There are plenty of local flower shops around town that are all great - but funky petals is EXCEPTIONAL! I walked up today without even thinking of COVID-19.... They were closed for walk ins but greeted me at the door when they saw I was about to phone in. Such friendly service and fresh beautifully arranged flowers. Why did I choose to stop by this local flower shop? Because the other week my wife and I were out for a walk and they smiled and waved as we walked by. Such lovely people. Thank you !!

Funky Petals is a very cute boutique flower shop. The owner/lady was working on phone order when I arrived. I waited for 15 or so minutes before I was able to purchase the flowers I wanted for my Grama. They were pretty however the price point for what I purchased was high. $28 for two flowers with leaf garnish in a small vase. The have flowers have been kept in air-conditioning but have wilted two days later. In terms of the arrangements offered they were unique and original but in terms of lasting quality I do not feel they were meant to last long.

Honestly I'm really disappointed ???? got a beautiful lovers nest of roses on Valentines day that were already wilting so my partner returned them and got a replacement on Tuesday February 16. And today they are all completely wilted and thrown away. For the amount of money he spent on these, definitely not worth it to last 9ne week exactly. Flowers I bought for my mother on Feb 10 from a different shop are still in mint condition.

This is a beautiful shop, and the people there are amazing. Their flowers are absolutely gorgeous. They even have the cutest plant arrangements I have ever seen. They also have such cute gift ideas too such as scarves, jewelry, ornaments, chocolates, handmade cards and more. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Last week I was in I got some flowers, and they are as beautiful today as the day I took them home. I will definitely be gong there again.

After a national flower delivery company called me the day of and told me it would be $50 more or delivery would be 4 days late, I was in a jam. Called Funky Petals after 1:00pm to see if they would deliver on Black Mountain that day. Lia not only said yes without hesitation, but also provided me with the best customer service I think I’ve ever had. We live in Vancouver and couldn’t be in Kelowna for our 9 year old niece’s birthday, so decided to send the birthday girl flowers from her cousins. When I told Lia the story, she thanked me for letting them be a part of the special day. I can’t say enough about the experience I had with the both Lia and the company as a whole. The flowers were beautiful! Funky Petals saved the day!!

Funky Petals caught my eye because they have unique and interesting designs. When I buy flowers for someone I want something from the heart, not some typical bouquet you find on bloomex or whatever. Funky Petals has some very cool designs and they're local, so what's not to like? I called the store because it was my daughter's birthday and I was working out of town, and wanted to send her something nice on her big day. I had some ideas of what I wanted but couldn't find that perfect arrangement until I hit up Funky Petals. The woman who helped me on the phone spent a good 20 minutes helping me with ideas, suggestions, and even worked within my budget to make sure I got exactly what I wanted within what I wanted to spend. I will never use another florist again. Funky Petals is awesome and earned a customer for life.

I broke my leg on Monday and by next day they advised me I had a delivery from my team in Vancouver and asked me, knowing my leg was broken, how they could help with delivery and offered set up. This place is amazing! If I could I would give them 10 stars. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, I live in another province. I spoke with Heather and went through what I wanted. She was incredibly helpful and understanding. I needed the flowers delivered at a certain time and they showed up exactly when they were expected. The quality of the flowers and the price were fantastic. I would so recommend this shop to anyone looking for exceptional customer service, great prices and great quality and selection.

One time I had a flower arrangement sent to a close friend to celebrate her new pregnancy; the flowers were stunning, the arrangement was delivered with care, and the service of the transaction was great! I also bought flowers there for my mom for Thanksgiving; the flowers were beautiful as always, they lasted for quite a while and the price was really great considering the quality of the product. 5/5! I called from Vancouver as our friend was in the Kelowna hospital. I shopped around a little and found great reviews for this florist and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be the perfect choice! Our friend in the hospital is male and a geologist. Funky Petals made up pot with succulent plants and some interesting colourful rocks around the base.
