I received this arrangement for my birthday last Saturday. They are still looking fresh five days later. I'm glad to have a local place for my mom to order flowers for me. We have used florists from Newmarket over the years and we were always disappointed. Great customer service, too!

OMG so good, same awesome friendly service I have been use to getting for the last 12 years. Now I saved time they can just delivery my flowers I don't need to go and pick them up. Same great service New location. Awesome Flowers as always. Great Job!!!

We always get holiday centerpieces from here and they are always beautiful and last a good amount of time. I ordered my wedding flowers from here they were beautiful I can't complain at all. Except one detail for the head table, I ordered a high low arrangement and it was so small not at all what I was looking for. I was pretty disappointed. I never was even contacted to clarify the size or anything of the piece. The flowers and arrangements other than that were very beautiful.

The Rose Pros exceeded my expectations for our big day. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful and Janice made sure to stay in our budget, which was a plus. She was amazing to work with and I would recommend her and her store to anyone who is getting married or who needs flowers for any other occasion. what can I say. I always purchase my flowers from rose pro but today they went beyond the call of duty my card wasn't working so they came to my house which is in Mr Albert and I paid them cash . they are very carrying and thoughtful I was recommend them 100% you don't get that kind of service anymore. thank you Rose Pro you made my day

We ordered flowers for my sister's wedding from The Rose Pro, six bouquets and flowers on the side because we wanted to build our own centrepieces. Janice was a pleasure to work with and had everything ready for us in lots of time to set up and get pictures taken. She even made a flower crown for my daughter to wear as the flower girl.
