I ordered an arrangement this morning, within a short time Veronika called and explained that she didnt have exactly what I had ordered but offered a variety of options. I agreed that as close as she could get to the order being replicated would be fine, and within hours the absolutely beautiful arrangement was created with the message card and delivered correctly with no issues to my friend, who found the arrangement as beautiful as I did! Easy to order way in advance. Flower arrangements can be expensive but these were fairly priced and beat the designs I've seen at the grocery stores. My wife was very happy and surprised with the delivery! I'll be a repeat customer and definitely refer my friends for their special occasions.

I was a bit disappointed with my order. I wanted to upgrade the size of the arrangement but was having an issue checking out online so I went into the store to place my order more than a week and a half in advance of delivery date. Plenty of time to order the correct colour of flowers, or similar, as shown on website. The name of this arrangement is "Fall Splendor", hence the tangerine roses which was the reason for my choice as they complimented the purple nicely. I was not notified of a substitution. Also the delivery fee in store was more than what was stated online for an out of town address, so I opted out of the upgrade, to keep the cost down. It did have a silver base that you can't see in my pic. They were nice but not really what I thought I was going to get. The left pic is what I ordered. The right pic is what I received.

I ordered flowers for delivery, for my girlfriend provided them with all the information they asked for then proceeded to not deliver the flowers till after calling HER and asking for her address and what city she lived in. Are you kidding me? That was all provided. Ruins the suprise. Not happy. Reeds does a much better job for a similar price.

First and foremost...this shop is absolutly LOCAL!! So many sites say they are local, but then the fine print at the very bottom of the page shows prices are US$, so you really don't know if youre supporting a local company. They may seem cheaper in price, but then factor in the exchange and you're paying double!! I ordered flowers to be delivered next day a few weeks ago and the recipients LOVED them. Last week, I called to see if I could order and pick up for Mothers day, and she was so nice. Not only did she adjust a florist design flower arrangement for me to add a certain type of flowe, when I called back about 5 minutes later to add a 2nd arrangement to my order, she had no problem. I picked the flowers up Saturday morning and they were so fresh, and stunningly beautiful arrangements! I have absolutly found my new florist!

UPDATE: I called Teleflora TWICE, because as you should know, customers are supposed to go through them, not the vendor. Teleflora picked you, I did not, and will never! Also, saying that you label the items delivered when they are not, so that YOU won’t be penalized, is lying…not something to look for in a reliable business. You confirmed the flowers were delivered! Not on delivery route. Say what you want, a lie is a lie. Would NEVER use this florist! Called Teleflora twice because 1. THIS florist sent an email confirmation for delivery via Teleflora. hours before it was actually delivered 2. Ordered balloons with the flowers that weren’t attached to flowers. Just not impressed and told Teleflora they should reconsider going thru THIS Florist! I’m giving them ONE star because no stars isn’t an option!

I received a Birthday arrangement on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning they were all wilted and looked terrible. I'm certain my son-in-law paid a lot for the arrangement but I believe it was a waste of money. I took photos every 12 hours and they continued to wilt. We called on Sunday morning. Store called back on Tuesday, only offering more flowers. This is a shame and I'm very disappointed. He should be reimbursed entirely.

August 16, 2019 - My wedding day. I had decided to use Flowers by Veronika for my wedding flowers. She was very reasonably priced, and I enjoy helping smaller businesses. When the flowers arrived, I had noticed that the bride bouquet wasn't exactly as I had asked. My sister offered to call and speak with Weronika because I was getting ready and didn't have time to call at that moment, and we knew we'd need to inform her ASAP. My sister called and explained the situation and a solution was decided upon. Weronika had offered to come back to the hotel, and fix the bridal bouquet and the boutonniere and didn't ask for anything in return. Not only that, but the flower that I had requested wasn't in so Weronika went to another florist to pick up the flower for me. It's honestly such a small gesture, but one that was extremely appreciated. Once fixed, the flowers were what I had imagined, and everyone had commented on how beautiful they were. So thank you so much Weronika. That is great customer service! November 16, 2018 - It was a last minute decision to order flowers from Veronika and I was not disappointed. I had provided them with a short time frame of when the flowers could be delivered, and they showed up with plenty of time to spare. I was informed by the recipient that the person who did the delivery was very friendly. They were beautiful flowers; the colours were vibrant and the flowers themselves were assorted. I was very pleased and will definitely be using Veronika again for future requests!
