I don’t live in the area, but I reached out to Stouffville Florist to arrange for a local floral delivery to my family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kim was very helpful and prompt when following up on my order inquiries, and I am genuinely grateful for her help! The flowers were delivered quickly and were a huge success :) Thank you, Kim!

The arrangement was beautiful, the flowers fresh, and exactly like the picture. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely as well. The only reason for the 3 star review is the attitude of the gentleman, who delivered the flowers. He was very rude and unprofessional, which is disappointing as the flowers were meant to make a person happy (and in this case comfort the recipient after the loss of a loved one). Hope my experience was an exception.

Sooooo slow. I know it's Stouffville but it's 2018 not 1954. People have things to do. Took her 30 min exact to dress and wrap 12 roses. Without anything else. At the end there were still some thorns left.

My boyfriend surprised me with flowers from this place for my birthday. They delivered it at the time he requested and with a handwritten note. The flowers were beautifully arranged and every single one of them were fresh. The attention to detail is incredible!

A wonderful local florist who always has a good selection of fresh flowers and plants. Orders are ready on time and wrapped to keep the frosty air away while getting to your car in winter. Very friendly staff.

Amazing Flowers and Amazing Customer Service. For my 13 year wedding anniversary, I placed an order online for 1 dozen white roses. I received a phone call from the florist the next day asking me if it would be okay to include a 13th white rose, and further, would it be okay if they tied a white ribbon around the vase to really dress it up for the occasion. My answer to all of their questions was a resounding yes. They took the initiative to make what is usually a very straight forward online order process, to make me feel truly valued as a customer. All at no extra charge as well, not that that would have mattered, as the flowers themselves are the biggest and most amazing white roses I have ever seen. Thank you Stouffville Florist.

My 'Golden Day Basket' Fall arrangement arrived with some 4 sunflowers no lilies and some miscellaneous filler, all immaturely arranged in a WHITE wicker basket. White for a Fall basket? Not at all like picture displayed on their website. I guess they ran out of brown, the buyer will never see this anyway right? I give this place a big miss.

What a wonderful business. My last minute order was carefully assembled, and delivered right on time! Although I provided the representative on the phone a range in price and told them I was willing to pay on the higher side, they made sure they charged me middle range and told me not to worry that it would look fantastic and it did !!
