I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my grandmother. They were delivered promptly and absolutely gorgeous. My grandmother was over the moon.

I ordered this for $110 dollars Canadian- ( not including the delivery charge and tax) which is fine because anyone should expect to pay the delivery and tax ((((regardless)))) which punched the price up to $130. This was delivered to the Tower hill area. I called one of the friends attending the Easter Dinner where the flowers were delivered. Immediately in a disappointed tone, he said, “ how much did you pay for these? That were not that great for the price vs what you got” I was blown away hearing this and disappointed. He took this photo and text it to me. This is absolutely a nice, quality arrangement if you spend $50 to $70 for it. But the presentation was just “ meh” with price vs what was sent, definitely is inconsistent to experience, expectations to what $110 gives you, OR SHOULD. I see there’s also another complaint on here from a month ago having this exact same issue. So obviously this is starting to become a pattern. Customer Service is fine. Delivery was on time. This was just WAY overpriced for these average looking flowers. If the cost has Increased? Fine, but at least make the presentation a bit more attractive than this by adding baby’s breath or SOMETHING to give it better curb appeal. I’ve purchased much better arrangements that absolutely destroyed these in presentation and arrangement from Independent when I was visiting over Valentines Day 2021 for $50 and a $30 vase and it still came out $30 cheaper than this ( and much better) the photo comparison speaks for themselves. I will not order from them again. Again, I’m not complaining about the delivery charge or the taxes because everybody has to pay taxes and delivery if they want something delivered.

I contacted Pammett's about creating a floral crown for my wedding last summer. I don't live in town, so all of our back and forths were done by email, where I gave them a general idea of what I was after but basically told them to do what they thought looked best. The crown was AMAZING. One of the nicest floral crowns I've ever seen. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, it was super well made and well priced. Wonderful job guys, thank you so much!!

It's a beautiful store and the plants are beautiful however... about a year ago I purchased a type of climbing shrub in a fishbowl type pot. Within a few weeks I had noticed the plant itself was not doing too well. After closer inspection I discovered what looked like tiny clear bugs living within the bowl and killing my plant. I immediately removed the bowl and the plant itself lucky enough my other 12 plants nearby had yet to be affected because the shrubs were too low to reach out. For 30$+ I was very disappointed with my experience and honestly have yet to go back for fear that I'll just waste my money again :( I also would like to note that I live within a 5km radius from the store so me picking up these bugs somewhere else is very unlikely.

Beautifully decorated and well stocked plant / florist shop on Charlotte St. In downtown Peterborough. Lady working was most pleasant and not pushy . I ended up buying some greeting cards but will certainly return to purchase plants and planters in the future . I highly recommend.

Love the selection. It's always changing when I go. I like the different displays as they inspire me. While it's not a huge deal it would be nice if they had labels for the plants so I knew what they were.

Because we have lived outside Ontario for many years and we have family in Peterborough, we have had to rely on local florists to help us acknowledge and mark special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, winning lotteries (just kidding), and so on. Three times now we have relied on Pammet's Flower Shop. Each time there are aspects of their service which need to be celebrated during these difficult times. Those words are: reliable, honest, high quality, creative (they really do pay attention to requests and tailor/customize arrangements remarkably well). This little business is rich in community spirit and has never exploited our vulnerability as a long distance customer ever. They are professionals with a common touch and an uncommon quality. Use them with alacrity (aha, fancy word, but it sums up our enthusiasm for them'; it means, "cheerful readiness").

I ordered flowers for a friend. Including tax & delivery it came to $161.00. What was sent was at best mediocre, it looks like a bouquet in the $75.00 range. I won't be going back to this place again, very disappointing

Found the shop and gave them a call but they were just about to close. They kindly agreed to stay open to fill my order. Kate, with whom I spoke was exceptional. She took the time to help me as I was doing an FTD to someone dear to me. She however did not know anything about the flower shop that she was sending the order to except that there had been no complaints about them. Well, I had to go on faith. Ordered a dish of potted plants for around $100. It was a plastic dish with four plants. I could have bought it at Walmart or metro for $40. Very embarrassing to give to a neighbour who had just lost her husband. Never again will I give them a dollar of mine

I was looking to bring Sunflowers to my longest/dearest "BFF" for our Bi annual Girls weekend. I read a number of Reviews for local Flower shops and was highly impressed with Pammett's This review is to share how pleased I was with the Lady that assisted me (wish I thought to get a name) It was the day before I was leaving & asked if I could pick up the Flowers (which were BTW -gorgeous) she agreed that was a great idea - she was very accommodating, extremely polite and helpful Thought the next day would be best and she set aside the ones I wanted, prepared them when I picked them up. I had been told it would be quite pricey there. I knew I wasn't looking for extravagant Flowers & what I did pay was extremely fair & not pricey at all. The staff make a shopping experience, memorable either in a good way or not. And that's worth paying a little more I'd think! This was such a nice experience! most importantly it was the way I was welcomed into the Shop - the kind & cheerful atmosphere was heartwarming!! Night & Day to the extremely chilly reception offered upon entering McKnight's

Myself & a friend of mine went in to browse their selection of indoor house plants one afternoon. We found a lovely Mandarin Orange spider plant that caught our eye. My friend picked up the plant to see how much it cost. There was a price tag of $29.99 then another price tag for $59.99!! We asked an employee about the price & were told the price was $59.99! They would not honour the $29.99 price which is the price they receive the plant for. The mark up on their plants is absolutely ridiculous!!!! We will definitely NOT ever be returning & if you’re reading this spend your money some place else. Burley’s has MUCH better customer service.

Pammett's is a lovely flower shop, very professional, and I think, the best florist in Peterborough. They have high quality products, from reputed suppliers, and yet they still have some of the most competitive prices in town. They do beautiful wedding flowers, and are great at keeping up with the wedding trends. In my experience, they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Great quality, great prices, and staff that actually know what they are talking about!

We ordered a flower bouquet for my boyfriend's parents' anniversary. When we came to pick it up, they had forgotten our order and apologized. They made the bouquet quickly, but the quality of flower arrangement and wrapping was not nearly as good as I expected for the price. It was very disappointing. I won't use them for flower bouquets anymore. The sore was pretty though.
