Regardless of what Linda said about "being human" I work in the food service industry at a family run business and yes, there are customers who irritate both the managers and the staff but we NEVER treat them disrespectfully regardless of how tiresome the day has been or if we've been having a bad week. Isolated incident or not Lori kicked herself in the butt with this one...I mean there's no way I'd chance it with a company who insults their customers like that. Looking at the other reviews, save a few positive reviews from suspiciously anonymous "google users" (other than Linda all the positive reviews are anonymous), other customers have been disappointed with their customer service, delivery, and the product. You are probably better off picking flowers from your backyard and delivering them yourself than paying for services with this company.

There is always a great collection to pick from every time you walk in but the best choice with some preplanning. The owners know a lot about flowers and seasonal what will get the best price for availability! Don’t let the size of their shape be a measure for the talent and knowledge.

AMAZING COMPANY! I have dealt with this company for many years and have never had an issue. they are always excellent arrangements and very timely on their deliveries. I am APPALLED at the other reviewers simply giving a one star review because one of their friends had a bad experience, only the person that had the experience should make a review. I agree with the other reviewer in saying that kind of behaviour amounts to nothing more than bullying. Ii STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a great LOCAL company to support. DO not use this Flowershop. They constantly mess up deliveries, and when they are asked about it, they get defensive, and make excuses. The Owner actually stooped to calling my Girlfriend a C*nt on Valentines Day after they didnt deliver what they agreed to deliver, then "professionally" said: get this: "Youre just jealous you got nothing on Valentines Day".....THIS IS THE OWNERS RESPONSE???? Im not the only person who has expeirenced verbal abuse by Lori and her staff. AVOID.

Very good customer service. The flowers were gorgeous. I had purchased flowers for my mom to be delivered on mothers day..they didnt deliver until 5pm and with the time going by I started to get worried thinking they were not going to arrive...I emailed them and they replied within minutes. Flowers did arrive no problem...I was just getting anxious but this proved how efficient they are when replying to emails and what not. Overall great service will use them again in the near future.

Well first of all I only gave a 1 star so I could leave a review. I would not ever recommend this flower store to anyone ever. I will never step foot in there again. I went in this morning to get flowers for a graduation this afternoon. When I walked in I didnt even get a " Hello if u need anything please let me know". I walked around the store for a few minutes n even looked in the flower show case. Not one word was spoke between the employee n myself. So I then called the number to speak to management. I got an answer from a lady. I spoke to her about what had just had happen. She explained that it was her sister. That she had a funeral to go get flowers for. Which made me question the flower shop as well. The other employee had family emergency so she was unable to work today. The option she had was to have her sister cover or close the store for the day. With customer service like this I would have preferred to walk up to the store n seen a closed sign. So the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me I wasnt allowing her to make a suggestion to fix my experience. She never once mentioned this. So I asked her when did she mention this. So after I said this she offered me 50% of my next purchase. I told her I wont need that becuzI will not be ever coming back to that store. She also told me she is the co owner of the store. Well the customer service over the phone n in store was not appropriate customer service. I gave her my condulance for the lost. She claimed I was yelling. I was not telling. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years n was management of a very large food chain n would have never imagined speaking to customers this way.

Caring for someone special takes time and attention to details, specially when you can't be there on special occasions. As I wasn't around for birthday, I bought birthday gifts on Lori's website to be delivered, suspense, on the birthday, but they delivered one day earlier because of their delivery policies. I tend to choose local business because they usually provide better service and care for details. After each email I sent them, they took days to send a reply. And despite their email address starting with 'wecare', to me it looks that they just don't. So if you care about small details, like dates, you better choose another florist.

I'm told the flower arrangement was lovely. However. I made the order online to be delivered on a Tuesday. I very quickly realized that I made an error and emailed to ask them to make the delivery on Wednesday. They responded to that email promptly, saying "Yes i already phoned the funeral home and the item will go out later today," signed by an employee. "Today" - meant Tuesday, not WEDNESDAY as requested. Nice flowers, not so good at reading and following email requests.

Jessalynn and her team supplied the flowers for my step-fathers funeral and they were beautiful, timely, and impeccable in quality. Since then she has been the person I turn to for any floral arrangements I need. My mother and step mother both get beautiful bouquets delivered to them (since I live 2 hours away now and can't pick them in person) that we are all always so impressed by. My mom also continues to buy arrangements here for my step fathers grave and she loves them so much. I highly highly recommend Jessalynn and the rest of the staff at Lori's, they will deliver whatever you need and it will be even better than you were expecting.

Mixed up the wording on a card and got conformation of the fix up within an hour. Got a call from my grandmother today, she is over the moon about how nice the arrangement is for her 80th Birthday. As your company sends me an automotive messaging asking me how my order went.. it’s hard for me not to leave a review when the order was never completed on your end. I ordered mother day flowers for my mother in a different country, hoping to make it special for her. You did not follow through, thus a mother who is unable to see her daughter during this difficult time(COVID), was left with no gifts during Mother’s Day- her day! You may be asking, why haven’t you contacted us so we can get this sorted? Hmm, maybe because you’re not taking any phone calls due to the Mother’s Day holiday and that you’re so “busy”. I sent an email, and have a I received a reply? NOPE. $100 that will be disputed via my bank and a large thumbs down for how you handled your Mother’s Day clients.

I ordered 2 large arrangements from Lori's last year for my grandmother's funeral. I remember when we entered the store we were ignored for about the first 15 minutes while she chit-chatted with someone else. Even seeing that we were waiting, she didn't approach us when the person left, we had to approach her to ask to make an order. We spent $185/arrangement and made a few special requests to make the bouquets memorable and tailored to my grandmother. I remember she told us she would put some special touches but when the bouquets arrived there was nothing added. After reading all of the other reviews, I'm glad that our bouquets actually arrived... it would have been a nightmare if they hadn't. But I do remember even now that when we left the store we all commented on how unhelpful the person working in the store was and joked that she was awfully miserable. I just chalked it up as we were upset and grieving and I really didn't think about it again until hearing the buzz around this shop recently. Now hearing about what happened to this poor couple on Valentine's Day, combined with the experience I had last year, I will never use Lori's Hearts and Flowers again. There are tonnes of flower shops in the area, so I suggest everyone take their business to a more reliable flower shop. The only reason I'm giving the review of 3 stars is because with my personal experience... we received our flowers, so I would consider that "okay" service as the stars suggest.

I have never done any business with this company and after reading most of the reviews neither have the rest of the people posting on here. Everyone who is writing a review is doing so based on the experience of Shannon Brooks and her significant other. Shannon recently posted a detailed review of her experience on facebook. I and many others read the review. It is important to remember their is always two sides to every story. Posting a condemning response based on someone else's experience is not fair and is nothing more than cyber bullying. Why should people be judged based on facts from others? Form your own opinions based on personal experiences from interactions with that person. All of the previous reviews I have read on here remind me of kids picking on others during recess at school, you all need to grow up. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves. My 5 star review is not based on any experience with this company, it is simply me trying to repair the damage caused by people who can not think for themselves.
