A great local flower shop that prepares thoughtful one of a kind bouquets. Millennials are not known for flower buying and they happily guided me through the process including coordinating delivery. Great service all the way by a thoughtful and caring team. Beats buying flowers at the grocery any day!

Sadly I have to share a really poor experience with Village Flowers. My friends ordered two separate deliveries, for my birthday, both for wine and flowers - and neither had any wine accompany the flowers. After reaching out and talking to Elaine several times, it became clear she is not interested in resolving the error or looking into what happened or providing any kind of apology or compensation for the cost of the missing wine. I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately we feel we have been let down on this occasion.

The service I received from the staff at Village Flowers is truly like no other. My initial inquiry was back in July via email and I was looking for a simple sunflower wedding bouquet, a boutonniere and 3 centre pieces for my girlfriend’s very small (8 person) wedding up in Seymour Arm BC. Sue got back to me within no time and gave me a price quote that was well within my budget and I confirmed the order right away. I live in Toronto, was flying into Kelowna and had planned on picking up the flowers on our drive to where the wedding was being held, all the arrangements were made and secured. I’m 5 ½ months pregnant and due to the severity of the forest fires my husband and I had to cancel our travel plans pretty much last minute. I spoke with Elaine the shop owner and she was so helpful throughout this, she made arrangements to have the flowers delivered directly to the venue which was 2.5 hours away from Kelowna, given my reason for not attending and for still wanting to complete the flowers for my friend’s wedding she made it happen. The bride absolutely loved her bouquet and said it was exactly what she would have picked out for herself, along with the other floral arrangements made. Her wedding was planned as a surprise by the groom, myself and another good friend of ours all the planning for this started back in February it was a proposal and wedding all in one day on September 1st. The wedding went off without a hitch and I am so very grateful that the folks at Village flowers were a part of it and added that extra beautiful touch to the day. Thank you so very much! I highly, highly recommend looking no further for floral shops in Kelowna, you will not be disappointed. (Pictures to come)

Amazing service!! I was late in ordering my Mother’s Day flowers and the online order form stated there was no more delivery slots available until the middle of the week, so I ordered anyways with planned delivery for Tuesday. Village Flowers went above and beyond to deliver my flowers on time for Mother’s Day despite me ordering last minute. My mom said they were just gorgeous. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered flowers wanted to have colorful arangmen with a Halloween flair. Very disappointed .flowers delivered in a mason jar. Only two flowers and the rest was greens.must say cutie spider that was suppose to light up,wrong. I guess the real sad part is this was to be a surprise. The shop called and wanted to confirm the address, then tell her to wait for delivery. SURPRISE.

Ordering from abroad. I found the website easy to use. I also called in to make a last minute change and was happily surprised when I was greeted by the actual person IN store! instead of a call centre. They keep a Good selection for quite a few occasions with kind, detailed, and lightning fast service!!!

Exceptional service! I had my wedding on Sunday, a very small ceremony. The very last moment we decided to get a bride bouquet and were not disappointed. We went to the shop on Saturday, right before the closing, spent like ten minutes there, paid and left. The next morning (which was their day off, they were not even open), the owner called us to confirm the pick up. The flowers were ready couple hours prior to the ceremony and were absolutely lovely! The owners definitely went out of their way to accommodate our spontaneous request. Even put the flowers in the vase and packed it!

I just ordered a floral arrangement over the phone from Village Flowers . I'm not an expert in floral but I am disappointed in this $80 plus tax and delivery arrangement. It seems small and not very impressive flowers for $80 but I'll let you be the judge. I'm only comparing to the arrangements I can pick up at Safeway or Costco for $25. It just seems I could get a lot more for my money at a store then florist. Perhaps I'm missing something but I must say I'm disappointed.

Received flowers for my birthday and these are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. The tiger lilies were all unopened when I received the flowers and since have opened up one at a time making the arrangement look brand new even a week later.

I live in Edmonton and wanted to send flowers to my grandma for her birthday. Unfortunately, they didnt have the bouquet I chose (to no fault of their own) but she (sorry I forget her name) called right away, apologized, and offered me some other options of plants. Perfect! Then I get another call. My grandmas birthday falls on holiday monday and they are closed! I told her that I picked them specifically because it didnt say on their site that they were closed monday and other shops did. She apologized again and we came to the conclusion to deliver that day. Then another phone call! The wonderful lady told me that since I had been so patient and understanding with the set backs that they would deliver on monday! I was so shocked and overjoyed! I made sure it wasn't a hassle for them and she said it was no problem at all. Super friendly. Goes above and beyond. Beautiful flowers and plants. Will 100% be going here from now on! They have a great variety of flowers and the best prices in town. Cannot beat their prices on any flower, no matter what. They always seem to have the most beautiful flowers and so many different colors to choose from. I don't know how they do it but they have a great customer service department with a very knowledgeable staff who is always ready to help you out if you need anything or just want some advice on what flower would be perfect for your occasion.

Ordered flowers for my granddaughter's acting performance. It was the end of the day and they would be closed the next day. The service I received was above and beyond. Elaine was not only friendly and understanding, she worked with her delivery person and got the flowers delivered that evening. And she to the extra step to follow up with me as no one was home at the time. I will shop here all the time. They made my day, my daughter's and my granddaughter's. Amazing. Prompt delivery!!! I Ordered over the phone for local delivery during this covid-19 upset for a dear friend's birthday. Flowers were delivered within 45 minutes. This was so great for us show our friend we are thinking about them. We did not see the quality off the blooms but I'm sure they were nice.

They even included some creative designing to match our needs, and were very helpful, thoughtful and on task - even calling us to consult. Transporting the flowers to our event was easy too, as they had a box fitted just right so the vase wouldn't tip over. So appreciate the over the top effort!

The ones I chose were not available even though online it said it was so I opted to wait a day later only to find out that they have trouble with their Visa online/machine and couldn't process my card. Very disappointed. Ended up ordering from another shop in Kelowna- no problem.

Worst ever! I payed for Birthday flowers and gift from outside of Canada. Nothing was ever delivered. I did not even get my money back by now, one year later! While normally a retailer has a maximum of 30 days to deliver your goods, if you paid for the flowers to be delivered by a certain date or time, for example next-day delivery on Valentine’s Day, this is an agreed part of your contract with the shop and if the flowers arrive late this is a breach of contract. You can therefore get a full refund.

My children ordered a flower arrangement of calla lilies from Village Flowers for me March 19/2021. They spent close to $100.00 for this arrangement. What was delivered to me was a bouquet of flowers that very much resembles flowers purchased from Save on Foods for $20.00. My daughter complained but nothing was done. We believe Village Flowers is a scam set up to deceive and fleece unaware online shoppers. Do not use this online store.
