accept my message and didn’t notify me hence causing my shipment to never go out. My never anniversary was the next day! Oh no! But when I reached out to the customer service chat, Marc helped me out and got me a new bouquet shipped to arrive right on time to my wife the next day. Really saved me, they are the best at bouquets, highly recommend their service to anyone!

I placed an order via phone and ended up cancelling a vase that was added to my order, I cancelled it within an hour after placing my order, rep confirmed that it’s cancelled, but the next day I received a receipt by email only to find out I still got charged for the vase. I contacted them again via chat and the rep said the same thing & that I’d get a refund within 3 days. It’s been a week but I still haven’t received a refund, I contacted them again but rep was trying to question if I received the vase or not? Like seriously, I cancelled it right away & delivery was set 3 days after, enough time for them to check the items before sending them. Had I not followed up, seems like they don’t plan to give my money back. If I actually got the vase I wouldn’t waste my time asking for a refund. The worst part: I was told I had to wait another 3 business days to get that refund, so that means I had to wait 2 weeks just to get it back. You guys are quick to charge my card but takes ages to refund. So frustrating.???? *Giving 2-stars since my sister liked the flowers and my niece liked the bear.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentine's Day and was quite disappointed with them. The were the 'Sweetheart Bouquet' and it looked spectacular on their website (3rd photo posted below)- a mix of stargazer lilies and roses. When they arrived, a couple of the roses were not in the best condition, and all of the lily buds were closed except one which was partially open. In the end, only that one bud eventually opened, and the rest stayed closed. Smaller details were that the photo advertised the stargazer lily, but this was more of a faded pink, and there were also little purple flowers in the advertisement which were not included. I understand that sometimes florists need to improvise based on their stock, especially during Valentine's day when there is such a high demand. But the fact that the lilies they sent did not only not open at all, except the one, is not acceptable when one is spending about $70 after delivery, etc. I wrote to the company a week later and shared the situation, including photos and at first they said they did not accept complaints after 3 days. I persisted and explained that I had been waiting to see if the lilies opened. I suggested a partial refund or a credit for a smaller bouquet. They replied back saying they were 'under changes' and would 'inform higher staff about my suggestions'. They offered a $15 credit which I don't feel is a reasonable compensation- to ask a customer to spend more more money at their store- (likely another $50) when I was dissatisfied with the product and no longer confident about the quality. My mom and I wondered how often they do send lower quality flowers, but get away with it, because the sender often doesn't see the final product, and most people who receive flowers are not going to complain about a gift! (And would not know what they were actually supposed to receive). This experience shows that sadly the larger a company becomes, the more customer service tends to suffer.

And, I’m supporting farmers! What‘s not to love? Whenever my funeral is, in the hopefully distant future, I want Bloomex all over so everyone can take them home.

I made an order, was told a time of delivery, i was specific with the latest time it could be there. It never made it, wasnt even prepared. Then no refunds are made only store credit. Who wants store credit to a place that doesnt get it right the first time...... Keep your flower deliveries to local companies.....these guys failed. Update....flowers got delivered after my wife finished work, we had to go pick them up (why pay for delivery)......they were the wrong flowers but apparently substitutions without customer approval are within their policy. 1. Will not deliver on time agreed on 2. They can substitute without your approval 3. No refunds Why would someone use such a poorly run company who does not care about the customer at all
