UPDATE - I received a call from the owner who was very pleasant and professional and the situation was resolved very satisfactorily I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her graduation. I told the woman I wanted something large and asked if $120 would be a sufficient budget. I was told that they could provide a large and elaborate bouquet for that price. I agreed it would be a cut flower bouquet rather than in a vase so that the entire amount would be spent on flowers. The bouquet that was delivered was shockingly small for a $120 Bouquet. I then discovered a charge had been put through on my credit card for $146. I would never recommend this flower shop to anyone.

Polite, on time and went over and above to listen to my daughters desires on what flowers we wanted. Our order came in fresh and worth every penny. Now I’m just sitting back for a full week smelling and seeing their beauty. If I have to be locked down then Flowers By Kay sure made it pleasant. My daughter sure picked a winner. Thank you !

I asked for a total price for flower arrangement then got a surprise with tax added. She did adjust price for me. I mentioned COSTCO for 1/2 the price. She suggested I go there. Maybe we all should!

The flowers I had ordered for my mother in law from a different store never showed and I called at 2:30 panicking, hoping they could help and they did. My MIL was delivered a beautiful bouquet not even two hours later. Thank you so much for your help today!

Jeni was prompt and accommodating in responding to queries and emails, was able to work with us to customize the floral arrangements, and worked within our budget as asked. Couldn't have asked for a better florist, and would definitely order from Flowers by Kay again!

Picked out a lovely arrangement ( Spring Favorites) because it was in a terra-cotta pot and NOT a basket (the usual kind of arrangement my Mum has received) and it reminded me so much of a garden in Spring. Had made the request that it be delivered at the side door of the house. The flowers were left at the front door (over night.) When sent me a picture of the arrangement she had received, I could see that though it consisted mostly (missing the roses) of the flowers that were suppose to in the arrangement I had chosen it was in a basket and not the terra-cotta pot. I understood that flowers may not be available and substituted but I was unaware that the actual arrangement could be or would be changed without at least getting in touch with me. Had I been asked, I would have chosen to wait until the terra-cotta pots became available or I would have chosen a different arrangement, anything except a basket of flowers. I was disappointed and though I tried to contact Flowers by Kay, I have yet to hear back from them. The flowers were lovely and my Mum enjoyed the surprise but I was disappointed with the flowers being just left at the wrong door and the arrangement being changed without any warning and no response to my inquiry. :(

My sister and husband loved the flower arrangement (Teleflora's Enamored With Aqua Bouquet) I had ordered for their wedding anniversary. The scent of the roses filled the whole room and they loved it! I appreciated receiving a call before the delivery to advise the green vase was not available but would be replaced with a beautiful vase of equal value. My sister commented on the lovely vase and it truly is lovely. Thanks again for the prompt service and beautiful arrangement. I'll definitely call again for future flower orders!

I purchased some flowers from here this morning for my wife for our anniversary. I wrote a personal note to go with them, and they were supposed to be dilivered to my wife's work (which was literally two stores over). My wife only worked until 3pm, so I called around 2pm to make sure they had been delivered. I was told that they had, but it wasn't until I got a call from my wife an hour later that I found out she had never received a delivery of any kind. Once on the phone with the store, all they said was that they could add a few extra flowers for no extra charge. No refund, discount, or gift card. I asked if the flowers could be delivered to our home since my wife was no longer working. ....the flowers didn't arrive until around 5:30, and there nothing appeared to have been added. Very disappointing, definitely not what I wanted wanted on our Anniversary. I will definitely no be coming back anytime soon. It took awhile, but I do want to note that I was eventually contacted by the owner, and she offered to give me another bouquet of equal cost for free whenever I would like. I ended up calling back a couple weeks later and they made up a bouquet for me and delivered it to my house, which I very much appreciated.

Placed an order for a specific arrangement to be delivered to the local hospital. Communication with the owner by text was awesome however when I saw what was delivered I was very disappointed. As you can see, the arrangement size, colours and vase are very different then what was delivered. I did reach out to the owner and she offered 20% refund (which I still haven’t received) but what really should happen is a full refund!Really unimpressed.

Ordered flower package online via Teleflora for Valentine’s Day. Yes I realize it is a very busy day for florists but there was an option for delivery time. You would think a business such as this would plan for it I just requested Morning delivery. I get a call from my local florist at 1230 for delivery. By 2 pm still didn’t get it. I ended up picking it up!!! Some surprise!! Thanks Flowers by Kay

Had a friend go for emergency surgery and went to a more reputable flower store at first by google, but when I called they had no roses left. I called Flowers by Kay to have roses sent to Peterborough hospital and amazingly they did it in a span of 2 hours. The attendant named Mary took all my pertinent info and guaranteed a beautiful arrangement, and promised the best long stem roses with greens and baby breath with them. Thank you mary it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Ordered the Victorian Romance bouquet for my sister's birthday ($81.95). Chose it for the "victorian" feel, specifically the ivy greens. The ivy greens were replaced with tacky looking green ferns, very cheap looking. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

I purchased the deal of the day which was cut flowers no container for $36. The bouquet consisted of 6 stems and some green foliage. The delivery for an address 3 minutes drive from store was $10. The total with tax was approx $52 for a very sparse bouquet of cheaper type flowers , daisies. I later noticed other florists in the area offer free local delivery and nicer bouquets.
