Their speedy delivery is also great for those last minute occasions (when you forget or someone needs a cheering up). I always have faith they will put together the best.

Unbelievably brash and inflexible. Anyone who’s been here more than once knows exactly what I’m talking about. Love to support local but when a $6 headband (never worn), was attempted to be returned (with original receipt) was told it was now magically “final sale” because it’s considered a mask. A costly customer service gaffe that will now leave you with one less person shopping here for family members and friends. Just please try to be more pleasant to customers going out of their way to support a local business, especially when most stock you carry could easily be purchased at other local retailers.

Its not often when I give a bad review but for this one I felt needed to give my opion. Ofcourse I understand deliveries are not always easy but my parents ordered well before hand and it showed up a day and a half late. Again, I understand it happens at times but what I and my parents were most dissapointed about was that the delivery wasnt even correct. My parents ordered flowers for my birthday as they live very far away and this was the first time they ordered something online for delivery and then flowers came, that looked completely different than what they booked before hand.

It was a great first experience! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable..there is also a lot to choose from as far as gifts to add to your flowers. I looked all over for cactus soil and they had it after looking everywhere! PPE was used by all staff and sanitizer was provided. I will definitely visit again.

Absolute awful customer service. My family and I walked in this afternoon and we were very rudely greeted at the door. No hello or how was your day, just a snappy question asking if we knew what we wanted. Once we explained that we were here to browse the crocs section, we were turned around and told to leave. I truly will never return to this store. Two other people in the store were also rudely told to leave and had a similar experience.

I usually love this place and bring all my friends here. Yesterday the lady at the front was rude no smiles or welcoming at all. It was quite awkward and didn't give us the happy excited experience we expected. Customer service is key in stores. If for any reason people are having a bad day. Place them in appropriate jobs within the store like restocking or making arrangements. It was truly upsetting and totally uncalled for. I will think twice on making the journey an hour come as well as bringing any of my friends anymore. :(

$125 for a bouquet and poinsettia that was just about frozen when delivered. 2 days later the flowers are droopy and just about done. The mylar balloon was the best thing about the whole order. The lady (girl) taking the order was one surly person and needed an attitude adjustment. Wow So very disappointed with McKnight's , the first order didn't last long either. Boo Hiss to you guys

Just send my mother flowers for her birthday, it's hard having that personal touch, when you're living thousands of miles away... But when I got the picture of my mother, with a huge grin, and the lovely flowers at her side, made my day, and her's!! Thank you soooo much! They even made two attempts as my mother missed the first delivery, and they threw in extra flowers! WOW!!! I'm very impressed and very satisfied!

Their flowers are beautiful, however, this is the third time for rudeness. Not warm or friendly. I will not be shopping here again. I now order my olive oil from Oliv from Niagara Falls (love to shop locally) but hey RUDE.

As much as I'd rather not spread negativity, particularly when it comes to local business, both my husband and I felt we basically had an experience of "What do you want?...Now get out." Not sure if the staff are paranoid over the current covid climate and don't want to be around people, but I was left thoroughly unimpressed with their attitude.

I phoned McKnight's from out of town to arrange a special B-day delivery. I spoke to a couple ladies about the idea of a gift and both were very helpful with choices. Finalized with Ruth all the details between the gift and flowers and she was AMAZING in fine-tuning everything, right down to spreading glitter over the blooms. My sister just sent me a pic and the whole collaboration of the statue & the colourful bouquet is outstanding and beautiful!! Thank you ladies. ????????

Ordered an arrangement for a special family member. It was 76 dollars which included a 10.00 delivery charge. I was so disappointed when I saw the arrangement. It was pitiful not at all like on the website. I could have gone to Costco to get a prettier arrangement for a fraction of the cost. Will not order from here again.

I pre-ordered 3 beautiful arrangements for 3 very important women in my life for Mother’s Day. I followed clear instructions to order online, under the “buy local” tab, which would include all of the arrangements they have available due to limited quantities and high demand. The website told me how many of each arrangement were left at my time of ordering (which was quite a few). I received my confirmation email within a few minutes after I had purchased these three arrangements that took me about an hour to choose and customize cards. To be exact; I ordered Peachy Pink Sentiments, Pretty In Purple, and Cube Vase 4”X4”. I carefully picked each one for the women I were gifting them to. On May 9th, I arrived at about 1pm to pick up the arrangements I was so excited to deliver. A kind young gentleman came out, asked for the last name and went back in to retrieve my arrangements. I waited about 15 minutes in my car, before he came back out with a woman, who then told me they “can’t find two of the three arrangements I ordered”. They had the Cube Vase 4”X4”. However, the other two I had pre-ordered AND paid for, somehow could not be located. As she held up two alternatives, asking if those would do, I was shocked. I spent over $200 on 3 arrangements of flowers, to be told that they cannot find the arrangements I paid for and carefully chose. I asked if there were any other options, because I was not a fan of the two alternatives she gave me, however, she told me she had nothing else and could not make more. She did let me know that the flowers she was giving me had “higher value” than the ones I had ordered. (After getting home and looking on website, I was given “Beautiful in Blue” and “Brighter Days Ahead”... this makes it out to be 2 cents more than my original order... what a steal!) For a first time customer, I will tell you, I will not be back. Although I was offered alternatives and she apologized, the lack of organization was atrocious. I specifically chose and paid for the arrangements I wanted. Had I wanted a designer’s choice, I would have asked for just that.

My husband payed to have flowers delivered on my birthday (Valentine's day) as a surprise for me while he was at work. Instead i recieved a phone call asking if i would be home to get them the next day because they only deliver out my way in the morning. I replied I would be working the next many days. No apology was given. Instead i was asked if I would be in town to pick them up. My husband was told when he purchased the flowers they would be delivered no problem. He was not given a specific time. Surprise ruined!!!

Garbage. I sent an order in at 3:37pm after seeing the 4pm delivery cut off. I was called at 5pm and told it was sent in too late and that they only got the order then, "We don't control the internet and when orders come in". Called back later (as I was in transit when they called me) and was greeted by someone who couldn't care less. I told them tomorrow doesn't help as it was the persons birthday today.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!! I have NEVER experienced such atrocious customer service!!! I am not one to write negative reviews, especially about small/locally owned businesses but the blatant disrespect and rude demeanour of EVERY SINGLE staff member I spoke with feels like enough reason to ward other potential customers away from this shop!!! There was an issue with a floral delivery which my boyfriend and I both separately tried to resolve cordially, but on several different occasions the staff were outrageously cold and rude. We paid for expedited delivery (which we have since learned does not actually exist, it is solely a money grab) and had a staff member laugh at me when I asked why the flowers were not delivered 3 days later. After multiple conversations with them, no refund was given and the staff members fed us countless excuses but not a single apology (although no flowers were received). No one was on the same page with regard to how their system works but I must say, they were consistent in their mistreatment of customers! Kudos! We have recordings of the conversations if management wants them, it was a shocking experience to say the least.

Went in to purchase crocs as I do every year. I saw two pairs that I liked. The croc sandals I previously had I had worn so much that they had a hole in the bottom but unfortunately couldn’t find those exact ones in the store. I finally chose one pair to purchase. At the cash I asked if there were any deals on the crocs (it is mid August), the lady immediately said I could charge you double if you want. I totally get that they likely get asked often if there are deals so I quickly explain the reason I asked is there were two pairs that I liked so I was just asking if there were any buy one get one at a discount deals. She again explains that she could charge double and people would pay for it. I said yes I understand I buy crocs every summer at that store. She then tells me that there are never deals on crocs. I say ok and pay for my crocs and leave. I was polite during this whole encounter, I had my two boys with me. I so wished I could of found my original sandals online so I could returned the purchased ones. I love supporting local business but don’t enjoy poor customer service. Hopefully this woman was just having a bad day. Not sure I will be back.

I called in to order flowers for a Birthday celebration, the woman on the phone had one word answers, when I asked a few simple questions there was a long pause. Overall horrible painstaking telephone conversation. End result the flowers delivered look like the were from the dollar store “Cheap” I’d never order from them again.
