I recently ordered a birthday bouquet for delivery as I live out of town. It was delivered on the same day as promised and was absolutely gorgeous. It made my mums day, she was thrilled. The personalized message that you're able to add was a nice touch! They're super friendly and easy to deal with, called me to let me know that they didn't have the mylar balloons but would add extra flowers to make it up. All in all, wonderful experience and would recommend! Thank you Newell for your help on such a special day!

Sent a beautiful delivered arrangement to a friend for Mother's Day. They were not able to deliver on the Sunday, however, the did deliver on the Saturday and was the highlight of the day for my best friend. Easy to order online, however, little information regarding the available chocolates. Will surely use again.

I received a memorial gift from a cousin in Saskatchewan, but she made a mistake with the order and had presumably forgotten that I had chosen a live bouquet of flowers and she chose a planter instead. The planter did not appeal to me, so I phoned Newell Flower shop where my cousin had placed the order & upon speaking with the owner he did a very nice thing for me. He told me to bring the planter back and he'd see that a nice bouquet of flowers were made up for me. He was true to his word. I appreciated that so much, so I made a flower vase purchase to help support their local business. To the owner & staff: Thank you for your kindness, compromisation and great customer service. Ordered grad wrist corsage. Band was abnormally small (and she is very small boned) My daughter managed to wear it for pictures but that was all she could handle as it cut off her circulation. When I called they basically said there was nothing they could do.
