Wow! I can not even begin to describe how amazing my flowers were for my wedding! They were absolutely the highlight of my day and worth every penny. The staff at Thimbleberry lane were so detailed in their work and understood exactly what I was looking for. They were very patient with my indecisive nature and offered lots of suggestions when I was unsure about what I wanted. The staff, flowers, and entire experience was excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!

Had a horrible experience ordering with them online. The owner maintained the flowers were delivered by her delivery service but was not able to provide any documentation showing they were delivered to the correct address and would not provide a refund. Bottom line, $100 spent and charged and no product delivered.

The absolute worst florist! If I could give negative stars I would. My bridal bouquet looked like a funeral arrangement, the centerpieces were so stingy and the brides maids bouquets were very ugly. We had to go out and buy more flowers to add. To top it off, I complained about my bouquet day of in their store and they argued with me and did nothing to fix it!! Horrible customer service and even worse product.

I have used Thimbleberry Lane for many years now to send my relatives in Whitby lovely Christmas arrangements. The quality has always been excellent and the floral designs unique and beautiful. Each year I get complements on the beautiful arrangements received. The same day delivery is fast and efficient delivery. I would definitely recommend Thimbleberry Lane and will continue to use them again.

These guys are GREAT! I placed an order this morning around 8:00am for same day delivery to Oshawa and it reached at 2:00pm in the afternoon! They contacted me to confirm the order and time spot too. The flowers were exquisite just like in the picture and the vase was nice too. They arrived looking beautiful! The delivery person followed instructions and care too. Made my recipients and I, super happy. Thank you so much to the florist and the entire Thimbleberry Lane team! Highly recommend!
