I would NOT recommend Passionate at ALL, unless you want to be completely disappointed!As stressful as a wedding is, it was super upsetting, very disappointing and frustrating to have received orange roses in my wedding bouquet, when I requested for dusty rose pink! I also requested for my bouquet to be hand tied in pink ribbon, and they showed up in white ribbon NOT pink as I requested! Our boutonnières were white, instead of pink & corsages white, instead of pink as I had requested! Nothing was done right or correct as I had requested and colours were not the right colour. My colours were Pink & White, NOT ORANGE! Photo attached of the orange roses I received and pulled out of my bouquet, next to some of the grocery store pink & white roses we had to buy. This resulted in us having us to panic and go to the grocery store last minute and to find replacement flowers. If you were not able to get the flowers I requested, I would have appreciated a phone call prior to them being delivered and could have had them fixed. This was so super upsetting and caused our ceremony to be majorly delayed, as we had to take my bouquet completely apart to fix it! I had makeup running done my face and then had to spend time to fix my makeup. We had our very expensive photographer & videographer standing around doing nothing, as everyone was panicking trying to fix this issue. All this caused everything in our wedding day to be so delayed and rushed! Imagine the happiest day of your life being ruined and causing major anxiety all because of someone not following your order that your paid for. I have emailed contacted/contacted Passionate a couple times, and all I received was the owner would follow up with me. It’s been 3 weeks and yet NO phone and NO apology for screwing up my flowers and ruining my wedding. Terrible customer service and I should have been refunded for my order within a couple business days after my wedding and yet NOTHING has been done! Ordering my flowers through Passionate Bloom will always be my BIGGEST regret on my wedding day!

We can't rate Passionate Blooms enough! We contacted them fairly last minute to create a bouquet/boutonnière for our elopement/wedding and they were more than happy to accommodate us! They also offered delivery from West Kelowna to Vernon (Sparkling Hill resort) for a reasonable fee - fabulous! Also - on our wedding we day we had to bring the ceremony forward due to incoming thunderstorms and the delivery driver managed to get them to us way ahead of time! Thank you for reliving that stress and being so prompt!! As you can see the flowers were gorgeous - loved the colours and the added towel to avoid the flowers dripping on the dress. The order was completed and delivered promptly. They followed up via email to confirm the order was delivered and included photos of the arrangement design; that was a nice touch. I live in Vancouver, and a friend of mine recently moved to Kelowna. It was her birthday the other day and I wanted to send her a bouquet! I've never ordered flowers from Passionate Blooms before, or Kelowna in general so I was nervous since I made the order all online. I chose the custom fall bouquet in size Luxe and it was huge apparently and it definitely looked great! I didn't know what the different sizes meant since different florists have their own lingo sometimes, which was the only downside. But you can easily call/email them to find out (I ordered when they were closed so that's why I didn't and just winged it). I also love that you can add little gifts! I selected a bottle of hand soap (lemon peppermint), but they also have bath bombs, bath salts, and of course WINE! I asked them to also send me a picture of the bouquet so I can see, overall happy with the service they provided!

Buyer beware - what is shown on Instagram is healthy beautiful plants. What was gifted to me from my boss, purchased online and delivered by Passionate Blooms, was a sick plant. After several days of calling and asking for follow up to address my concerns, I finally received a replacement plant that is equally in poor health. Passionate Blooms did not attempt to satisfy me as a customer, nor go above and beyond (despite what other customer service responses suggest on Google reviews). What was meant to be a nice gift has turned into a very frustrating and upsetting experience as a customer. Photos below show the new plant that was given to me as a replacement by the owner.

Just read the review of the last bride that worked with Passionate Blooms so thought I would share my story. At least you got flowers. I asked them and they confirmed in writing that they could work with me to get my flowers in place for an August 11 wedding on July 9th. Yesterday, after following all of their instructions and chatting to someone on the phone about what I was looking for....they cancelled saying I was not a fit for them. I am having a 10 person front yard wedding. I work in Business Development and love helping my clients and making sure I meet their needs and expectations, regardless of how simple or complex. I was referred to Passionate Blooms and always jump at the chance to work with referral partners. Never has this happened with a referral. Went downtown Kelowna and got everything in place in minutes with another florist. They were not too busy and did not over promise and under deliver and gave me the time this bride who was left flowerless with only a couple weeks before her wedding deserves. I didn't sleep last night after receiving the email from you but tonight I will knowing that thing are working out for our upcoming wedding. They may be great for one off bouquets but look elsewhere for wedding flowers. Stay tuned for that 5 Star Review from the company that deserves it.
