First want to state that the flowers I received were healthy looking and in great shape. Quality was wonderful. Service and amount of flowers received was not. I went to Idalia's today for a last minute mothers day arrangement. She advised I could not enter store due to covid restrictions which I understood but she explained if I tell her my budget she can make something up for me in about 20 minutes. I advised my budget was $80 ALL IN. She confirmed with me a budget of $80, no more, and went back inside to get started. When she called me to pick up she invited me in to make payment and showed me the arrangement which looked great until she told me over $90 was due. I questioned this and reminded of my all in budget of $80. She acknowledged that we did have this discussion however she had forgotten it was "all in" and proceeded to pass the debit terminal to me. I explained that this was a strict budget and I would not pay more then the arranged $80. She spoke to another worker in the back and explained the situation but the other worker would not let the arrangement go for less. Instead she removed flowers which I was understanding of. When the arrangement was handed back to me I was told it was exactly $80. I was willing to spend that amount and ultimately, I did, however I could see that much more then $12 worth of flowers had been removed. I felt at this point like they were irritated, charged my max budget to the penny and left with my a spotty arrangement (by which I mean there were gaps where flowers had been removed, rather then rearranging it to look proper). I delivered the arrangement but felt I had paid more then what this was worth. I later looked online to see how much they typically charge and found an arrangement with similar quality and quantity of flowers listed for only 49.99. I know this is a long review but I feel all parts are necessary for other customers to get an understanding of the situation. Again, the flowers were beautiful, healthy looking flowers, I just feel this entire situation could have been handled better. Had my son not been present and waiting to give this arrangement to his grandmother I'd have left it behind based on the service that was provided. I will not likely return to this establishment.

Great, creative floral designs for all occasions. Idalia goes out of her way to be helpful. Her designs are always amazing, and her prices reflect the quality of what she provides. Her fresh cut flowers must be the freshest, because they last for a long time! I thank Idalia for going out of her way to find a particular plant for me for delivery as a house-warming in Toronto ... no easy task but Idalia succeeded for me!

The worst possible exoerience! During an extremely terrible time and counting on an amazing arrangement! Very embarassing and quite possibly one of the worst I have encountered! Over priced to the extreme!! So very disappoint in what we received for our money...Be VERY specific about what you want, or you will get crap!! ZERO customer service and not the least bit concerned or accomodating to an unhappy customer.

Poor quality flower arrangement that lasted less than 3 days. Flowers were not fresh and started losing petals the next day. Water delivered in vase was stale. Too bad the grocery store 15$ bouquet which I had at the house definitely outlived and outshined this 100$ “creation”. Would not recommend this place unless you want to get embarrassed.

Don't always have the opportunity to make it to my parent's place in Sutton for certain events and have used Idalia to try to make up for my absence on a few occasions. Always impressed by the service and the flower arrangements that my mother always sends me a photo of. Great service.

I received a beautiful arrangement from Idalia's that lasted over ten days. The flowers were large and very well placed in a beautiful vase. I decided to go to the store for a Christmas centrepiece and found several premade arrangements available for purchase. They were all in lovely containers and the prices were reasonable. The shop is also a gift store with a shoe store attached. I have purchased some gift items there and will certainly return again.
