I walked into Blooming Wellies with a request - a bouquet for my anniversary - and walked out with a beautiful arrangement. I had asked for something “autumn-y” and the florist came up with some beautiful colours and flowers right on the spot, put together with lush greenery and accents that my girlfriend had never seen in a bouquet before. Ordering was easy and they were able to ensure the arrangement was delivered to the right room. Delivery was extra. Overall, the arrangement looked fine. But I was disappointed with the fullness of the arrangement (number of flowers) and the small vase. I know they can substitute flowers and that it could never be exactly what is in the photos. But it was not as nice as the photo from the Teleflora catalogue.

The florists here are awesome and so talented. We recently got flowers for my mothers funeral. I showed them pics from the internet which they not only captured but improved upon. Funeral arrangements arrived late to the service and were not to the scale discussed. Upon calling to ask where the arrangements were not much explanation or apology given. I understand this was a short noticed request but if you could not fulfill the order as requested, we should have been told so that we could take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Called on Tuesday to order a custom bouquet for a friend who is ill. Angel was so sweet and accommodating! I explained to her what I was looking for and she offered me some great recommendations, even suggesting an oasis for the flowers instead of a vase so my friend wouldn't have to worry about them tipping over. Angel sent me some photos of the arrangement and it was delivered with no issues. I couldn't believe how quickly she was able to get them out, especially considering how busy this place is. What a GEM of a place and person. Thank you for the beautiful flowers Angel, my friend was thrilled!

The worst experience I've ever had with a flower shop. I placed my order and after talking with the recipient, found out they were sent to the wrong address, both of out names were spelt wrong, and when I tried to call the store they wouldn't return my messages.

Pretty disappointing. First time ordering from them. My husband bought me a bouquet for Mother’s Day. He asked for $100 bouquet price point. When we received it, it had barely anything for $100! You can probably get the same bunch of flowers at loblaws for $24.99! To make matters worse, they didn’t include food at all with the flowers! So it’s the second day and they’re already wilting. Not coming back as this place is a rip off.

I am certain that Blooming Wellies does superb work, based upon the marvellous reviews online, however, numerous recent attempts to reach them via email and phone messages fell on deaf ears. I wish there would have been a post on Facebook, a voicemail message or a reply indicating they were unable to take on my request. I would not have been left still waiting, empty handed, at the last minute.

I hired Blooming Wellies to make my wedding bouquet and maid of honors bouquet. The bouquets where nice not exactly as discussed. I received a call from Tina three days before my wedding telling me my bouquet needed more flowers which they will add at no extra charge and she sent me a picture because she wanted to make sure it looked the way I wanted, it wasn't even close lol. Luckily I had taken a picture of the trial bouquet we had done, still a little stressful especially when I got a call at 5:00pm the night before my wedding saying they had forgotten how and with what I wanted the stems wrapped as they did not write it down. I found that to be a little unprofessional and would recommend if you hire them you make sure they take notes and also take your own picture of your trial bouquet, just encase : )

I had wanted to send some flowers to my friend on her wedding day and I somehow messed up with the online ordering and put the order for pickup instead of delivery! They called me and let me know that they were waiting for me and because I was not able to come by, they delivered them to my friends house as she was nearby to their shop. I order the flower delivery service for my sister in law's 50th birthday. Instead of 13th I accidentally choose 14th and didn't even check my order confirmation email they send me. So on 13th afternoon.. I was wondering why isn't she received anything yet, so I check my order, then got panicked of the date I screw.... I called the store at 2pm, they were so helpful and super nice to rush this for me, delivered at 4:30pm and send me a feedback of the receiver! what a service, what a nice people and I will come back again for sure!!

Phenomenal service. I had forgotten to order flowers for my mother in laws birthday after promising my wife I would take care of it(4 little kids and she has 0 time). Well I had forgotten and finally called after 4 pm on Saturday after their deliveries had been made to Aurora. My fiance and I needed some last minute bouquets done up for our wedding. We were originally planning on using artificial flowers, but a last minute change of heart had us panicking to find a vendor who could come through for us in a very short timeline (1 week to be exact). We met with Angel at Blooming Wellies as we had visited her shop in the past and thought she was very personable and friendly, and we definitely wanted to support her business if possible. She took notes of what we wanted, showed us some flowers in her display case that she thought could work, and also mentioned some ideas for flowers that she could have brought in for us that week. Angel promised to have the bouquets ready for Saturday morning as needed and even offered to have them delivered to our venue. When we saw them for the first time, really not having much of an idea of what to expect, we loved them! They were absolutely stunning and helped bring our wedding vision to life. Blooming Wellies did an excellent job for our wedding in September 2016! It was this time last year that we WON $500 off our floral package at Blooming Wellies when we were at the York Region Bridal Show! At first, I was very skeptical of the door prize we had just won. What’s the catch? Well, we went in for an appointment with Tina and she was great! She was able to map out exactly what we were looking for and even showed us what it would look like using what she had available in the shop! She explained how much it would cost and I reminded her that we were the winners of the door prize (waiting for the catch). Tina jumped up with joy stating she knew the winner was coming in but hadn’t realized it was me! I can say that she was genuinely happy for me and I will never forget that moment! They took $500 off of my total just like the door prize stated. NO CATCH!! The flowers turned out beautiful and Tina and her team were a pleasure to work with!
