Late delivery, I ordered Mothers Day flowers for a Thursday delivery, they did not deliver until Friday only after I made an inquiry. Cindy was kind enough to follow up with a phone call afterwards and upgraded the arrangement for my mother who please pleased with the arrangement.

I got a surprise delivery of flowers and balloons for my birthday. I'm truthfully not really a flower person, but honesty the flowers are gorgeous and it makes me smile every time I see them on our table. :) The balloons are cute and durable haha tonight they survived my baby having them tied to his legs to stimulate him, my daughter's dolls having multiple surprise birthdays and multiple games of hide the balloons and have others seek them. They quite possibly were the highlight of my birthday! lol thanks so much for bringing beauty into the world, especially right now!

I live in London Ontario and one of our old friends had a stroke and was in hospital in Huntsville. Cindy and CR Flowers went the distance to make sure a perfect balloon and flower arrangements was delivered over the weekend. I was lucky to be up there on Sunday and there it was - nice to have something to look at instead of just the grey hospital walls. Great job and thanks for the personal touch.

Ordered and received a beautiful arrangement for my parents burial. Not having the knowledge of fresh flowers I just let Cindy know what colours I thought would be nice and left it up her to create. The arrangement was perfect !! She came up with exactly what we had thought it should look like. As well as fresh and fragrant. We had many compliments on the flowers. Thank you Cindy

Paid 10.00 to have my flower order delivered on time, and they were a day late. It may have been busy but they should be happy that during this pandemic they still have business. The person who answered the phone when I called was quite rude and had a lame reason for the late delivery. The plant I ordered was quite expensive as well, will not be using them in the future.

I ordered a dozen long stem red roses I was politely told it would be 10 minutes and that I could go look around town while she did the work. When I returned the flowers were packaged and covered in brown paper. When I got them home there was 11 instead of 12. Must be a florist dozen LOL

The owner had very poor customer service skills. She does not respond to emails or texts. I tried to get a quote from CR flowers for my wedding and the entire experience was extremely frustrating! When I followed up with Cindy for the quote I had requested, she still had no information for me, even though I called her weeks after our initial meeting. She was very unorganized! I would never recommend this business to anyone.

The owner was so nice and the flowers were beautiful. I totally forgot to pick up my flowers until after they closed and so I called her and she was still at the shop and agreed to stay there until I could come by to pick them up. It was a great experience from start to finish!!!
