I ordered the Suddenly Spring Floral Arrangement ($55 +$15 delivery fee and tax for a total of $79.10) on April 30th for Mother's Day (May 10th) and they cancelled it unilaterally without giving me any notice. It was extremely disappointing to find out that my mother-in-law waited all day (I told her to stay by her phone) for flowers to be delivered and it wasn't. I called multiple times, and sent a Facebook message with no response. When I called again on the Wednesday following Mother's Day, they finally picked up, and only then told me my payment didn't go through and claim that they left a message saying that the order was cancelled. This is a lie. We confirmed on the phone that they had my correct phone number on file. I checked my call history and there was no phone call from them, and no message that was left with me. If the communication was properly made, I would have paid with another card or made other arrangements. Their handling of my order was disappointing, and the customer service received following the cancelled order was even more disappointing. They were unapologetic, and did not care for my business. When I told them I will be leaving a review to reflect my interaction with them, they said "Go ahead, I won't be approving the post." So just so you (the reader) knows in case this is seen or otherwise, they also filter their reviews.
I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here in the future.
