I received two fabulous bouquets from a couple of my sons for my Birthday from Rose & Wild they were seriously the most beautiful arrangements of fresh flowers and greenery I have ever seen.and at age 68 I have seen many. I would absolutely rate Rose and Wild Florist 5 Stars for a few reasons. First being their bouquets are stunning. The flowers are big and beautiful and they last a long time. Secondly, after a mistake that was made on my first order over Mother’s Day (which I understand is the busiest time a year for a florist) where the card I ordered was forgotten. I let them know and they were very accommodating. To make up for it they made me a new bouquet for the following month for my moms birthday which turned out incredible and she was so surprised and happy to get those flowers again! Lastly, the owner is lovely and very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend this florist to anyone in the Kamloops area.

I purchased some flowers for my mother's birthday, and I was blown away. The flowers looked perfect. The staff were friendly, and were happy to accommodate a couple of requests I had about the arrangement. I will be using Rose and Wild for every future flower purchase, and would recommend them to anyone!

Unpleasant experience with the owner. BTW, there are no instructions on the website that says I needed to add a code to get free delivery. And when a customer asks to have flowers delivered on a given day, they don't mean the day before. Assuming that a customer has "made a mistake on when they want a delivery" is very presumptuous and arrogant. You can keep the $11 overcharge for the "free delivery" and put it towards paying that nice associate that answered the phone the 3 times I called. She was very friendly and polite. Kamloops Florist downtown will get my business next time.

My wife was late on picking up flowers, and every place was closed by the time she realized she still hadn't gotten any. When we called Rose and Wild Florist, Fe answered and said his shop was closed, however that he would be more than happy to help her out for this special occasion. This gentleman drove all the way from Juniper to meet my wife, opened up the shop and let her pick from the stunning assortment that they had. The flowers in the shop were all so fresh and vibrant, absolutely beautiful. Rose and Wild even had non alcoholic champagne to go with the flowers! Customer service was beyond amazing, excellent variety and a very well kept floral shop. We will most definitely be doing all of our flower shopping here from now on! If I could post 10 stars I would! This small local business has opened their shop before shop hours to accommodate a family that needed a casket spray. With two hours’ notice they had one ready! The service was excellent. Same day delivery and the flowers I wanted which were tropical stems, and a variety of greenery. It was such a welcome surprise for mom who I haven’t seen for so long. Her favourite flowers. Before I left the shop I was given a free bouquet of flower stems for myself. It’s a new gift with purchase that Rose and Wild are doing for all customers. So so so happy. That was so beautiful to experience. The customer experience was incredible. Thank you.
