This is a great florist in the heart of Whitby. on August 15, 2021 our daughter got married and bita floral took care of all the floral arrangements. The owner and manager, Rouz, is very professional and his team very friendly. They are more than willing to make you happy, they go beyond any expectations. The flowers were very, very fresh, even after more than one week with proper care they are still alive. Price related they are flexible and work within your budget. I can only add that I can recommend this local business with the most confidence. Thank you Rouz and team.

My mum and I recently started going to Bita Floral after receiving a stunning bouquet last year from a friend. They never disappoint! A couple of weeks ago we noticed they make artificial flower arrangements for head stones. We were so nervous it might not turn out exactly how we wanted, but we were completely blown away with the finished product. They listened to our concerns and completed exceeded our expectations! 10/10 would recommend. Every time we have ordered flowers from them we have had someone knew make our flower arrangements, the consistency is exceptional. No need to look any further, you have found what you're looking for!

In America all the arrangements are the same, but here was a true artist at work. The owner crafted an elegant arrangement that far surpassed anything I had purchased from my local florist shop in America. I think she “paints” using flowers. Please consider this beautiful shop if you want to send flowers that the recipient will love. Her arrangement lasted almost 2 weeks! I highly recommend.

Wanting to support local and reading other great reviews, it is with pleasure to add another 5 star review to their profile. Rouz was just great to deal with from start to finish. From communication, organization, quality and quantity of greens, flowers and decorations provided, (and of course the help of his mom :) )allowed us to have just a great afternoon of laughs and bring home a beautiful centerpiece. We were his first larger group of participants and it ran smoothly and would definitely recommend for other business to do this sort of thing with their team! Highly recommend.
