The cutest little shop in downtown Lakefield! They have an amazing variety of plants and cut flowers and beautiful plant accessories. Their arrangements are stunning - creative and long-lasting. Most of my houseplants have come from Lakefield Flowers and Gifts and are still thriving after a year. I get so many compliments on my big, beautiful bird of paradise!!!

We have repeatedly been disappointed by LAKEFIELD Florist. To start, they are way overpriced compared to other florists. We have received several (4+) gifts where the flowers were already sad when delivered and within two days many of the flowers were dying. Who sends out an arrangement where tulips and roses are fully opened and brown on the edges. Their delivery charge to Buckhhorn a 20 min trip is ridiculous! We had a case where we ordered flowers for a neighbor who got the call that they were going to be delivered. She happened to be in LAKEFIELD and she picked up the flowers but LAKEFIELD kept the delivery charge. It was $100 arrangement that was worth $$50 at best. Use Classic Flowers. Better prices, friendly and fresh flowers!!

This business really went above and beyond for customer satisfaction for my order. I had requested a specific wine to be included in my gift that was being sent to a friend and they called me to tell me that their LCBO did not stock that particular wine and asked what they could substitute. They had their staff member at the store as they spoke to me making sure they could satisfy my order. The flower arrangement and gifts were delivered on time to my friend and her family who were grieving the loss of a parent. Lakefield Flowers and Gifts helped me from miles away put a smile on my friends face at a very difficult time. Thank you! I would definately recommend this business and I would use them again.

Horrible response time, several posting on marketplace and doesn't respond for days and when she does it's not a complete answer. Not a company I will ever trust to do business with. Lots of garden centers in Ontario, I'm sure you can chose a reliable other, don't waste your time here.

I would have given a 5 star rating but I felt the chocolate add on I ordered was over priced and basically 4 packages of basic turtles chocolates? The flowers arrangement was very nice, it has been over a week since delivery and still looks excellent and very full and fresh.

I had placed an order for Mothers day for my MIL with and added gift set of bath stuff and chocolates, she received the flowers but not the gifts. I called the store and spoke to Vivven who was completely rude and laughing at our conversation, she kept laughing and telling me there is nothing she can do! and she dosent know when the owner will be in so good luck! what kind of service is this???
