I went with the "designers choice", and I am more then pleased with the flowers they delivered to my girlfriend. I asked for pink and purple, and they made the arrangement pink and purple AND all that beautifulness put into a hot pink vase! Highly highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed!!

My girlfriend used to do flower arrangements and both times she's been amazed at how good they are!! Last time with a little proper care the flowers lasted two and half weeks!! I recently ordered for a friend that lives close to this flower shop. I paid over $100 with delivery. Clarified it was a surprise as the recipient had recently been in a car crash. I paid extra for delivery as well on top of a "large bouquet ". Firstly, the flower shop called the recipient and told her they had flowers for her and asked if she could come pick them up!. Why?!?! I had paid extra for delivery. When i asked them about it, they said its "policy". Charging for delivery and then asking recipients to pick up the flowers and then pocketing the money is stealing!!! Secondly, the flowers they sent in the end were no where near the value i paid. Certainly not a large bouquet. Despite both myself and the recipients and her family complaining about the service and the delivery issue, they refused to give anyone money back simply stating "policy". I will never order from here again!! Honestly, not worth the money. Go anyehere else! I was so disappointed and EMBARRASSED to send flowers to a car crash victim to find out she was asked to DRIVE and pick them up!!!! Shame on you, Pretty Little Flowers!!! Disqusting. Why would anyone inconvenience someone with flowers if they have to drive to go get them?? :( Im giving a 1 star rating only because zero is not an option!

Customer Service Terrible! Received invoice with recipients name spelt wrong, Called back and had it corrected and requested corrected invoice be sent. Never received it. Was asked that arrangement was not delivered until after 5:30 They delivered it at 4pm because its a very busy time of year for us and someone was home. Again she reiterated how this was such a busy time of year. This was a sympathy arrangement not a valentine. I would think you would have a little more respect for a grieving customer.

During an already incredibly difficult time in our lives we lost one of our loved ones, my family tried to get flowers from this place for a funeral. The flowers they received were wilted and brown. The flowers they tried to replace them with were no better. When they tried to talk to the owner she was rude and would not take responsibility. She didn't really offer a solution. I was excited to check this place out as a possibility for our wedding. We live in spruce grove and really wanted to support a local business. However, when we walked in the door we were only acknowledged by a small white dog who lunged and barked at us. The staff sort of half looked up from the counter then continued on working. The dog then barked again at another customer. I actually work in the veterinary field so I love animals but this I found to be unprofessional and rude. Not the way to greet potential customers. I’ll spend my $2000 somewhere else.

Update: I'm pleased to announce that Tarah, the shop owner, contacted me this morning and provided a full refund. Worst experience ever. We tried to support a local business for a family members funeral. The quality of the flowers was subpar, brown and wilted. Although the owner tried to rectify the situation, by swapping out flowers, the flowers she used to replace the wilted ones were of even poorer quality. To make matters worse, their driver came and picked up the casket spray in the middle of our visitation. When discussing our dissatisfaction with Tarah, the owner, she placed blame elsewhere instead of taking responsibility. She offered a refund which we assumed was a full refund, only to give back 1/4 of what we paid. In my opinion, Tarah was very unprofessional and unreputable. My advice would be to stay clear of this business, especially if you are ordering flowers for an important event.

My friend ordered a succulent basket for the passing of my father- she said to spend up to $100 to make a beautiful arrangement. When they delivered the arrangement I texted her to thank her for the gift -including a picture (a 10 year old could have done a better job) the arrangement was a tiny 4x8 wood en box with 4 tiny succulents).My friend was completely embarrassed as to what they had delivered- maybe it was an error. My friend made a reply when they confirmed the delivery and they did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge her response. Previous reviews seemed to be good so not sure if it was just a bad day or what?? I would be Leary to order anytime without seeing what they are sending.

Well, where do I start. I was a typical Husband that forgot to order before the wife's 50 birthday. When I realized I had screwed up and needed to make a quick plan to save me. I did a quick interweb search. Decision time pick the first one!!! Wrong, the website was not even in Spruce Grove, try maybe India? Could not get the site to work. Called the customer service line, got some guy name Fasirigoeee.... Very poor English. I askiask I could just pick up on my way home, Farsighrag.... says "he would have to call the store" at least I think he said that. He may have been giving me directions or maybe he said " I wish I was laying on the floor" not really sure???? So I ask him, "are you guys in Spruce Grove" to my surprise he said "no, we are a call center" or " Po, he part the fall off of the year" again not sure. I ended up calling Pretty Little Flowers" the person who answered the phone was so helpful and within a few minutes she had my order done. Took my card number and bamm done. Delivery was so quick. The Wife loves the flowers. And high quality. Will definitely buy here again. Just hope now the first place did not charge anything to my card. Maybe we will receive a truck load of flour from India.
