We received a huge poinsettia from this store just over a week ago. My sister paid $95 for it as a Christmas gift to us. Almost half of the flowers and leaves have fallen off to the floor, despite having not watered/overwatered it. We called the florist, but got no satisfaction. Actually she did send us this little tiny box of dollar store chocolates for our trouble

Can't say enough great things about this place! Friendly staff and great product! I asked for something for $50 including delivery. And they sent a beautiful full arrangement! I paid double for something half as good from awesome blossom. I will never go anywhere besides barbs ever again!

Don't live in the Kamloops area so was kinda flying blind on this one. Called Barb's bouquets and felt I hit the jackpot! The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable both about the flowers and what was acceptable at the hospital where they were being delivered. Phoned in the morning and by the afternoon a colourful fresh bouquet - full of flowers not fillers - was being enjoyed by my aunt. The price point was also great. Would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to family and friends! Thanks so much for the great service!

I received cut flowers on Saturday for Mother's Day from my son. I found that on delivery the flowers where popping out of a 9inch glass container. Had to push them down - which made me think that they needed to be secured better. Lovely display but some of the flowers died rather soon.

I ordered a "cut" bouquet without a vase or basket with a $50 value (delivery extra) for my mom for her birthday. I can only describe what she received as sparse & underwhelming. In expressing my disappointment to the lady who dealt with my order, I was given a breakdown of price by flower. What they show online & in a vase for the same amount I spent is far more elaborate & exciting than the small, disappointing bouquet my mom received on her birthday. I will NEVER order from here again & I would strongly recommend you choose any other florist for your precious occasion!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ARRANGEMENT! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST - for what you pay the product is a complete rip off. Staff and owner are unhelpful when confronted with a problem about the order. Use Awesome blossom instead. I live in Victoria and wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. After a lengthy discussion with the staff member I picked the Teleforia rosy birthday bouquet. It has pick roses and orange Lilly's with some green accent flowers. The staff member assured me for $50 dollars the bouquet would be BEAUTIFUL. They added the $12 delivery fee and tax so I'm into the flowers for over $70 bucks. My sister sent me a picture of what was actually delivered. It had 5 pink carnations, 4 orange daisies and green leaves. I hated it and felt completely ripped off. I contacted the florist immediately and explained my disappointment in the arrangement for the money I spent. I spoke with both the original staff member and the owner. The staff member actually said to me, "I didn't know you wanted pink roses, if you did I would have told you we don't have pick roses." Are you serious!?!? She also said, "we just talked about colours and I did wrap the flowers in Orange paper." Are you kidding me!?!? She went on to list all the flowers in the bouquet and claimed it was just a miscommunication. They offered to go pick up the sad bouquet and replace it with something else. I was so insulted and annoyed I told them they were welcome to pick them up but that I would be getting their competitor to make a new bouquet. This wasn't a miscommunication, it was a rip off! They picked up the flowers and I had to call my sister and explain what was going on, how embarrassing was that? I contacted Awesome blossom, the staff was friendly, professional and assured me the new bouquet would be beautiful and delivered first thing in the morning. And indeed the new bouquet was stunning and at the same price point as the arrangement Barb's created. If your out of town and looking for a florist use Awesome blossom NOT Barb's. Unless you want to pay for roses and get carnations instead that is!!!

Not living in Kamloops, I wasn't sure where to order flowers from other than the usual, Safeway, etc. I came across Barb's website and found a beautiful bouquet that I've never seen before. It was for my Mom's Birthday and it delivered more beautifully than the picture online showed! I highly recommend Barb's Bouquets!

I had a few fears as I read some earlier reviews that weren't very positive but after speaking with the wonderful women at Barb's Bouquets, any and all fears disappeared completely. I learned while at the shop that a new owner took over at the beginning of October and she is all about excellent service and completely satisfied customers. I wanted a classy but simple (and affordable) bouquet for my wedding yesterday. The florist understood exactly what I wanted and after showing me what she thought would look beautiful, elegant and was reasonably priced ($75.00), I left them to work their magic. At the end of the day, I was so excited to pick up my bouquet. It was beyond stunning. It was a small wedding but everyone commented on how beautiful the bouquet was, how it went with my navy and champagne coloured dress perfectly and they all loved the ribbon that they wrapped around the stems and accented with some jewellery. It traveled well all the way to Kelowna and back, through wind and a variety of temperatures and I know it will look beautiful for many days to come. I am so pleased with Barb's Bouquet and am delighted that I trusted my gut feeling that they were the right florist for our special occasion.

Barb's is definitely under wonderful new owners. I received a beautiful gift basket from Barb's a few weeks ago. They paid great detail to the senders request as all items were perfectly packaged & custom picked for me. My mother couldn't have done it better herself. The lady who delivered the basket was kind & professional. I will for sure be calling & ordering custom baskets from Barb's. I have inquired and find the prices extremely reasonable. As much as I would love to open my basket & indulge in all of the amazing treats, I am holding off as I am enjoying admiring it too much. Thanks so much Cheryl, Janice & Angie:)
