Go to spot in Lindsay for gifts for my Mom/Girlfriend. Dried flower bouquets are really really nice and we still have one as decoration in our home a year later. Highly recommended.

I received a little succulent garden as a holiday gift from my employer. It was so lovely, the thought and sentiment of “how we’ve grown” and “keeping it close to see how we keep growing” was so heartwarming. The package had six little plants, soil, moss, pebbles and a cute little box. I LOVE it. Planting will be a little bit of fun. It was delivered right to my door and with a smile. It was packaged so nicely with the instructions and the card and message from work. Thank you T&T. We’re a national company and finding local for each of us is hard. You made it nice and easy. I’ll treasure this for a long time. I was so happy to find that you’re just up north from me. I’ve tried to shop local during this pandemic. It made me smile. Happy Holidays. My sister purchased an expensive succulent arrangement that she and I split on as a gift. Unfortunately we got a call from the recipient of the succulent arrangement to let us know that all the roots were rotten from over watering and the plants were basically sitting on top of the soil. It was just a matter of time before the actual plants died as they were not rooted in. The recipient threw the arrangement out into the compost but wanted to let us know. She lives 4 hours away so it was not possible to retrieve the arrangement. When my sister went back in to Twine and Twig and the two girls (owners) made her explain the story twice only to be told that they don’t have a refund policy and then the one girl looked at the other girl and rolled her eyes thinking that my sister could not see her. My sister was so disgusted at the mocking that she left the store. I would not recommend this store as the treatment of their customers is terrible and they do not sell quality product nor do they stand behind their product. My go to place will always be either Hills Florist or Kent Florist. Service from these shops is better and they stand behind their products
