False advertising ! Paid 96 bucks for Valentine's Day special and got a bunch of half dead lifeless flowers some even cut from the stem just sitting on the bouquet just in no way shape or form added up to the cost and not a single rose in sight!! First time customer consider me now a last time customer

I ordered a bouquet last minute, and only a few days from Christmas for a dear friend who fell ill and was sent to the Hospital. The woman at Floratechnics said they were swamped with Christmas orders but would try their best to get the delivery there same day. Not only did the arrangement arrive before the end of the day, but it was over-the-top beautiful. Great product and great service. Highly recommend.

The gals at Floratechnics are without a doubt Incredible! From the planning stage to my wedding day they are constant and quick with communication. Any questions or concerns that I had they were completely on top of it all. We met for a consultation and looked through the books to pick arrangements and colours and this is where their expertise shines through. I thought I wanted certain flowers and they explained what would work best for our budget and the time of year and Jessalyn was bang on with the right choices! Floratechnics produced the most beautiful flowers for our wedding which took place a couple weeks ago. I was so beyond excited when Jessalyn walked through the door with my Bridal bouquet in her hands! I was floored. Everything was perfect and I could not have been any happier with the outcome. I used Floratechnics for the first time today to send a bouquet for sympathy after a close friend's mother passed. The website is easy to use and displays a wide range of arrangements. I ordered a bouquet that had free same day delivery. Unfortunately the arrangement I chose was unavailable due to mothers day having just passed and there being a shortage in flower supply, but Floratechnics called me and offered a great solution to do another arrangement in the same vase. They delivered the arrangement so quickly and I was told that the flowers were beautiful. Very impressed with the service. Would definitely recommend.

Floratechnics saved last year's Mothers Day for me when another florist switched out mom's roses and lillies for all wilty carnations...I made e formal complaints before I got my money back and at the last minute, Floratechnics delivered just what I was looking for in time for Mothers Day. This year was SEAMLESS. I got a response back within 24 business hours and they delivered ridiculously full and gorgeous flowers to my mom in law in Vegas. I won't use another florist. Amazing customer service and they simply won't let you down. Ever.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. My boyfriend recently got me a stunning indoor potted kalanchoe. Unfortunately the plant was toxic to cats and dogs and made my cat sick. After a trip to the vet and some well needed rest she is back to normal. The day after my original review I was sent a little package filled with cat treats, toys and some chocolate and a letter apologizing about the plant and their plan to further better their website so it doesn't happen to someone else. Floratechnics really go an extra step to meet their customers needs. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family and anyone else looking for a reliable flower delivery service.
