If I could give more stars I would! The owner (Lana) was an absolute gem - I'd ordered flowers for delivery at a hotel for my mom's birthday, but didn't confirm when they would be checking out (turned out to be very early!). I called the store in a panic, and she offered to work on the bouquet ASAP and then booked a cab for quicker delivery without charging me extra. I didn't think businesses did this anymore, but I guess I found the one corner of the world where customer service is truly still a thing. She even sent me photos of the flowers she was going to use, and then the final bouquet. It came out gorgeous and both my mom and me couldn't have been happier. So thankful - I hope you guys exist forever!

Recently informed the owner that I wished to purchase a sympathy bouquet of flowers for a friend who had to put down her two dogs (Newfoundland Brothers). I let the owner know my budget was $140 and the person really liked purple flowers. When I picked up the bouquet I was so disappointed with the arrangement. There were approximately 6 yellow roses, some purple carnations and white daisies. The owner replaced the white daisies with some small light purple flowers. Given the circumstances of the loss I was thoroughly disappointed and embarrassed when I delivered the flowers. I could have picked up a bouquet myself at one of the grocery stores in Gravenhurst for 1/3 of the price. I will never return to this florist.

Whether it is during very busy times like Mother's Day or Valentines Day Alana has never wavered from an amazing touch with her selection of flowers and her exceptional customer service. Flowers were ordered online from London, for delivery in Gravenhurst. It was an "expression of sympathy". Although the flowers were beautifully done, the arrangement was much smaller than I would have liked (Family sent me a photo). I should have called the order in , to make sure that we communicated better our expectations. I should have picked an arrangement from the choices available, and not left it up to the florist to guess what I or the family would like. I would use this florist again, but call in the order to make sure that I have spent enough money to meet my requirements.
