Due to a timing error on behalf of Enterprise Flowers I received my birthday bouquet from my daughters a week early. The delivery lady told me that day that they would bring my another ‘token’ bouquet the following week, on the originally scheduled day. Well, today was that day and I wondered if they would remember or not. Sure enough, they brought up a beautiful complimentary bouquet!!???????????? Now that is excellent customer service!!

My sister and I have purchased/received flowers from here on two occasions. Both times the lilies in the bouquet have withered and died within the first day. We called the second time it happened to inform them about this and ask why it was happening, to which they could not provide an explanation. The lady on the phone said we could bring the bouquet in and they would change the lilies, but that they would have to charge us for them. It doesn't make sense that we would have to pay for their faulty flowers. Definitely will not be purchasing their overpriced flowers from here again.

WORST experience I have ever had also!! We paid $115 for a purple lavender arrangement and ordered from out of province. When we saw a picture of what was sent... it was a bunch of mixed pinks and very small- also we were told they were not weathered well after less than 24 hours. When we called to see why this happened we were told that lavender can sometimes be PINK! WOW!!!! So they refunded our money and it gets better... They picked up the flowers from my Aunt that we sent out as a thank you gift instead of replacing them!!! So we ordered from another place. AWFUL!

I sent an arrangement to my mom and she raved about it. The colours were radiant and the arrangement lasted a long time. Nice that this worked out so well especially when you can't pick the flowers out in person.

This has been simply the WORST experience I have EVER had with a florist. I am a baker and frequently use fresh flowers on wedding cakes and just buy them at a grocery store. This cake was special to me, requested by a couple of my best friends (who used to be florists). I decided that I would order a few stems of high quality flowers for their cake because they would see the difference. I received shockingly rude attitude on the phone when I called to ask questions about what was available and how I could best order what I needed. Then I was told that the few LOOSE STEMS I ordered (not even an arrangement!?) would cost $80! I went to pick them up today and discovered that the quantities that I needed for a cake were totally wonky because they had simply refused to help me on the phone (literally abruptly told me to figure it out and call them back). AND the quality was WAY worse than what I normally buy at the grocery store! Flowers were browned, crushed, squashed and had bugs in them. UNBELIEVABLE!! I ended up paying DOUBLE what I normally pay, for HALF the product and was unpleasantly surprised by the quality. I'm really sad, and at this point have no recourse.

Enterprise has always done such a great job on flowers for me and my family for the past 5+ years. Every bouquet or orchid I have ordered/had delivered as gifts has been beautiful and fresh. I ordered an orchid as a gift for my mother in early March and on April 26th it’s still going strong!

Calling in from out of town, I hoped to order something very special to celebrate the birthdays of two very special people. Zeena promptly and efficiently took my order but later called back to advise the flowers I wanted were out of season. I was really disappointed but Zeena discussed other choices so I put my trust in her recommendations and approved the order. Later in the day my daughter called back to thank me for the beautiful arrangement. She said it was very very nice. I never saw the actual gift but from the sound of my daughter's voice, she was very happy with it. And that's all that matters, isn't it? Thank you so much Zeena.

I was totally stressed out with Enterprise flower studio (Kelowna, BC) as they forgot to send my funeral flower to the cemetery. Our loved one passed away and was buried on Nov 29/21 and the flower arrangements did not show up. When I attended to speak with the employee who took my order she indicated that she forgot to print the draft and leave it for the week end staff to make up the flower. Really? Is this the type of flower shop a customer really wants to order their interment flowers from or any flowers knowing that they forget to deliver an order for a customer on an already stressful day. This was totally unacceptable. The worse part was that I came away thinking that there was nothing I could do to fix this issue and the employee did not seem to genuinely care about this unacceptable mistake. The owner also did not have the decency to phone and apologize or even send out a sorry note or flowers or anything. It just showed that this owner and her employee lacked any sympathy or remorse for their actions. They figure oh well, no big deal as we have other customers. I suggest to other customers that they should think twice before ordering from this flower shop as they could be the next customer that this employee forgets to fulfill and deliver their owner. What if this happened to the employee who forgot to place the order. I bet she would have a different attitude. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great customer service! I felt like I did't get what I paid for. I asked for designers choice and there were about 5 flowers in the 80$ package. It was 100$ in total with delivery. I sent the picture to a few friends and they guessed it was about a 40$ bouquet.

I called and placed a last minute same day order for my Mom for Valentine's. Enterprise Flower's was able to fulfill my order and have it ready for curbside pickup by my Dad within a couple hours. My Mom has reported the arrangement looks beautiful. Thanks!
