I had two deliveries from these ladies. One thru a 3rd party. The 3rd party was not a great experience, but this company went out of their way to make it right. Called at time of delivery. Arrangements were beautiful. She went out of her way and turned around a bad situation that was not her bad situation to correct. Above and beyond customer service. I learned to call her 1st. Calling her directly equals stellar service, better pricing, and amazing flowers.
