They had amazing flowers sent over. I had a few roses dressed and rapped and they were amazing! The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was the delivery guy could have been much more friendlier.

At 1:30pm, I told my client to let me know if I could do anything else for them, and she responded by joking that "a box of chocolates" would be nice. I wasn't about to ignore this golden opportunity to make a client smile, so I decided to make it happen. Here's the kicker... My client's office is in Kelowna, but I'm 2,300 miles south in Texas. I found Mission Park Flowers and called to see what they could do, and I'm glad I did because Corinne was absolutely AWESOME!!! She was by herself in the shop and unable to deliver the specific item I saw on her website, but she had an alternate idea that actually worked out even better. Corinne was helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet from the start of our call till the end when she was writing the card. At 3:45pm, I got an email from my client that confirmed I made the right decision when I called Mission Park Flowers. I hope my team has more opportunities to work with Corinne in the future. If she was local here in Houston, I'd be calling her weekly! Thank you again Corinne for the fabulous service!

My Mom and brother sent my sister a Birthday Bouquet. It looks like it is from the 1970’s. Very poor. Really sad considering they were trying to make a nice gift and cheer her up. She sent me a photo of six black eyed Susan’s, a banana like Lilly that may never open, two pink wilting roses, something stick like that is purple and what looks like bay laurel in bunches. So bad. So sad. E transfer money so people can go buy their own. With smart phones and texts, we know what was spent and what was sent. Wake up Mission Park!

Ordered roses withbabies breath white flowers and when my girlfriend had them delivered to her house there were no babies breath white flowers and the flowers were all messy and did not look nice at all... secondly when i called and asked for some money back the lady was like "oh we ran out of the white flowers so we put more greens in" but they never told me this and still charged me full price which is pretty expensive... also they offered to come bring the white flowers to her house and stuff but when they called my girlfriend to arrange a time the lady said that the lady had misunderstood me when taking the order but they knew full well what i wanted... will not recommend this business to anyone

I ordered the Lavender Luxury flower arrangement, a box of chocolates, and a balloon for my Mother to be delivered May/14th/2017 in Kelowna BC. My mother received them by 1pm the flower arrangement is beautiful. The chocolates my mother and her friends enjoyed them. Great service thank you for making my Mother's day special!

I just want to say THANK YOU!!!!! I live in Calgary and ordered a VERY customized “hospital survival kit” basket for my grandfather who is diabetic and loves puzzle books and card games. They got everything I requested (which was very specific) AND went out of their way to go to the bank and get rolls of nickels for my grandpa’s favourite card game, “Nickels”. They went above and beyond and had it delivered to him at the hospital within 3 hours! I couldn’t have been more thrilled with my experience and I have shared this experience with all of my family there and we will definitely use them exclusively for all of our flower and gift basket needs from here on out! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!!!

Custom flower arrangements for a MALE which was specified. They were delivered and it’s full of pink and lavender coloured flowers. Poor choices. Dry small flowers.Disappointing for the price.

I ordered a WhooTree for my daughter at her new job. ☆•It was beautiful ☆•☆ The added pink bulbs made it look more soft and feminine. They did an Awesome job putting this together for me. BUYER BEWARE! I was looking for a florist referral and when my friends described their experience with Mission Park Flowers, I feel compelled to write a negative review to warn others. This florist provided an arrangement priced at $190 - yet it turned out to be worth under $100. (Small arrangement) They requested they replace it with a much larger arrangement for this special occasion and it was still of much lesser value than what was delivered. They had the opportunity to see the actual arrangement and were horrified and felt ripped off. Before anyone orders flowers, ask the florist to send you a photo of the actual arrangement and describe it in detail ...including the size. (photos can be deceptive). Another Tip: Do not order flowers or gift baskets from a 1-800 number. Photos do not depict what you are sending as these are third party order companies. Flower photos are 'stock' photos.

My mother in Ontario ordered flowers for me for my 50th birthday yesterday. I did not receive them on my birthday. It is 3pm on the FOLLOWING day and I have still not received my flowers. They called me at home on my birthday to let me know; however I was at work at the time. When I returned the call mid-afternoon, they said it was now too late to get the flowers to me as their delivery driver was on a delivery and would not be back in time. I was disappointed but made arrangements to have the flowers to be delivered to my office the following day. I told them our office has a receptionist so the flowers could be received easily. It is now 3pm in the afternoon and I still have not received the flowers that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. When I called to ask where the flowers were the person on the phone stated that the delivery driver was out again (in Winfield and had several more deliveries in town before coming to me.) I said that I was concerned because the office would be closing by 4pm. She stated that they were busy because Valentines day was coming soon. I think it is POOR excuse for not getting flowers delivered to me considering that Valentines day is a week away. I'm not sure who has Valentines Day flowers delivered a week in advance??? The flowers did finally arrive at the end of the day and were very average in quality. I would not recommend this florist.
