I’ve been meaning to write a review for a long time! Keith’s flowers saved my wedding day when flowers ordered else where arrived 3 days before my wedding damaged/wilted. My sister in law went to Keith’s and the owner was so helpful and got exactly what we needed on a pretty last minute time frame. Small town love to this company!

I had a very last minute phone request for a bouquet and the ladies at the shop were able to accommodate and create an absolutely stunning floral arrangement. The flowers were delivered with a lovely handwritten note (as opposed to a print out of the inscription I asked for) which felt like a really special touch. The bouquet was beautiful and it was far less expensive than other mobile ordering services. I truly think they went above and beyond especially considering the last minute nature of my request. The customer service here is fantastic and the woman I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants or needs a beautiful floral arrangement in the area.

Nice flowers, but not very good at keeping a secret. My partner in Montreal ordered some flowers for me and gave all the necessary information yet they called me before delivering them. He also asked that a poem be added but they couldn't accommodate the request. Didn't have to be hand written - could've just printed out his email. Not very friendly.

My husband had bought flowers at this store before and said they were rude and snobby. well i just had exactly the same experience! And seeing the way the owner answer to reviews that are not that pleasant, is very clear the lack of humbleness. if you are not known by the people working there, be prepared to be treated with rudeness. There’s other flower shops that would appreciate the business and treat you far better. Will not recommend this establishment at all.

Customer Service or NOT Today was my birthday, my friend in the United States thought she would send some flowers, she could have picked any florist in town, but she choose Keith's Flowers. She had asked for a tropical plant in a nice container. What I received was something I could have picked up at a local grocery store. While thanking my friend for the lovely thought and hearing what she had asked for, I was equally sad & shocked for the lack of thought put into the presentation and also the size. I felt I needed to take this item back. I mentioned to the lady, at Keith's Flowers. I had just received this item and did not feel, it was adequate for what had been asked. The lady asked if this was my sister, not sure if that was relevant, or not. The plant was snatched out of my hand and the lady said the person will be reimburse, less delivery. Then she proceeded to call my friend and berate her and said she did not want me ever to come in her store and that she did not want my friends business either. (Gladly). BOY YOU SURE FABERCATE A STORY. THERE WAS ONE LADY IN ANOTHER ROOM, YOU CLEARLY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAID. AND YOU GRABED THE PLANT OUT OF MY HAND. AND WHY WOULD MY FREIND SAY "IT WAS TYPICAL AND SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER" REALLY. Again no customer service!!!!

Disappointed in flowers ordered for a funeral. Had requested bright colourful spring bouquet but instead got all white and green. When I called to inquire as to why,I was told by lady “I made a managerial decision to make it different “. I just feel that since I placed and paid for the order that my request was disregarded. Not a good form of customer service.

Christina is amazing!!! Very professional, helpful, honest and friendly. Having provided her with only a few pictures of things that I liked, I put all of my trust in her taste and skills.
