I am not from the area, but I wanted to send some flowers to someone in Peterborough. So, after looking around online, I chose Rambling Roses based on the amazing reviews I saw, and WOW - I was far from disappointed! They were extremely prompt in processing and filling my order, provided same day delivery, and their customer service was absolutely astounding! There were a couple hiccups along the way with the order (certain flower wasn't in stock, wrong address given on my part), but, nevertheless, they were able to adjust the order and achieve comparable presentation! I would most certainly recommend Rambling Roses to anyone looking to purchase or gift flowers in the Peterborough area.

My boyfriend purchased flowers for me for our anniversary yesterday from Rambling Rose. The flowers were beautiful but we were both very disappointed in the customer service. My boyfriend paid extra for me to receive the flowers before 12pm however the flowers weren't delivered until around 4:15pm. There was no phone call to let us know the flowers would be late and he didn't get a refund on the extra money he paid for the earlier delivery. Unfortunately due to this Rambling Rose has lost a returning customer.

I ordered a philodendron online for my grandmother for her birthday. Since I ordered pretty much at the cutoff point for the same day delivery, I called the store to confirm that they had my order and it would be shipped that day. They assured me everything was going to happen as it should. Not long after, I received an email, not a call, an email saying my order has been cancelled because my address is not within the delivery area despite it being in Murphy. My grandmother did not get her birthday present and I was not aware until it was far too late.

Denise at Rambling Rose created absolutely stunning boutonieres, hairpieces, and a bridal bouquet for our wedding. We had requested succulents interspersed with other small flowers and greenery and everything was even more beautiful than what I had imagined! Our initial consultation was fun and painless and she followed up to confirm all the details. Her pricing is great compared to other floral shops in the area and she delivers extremely well-constructed arrangements. In spite of three outfit changes, being bumped multiple times, and dancing wildly all night long, my hairpiece was still wholly intact at the end of the night (succulents are very delicate, so it seemed like a miracle to me!). I highly recommend Denise - you won't find a nicer, more talented florist in Peterborough!

I ordered a big heaping bunch of Daisy's for my wife just to say I love you. Rambling Rose was very helpful on the phone and were able to arrange delivery the same day at the specific time of 4PM. Though they told me they would need a little bit of a window (which is more than understandable) they still came through and delivered right on time at 4PM. The Bouquet was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I'm glad I found Rambling Rose and hope to deal with them again!

Ordered flowers for a friend in hospital. Have never been to this store (I live in another province) but checked out their website and was able to chose an arrangement online. I phoned in the order and the woman who took my call was very helpful, kind and knowlegeable. They delivered the same day. I received a photo of the flower arrangement and it looked beautiful. Denise is so precise at every detail…from the water holders on the ends of stems, to the clear tubular support on Gerbera daisies preventing them from dropping their heads.
