Ordered flowers for same day delivery for funeral yesterday, they were very honest and helpful. They were not able to make my first choice because it was last minute order but got everything ready and sent in time for the service (less that 2hrs). Will definitely use again. The arrangement sent was beautiful and they communicated quickly to ensure everything was correct.

I ordered flowers for a funeral service from the catalog in the store on the Thursday before the Thanksgiving weekend. The arrangement in the catalog looked nice but I wanted something that would look a little more impressive. There were a couple of upgrades available, and if you wanted the premium version, it would cost $180 (I believe the standard price was $130, the first upgrade was $150 and the premium was $180). I was told that I could get an arrangement of white roses and white calla lilies to whatever amount I wanted. If I wanted $250 worth of flowers, they would put in $250 worth of flowers. So, I ordered the $250 version (total cost with tax was $300), which should have been better than their $180 premium version. I was sorely disappointed when I got to the funeral home on Friday. There was nothing I could do at this point except slowly die of embarrassment. It was not impressive and definitely not worth the $300. There were other nicer arrangements sent by my friends, and they only spent $100! I know that there is no other recourse except to provide my review of my experience. The damage has been done, and there is no 'do-over' in this case. I will not be using this florist again. This is worth $300?? If you look real close, you might see the calla lilies.

What an amazing lady Sandra and her workers are! After learning that a close family member passed away from the variant Covid19 early last week, i was tasked ( it really wasn't a task) with the condolence notes and flowers to be distributed to three family members....Sandra was so kind & thoughtful, considerate and thorough with me, as i gave her instructions on what i wanted ( while standing on her front step, as i could not enter the flower shop ( because of lock-down) which i totally forgot! The flowers were delivered to two family members with one to go to the USA when she gets home in two weeks. These are wonderful looking flowers! A couple weeks ago I called to place a small order for a bouquet I was making for a bride. I called them close to their closing time. The rep I spoke to took down my flower list and after speaking to the manager said they would check the prices with their supplier and call me back. I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks. Then when I called on the weekend, the manager I spoke to said that she remembered my order and that their supplier needed me to purchase a larger quantity to ship it so "she knew it wasn't possible so she didn't bother to call me back"... Excuse me? I was shocked by her lack of consideration for my timelines and how she didn't feel I needed a call back. Even if it wasn't possible, it's just good customer service to call back and say the order is not possible in a timely manner. She didn't even apologize for not calling me. I'm now less than 2 weeks away from the wedding and having to scramble to find a plan B for flowers. I'm definitely not ordering from them now or in the future and wanted to forewarn others. I found another florist who have been extremely responsive and help me in the Markham area. Too bad because even though this order was small, they just lost my business for any future large orders I have down the road.

I decided to go to Tim Clark's Flowers on Main Street Markham for my flowers on Mother's Day. I purchased a small bouquet of 6 yellow roses for $50 including taxes. The flowers only lasted from Sunday - Friday the following week. On the receipt it states that any flowers purchased will be guaranteed to last for at least 7-days. I feel cheated and disappointed with my purchase, and I will not be back. Somewhere like The Village Grocer is much more reliable with their flowers at half the price.

Not being from Markham, I found Tim Clark's flowers - but with COVID restriction and all - I wanted something that didn't scream 'funeral' and the owner really showed her great design talent in putting together a truly wonderful arrangement! I would not hesitate to use Tim Clark's Flower's again! Hint: let the owner 'do her thing' as she is wonderfully talented!

Fantastic experience with Tim Clark Florists in Markham! I called them on December 24th (SUNDAY) after striking out with several other local florists. I wanted to send flowers to a family member in the hospital in Lindsay, and I am so glad I found this place! The gentleman who answered the phone on Christmas Eve was very friendly and helpful. When I told him the flowers were for someone in the hospital in Lindsay, he said he would ask his boss if she could fulfill my order, and she made a special trip to the hospital and delivered the flowers on CHRISTMAS DAY!!!! From all accounts the arrangement was glorious, and it made my cousin's Christmas in the hospital so much better. So thank you Tim Clarks!

A good friend of mine (who lives in Shelbourne) send me a beautiful mini orchid arrangement for a special birthday. Sadly with in a week one of the orchids started to wilt and then the second one started. I wrote to Tim Clark's expressing my disappointment because I knew my friend spent a bit of money on this arrangement. They responded immediately, apologizing and said they stand behind their products, but sometimes, with flowers and plants it can be unpredictable. They replaced my orchids with a beautiful planted garden in a really nice pot. I ordered a $ 100 birthday arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered to an address in Thornhill on Friday. As the delivery was scheduled for 3 days after I placed the order, this was not a last minute, "rush" order. I chose a photo off the Tim Clark website and indicated I wanted that specific arrangement done in white and pink flowers. I received a copy of the invoice which confirmed my specification of that particular arrangement done in white and pink. There was no misunderstanding of what I had ordered. The recipient called me on Saturday (1 day after delivery) and rather graciously described the arrangement as "colourful". I told her it was to be pink and white, to complement her home decor and her personal taste. She said it was orange and red and rather garish. I immediately emailed "Will" with whom I placed the order and described the problem. He admitted that an error had been made and offered me $ 15 off my next order. I told him there would not be a "next order" from me if he did not redo the arrangement in pink and white as ordered, and deliver it same day. This conversation took place at about 1pm on Saturday. Will whined (and yes, I mean whined) that he could not possibly redo the order and get it to Thornhill by 5pm same day. The recipient's address in Thornhill is 20 minutes driving time from the Tim Clark Markham location. Thus Will had 4 hours to work with. He could easily have redone and redelivered the arrangement within that 4 hour window, should he have chosen to do so. Apparently he's never heard of taxis, uber or same day couriers. He then actually suggested that he could drop by the recipient's home on Monday (that would be 3 days after the arrangement and been delivered and 2 days after the recipient's birthday) and attempt to refurbish the 3 day old arrangement with pink and white flowers. He actually thought that the 83 year old recipient would let a strange man into her home to pull apart an already "past-its-prime" arrangement, make a mess in her home and all would be good. I found this offer of a "repair job", really quite unbelievable. The only acceptable remedy to Will's "error" was to redo the arrangement and deliver it same day. Any honourable business person would have done so. Will was having none of that. His attitude was pretty much "who cares if you didn't get the colours you wanted, it's not a big deal". Well Tim, it is a big deal. It seems you had some garish red and orange flowers that you needed to move out before they deteriorated and you thought you'd just stick them in the arrangement I ordered and I'd never know the difference. When an order is placed, there is an obvious expectation on behalf of the buyer that it should be executed as it was specified. Clearly Will cannot be trusted to fill an order as per a buyer's specific instructions, and worse he certainly can't be trusted to remedy a problem which is solely his responsibility, in an honourable and timely way. I would advise all and anyone never to purchase from Tim Clark. And Will, spare us all the patronizing reply of how you are "so sorry that I was disappointed" .... I'm not interested. If you truly cared about my disappointment, you would have redone and redelivered the arrangement on Saturday as I requested. In response: Will, you never once offered me a refund. Your offer was $15 off my NEXT order. And, you did not issue the refund until I posted this very unflattering review online, in attempt to redeem yourself now that this matter is in a public forum. If you had offered me a full refund, I would have accepted it and the situation would have been resolved. You know very well ... that offer was never made. Further, you're absolutely correct I wanted the problem fixed immediately. It was a birthday gift and I wanted the recipient to have it on her birthday, not 2 days later. You are in the special occasion business which is time sensitive. Do you deliver Valentine arrangements on Feb 16th?
