Floral Designs by Lee were amazing! We needed a last minute bouquet delivered for our step mums birthday , but also wanted an elegant bouquet and not a tacky grocery store bouquet. When I called , they said they could do same day with delivery and when I explained the look I wanted , they knew my vision exactly and were able to customize it for us! They are so professional, kind and very efficient . Also their floral designs are classy, elegant and great quality. I wanted to steer well away from the boring, “FTD”, standard-issue bouquets that seem to be ubiquitous with many of the other florists in the area. When I saw the website for “Floral Designs by Lee” I knew this was the place. Stunning with a fresh, modern esthetic…they created a beautiful, compact arrangement of roses, orchids, hydrangeas, succulents and other non-traditional flowers, in a square, clear glass vase, which was promptly delivered on my Mom’s special day. I was late scheduling my flowers for my wedding. Lee took me on just three and a half weeks before my wedding to do all my corsages, bouquets and boutineers. She was able to work with my budget while still giving me exactly what I wanted! On the day of my wedding I went to pick our flowers up, and realized I had the wrong address as she had recently moved her business. She did everything in her power to get the flowers to us, she even had them delivered to where my husband was getting ready so we did not have to return to the flower shop while we were getting ready, and at no delivery cost! I was so impressed with her flowers and the incredible service I had (Being the most unorganized client she’s probably ever had haha!) and they did an amazing job helping us out! I cannot sing the praises of Floral Designs by Lee loudly enough. My fiance's grandfather passed, and I wanted to send flowers to my future mother-in-law from the States. Lee's online buying setup is clear, professional, and user-friendly. My FMIL is the type who would prefer something upbeat/cheerful rather than a more formal/somber arrangement, and she loves butterflies. I noted those things in the comments section, and Lee NAILED it. A few hours later, my MIL had a gorgeous bouquet of her favorite flowers with a handwritten note (content submitted by me). FOLLOW-UP Owner of this establishment was truly attentive to this matter and offered many solutions to make this right. She was overwhelmed with business during the period I ordered with all the complications the Pandemic brings. Definitely a business with integrity. I will give them future business and recommend Floral Designs by Lee. I debated whether to review this shop or call the business but it is important others know the details. This might have been a very infrequent somewhat poor result based on the reviews I see but this is my experience. Purchased a fresh cut arrangement for Mother's Day. I had to call at 4:30pm the day of delivery to inquire about status and they had misplaced my order from 6 days prior. I was told they would do a little extra for the hiccup and they did get the flowers there at around 6:30pm. I am attaching 2 photos the one picture is what was a $60 oder plus tax/del...$78. It has the 2 yellow roses in it which was nice but compare the other photo which is an arrangement delivered same day by Safeway to my partner...$50 and no $12 delivery charge. I think most will agree the $50 Safeway order is much more appealing then the neglected $60 order by Lee.

We spent so much time trying to figure out which arrangement we would get and went with this one (well, the one on the website) as we thought it was beautiful. The arrangement delivered is not worth $120 - there aren’t any “expensive” flowers and does not look like the arrangement on the website.

My grandma (who is 94) called me recently and was feeling very down. After the call, I ordered next day delivery of flowers. Turns out Floral Designs by Lee was closed the next day (I think it was Jan 1). I accidentally put in the wrong phone # when I placed the order so they couldn’t even get a hold of me to tell me. Instead of not telling me and just delaying until the 2nd, this florist made and delivered the flowers THAT day and email me after.
