Staff are eager to help and really want the customer to be happy. The layout of the shop is a little weird, but they have everything you'd expect a florist would have. Selection of flowers is decent and roses I bought lasted a week. I think this place adds to Brooklyn's charm.

I ordered the gorgeous, dried roses in aqua box, and a "Life is Beautiful" plaque. So classy! I ordered over the phone instead of online, and the customer service was exceptional! I placed my order late in the day so I missed the cut-off for same day delivery but they arrived right away the next day. My Mum was elated when she received this elegant gift, which she will be able to treasure for quite a while. I will order from here again, and it is my pleasure to give Brooklin a 5 star rating.

I was able to order online on Saturday from Norway for delivery on Monday. I chose the Florist's Choice and they did not disappoint. The arrangement was colourful and scented and arrived in a lovely glass jar.

Not sure what happened today at pick up (May 17). I ordered, over one week in advanced, my son's boutinnere and his gf's corsage. I paid in full and was told my son can pick up at 12pm, May 17. My son presented at the shop today (May 17), I received a frantic call and texts from my son and a voice message call from the store employee. All this while I was tending to a dying patient (I'm a palliative nurse). Finally called the store. Lady told me they lost my bill with all the info on it and dont have my order ready. I told them my son needed to be at his GF home by 2:30pm (it was past 1pm). Not good and not very happy since I paid in advance. Not sure what happened as the last 2 times I ordered from this shop, all went smoothly. I haven't seen the boutinnere and corsage yet but I did text my son to send me a picture of both. My son and his gf were late for the pre-prom pictures. Not a very happy mom.

They truly made our Wedding day!! Everything from where we got ready in the morning, to standing at the alter. Every detail was looked after, and they also stayed within budget. Opting for 'fake arrangements' or trees (which were just as stunning) in order to give us our desired look without the cost. Would recommend them to anyone!

We experienced a service failure with delivery, quality & customer service from the first point of contact with me locally. Donna was able to turn the experience into a positive ending with a service recovery once the issue was escalated to her. I would definitely use them again and recommend. Mistakes are inevitable with human beings. Its how we correct them and set the expectations for future consideration that leaves a lasting impression.

Ordered flowers on a Monday to be delivered to my fiance on a Friday for my unfortunately cancelled wedding date due to COVID. No problem approving the payment but the WORST customer service I have seen in a while. No contact with the company the entire day, did not hear from them until 5:50PM on Friday to basically say that there's nothing I can do and that it is my fault and that they were busy getting orders ready for the weekend. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I was made aware she left and called the store and they were able to get them sent to her home, no questions asked. It meant a lot and I was very impressed. I've been holding off writing a review of my wife's anniversary flowers but after ordering a bouquet from another florist for half the price I had to. First I will say that they offered to make me a new bouquet. But I wanted a refund. After charging me $250 for a sub par bouquet of flowers for our anniversary I felt ripped off. For that price I expected wayyyy more flowers and flowers that should have been alive. Trying to remove the flowers from the floral foam the flower petals just started falling off. The picture I sent of what I wanted I understand I wouldn't get that many flowers for the price I paid but I expected alot more. Seeing as I paid less elsewhere and received more delivered from Milton to Whitby. Yes you read that right. I can not recommend this florist.

Having just less than 48 hours (weekend) to honour my request of 2 large floral arrangements for a funeral service in their (friends) mom’s honour, I truly thought it couldn’t be done and I would already add to their grief and stress of making their mom’s wishes honoured. Moved from Whitby to USA 10 yrs ago. We choose from a wonderful selection and every time my family get exactly what we picked, fresh and beautifully arranged. Always delivered when we want them. Certainly not a "1-800 " shot in the dark florest. This yr it was my mother's 94 birthday served in lock down. We ordered a floral cake. People are lining up to take pictures of it! My mother has never had so much attention. There are many florest back home, I am treated personally with true care despite my distance. We would never consider shopping their price or Professional arrangements, we wouldn't be successful.
