If you live in Big Canoe they will not deliver to your house...got a call from the gym where they dropped them off for me to pick up my own flowers that my daughter had sent me for my birthday...I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM POOR SERVICE SHE WOULD NOT HAD ORDERED FROM THIS FLORIST IF SHE WAS TOLD THAT THEY MAKE PEOPLE PICK UP THEIR OWN FLOWERS????

I live in Columbus Ga and sent Birthday flowers to my mother-in-law in Bent Tree. Was unaware that they were headed out of town for her Birthday on the Sat. morning of them being delivered. After I found out, I called and left a message at the Florist to see about redelivery at a later date, as I was sure they didn't leave them with them at the gate. I received a call back on Monday from what I was to assume was the owner of the florist to have her tell me the her driver couldn't get anyone to the door and they tried to get intouch with my mother-in-law via phone and couldn't. So she instructed them to just leave them at the door. Yes she said at the door!! I stated you can't be serious you left fresh cut flowers on a door step in this April heat. They want last 20 mins. She proceed to say they do not do redeliverys and that they left word with the gate to try and get intouch with the recipient as they had no luck. I'm sorry but this is just bad business. No where on their website does it say we stop, drop and roll on off from where you sent your arraignment not carrying if they get them or not. Why would they, they have your money. I would have expected a hang tag with a simple "attempted to deliver" and "Call for instructions on redelivery or pickup " seeing they are a telafloral vender, wonder what they would say... A total disappointment, to top it off the original design I picked was not able to be made. I was called that Sat. morning before delivery to be told they didn't have the orchids in stock for the mint julep design and had to redesign something of a spring bouquet of lilies and roses. Also to be told that the website didn't charge me enough for the delivery. So I paid more for not want I wanted and for them to be left out in the heat... Would say buy at your own risk!!!

I've tried repeatedly to get ahold of them via email and yet no response. One response I did receive but It was informing me that they would contact me But no response. I e-mailed again and nothing. I wanted so much to work with them as they had a bouquet my bride would have loved.

Highly recommend!! Great ladies! Connie was working on an arrangement and I came in needing a small order. She said it would be a while. She could tell I couldn't wait. Before I knew it she had my arrangement fixed up and out the door. It was perfect and the flowers were fresh, as I wanted, and beautiful! Not to mention how nice and accommodating.

WE ordered a spray for my brother, Tommy this week..when the lady gave my husband the price of it, I thought it must be too small because it was really below what I found any where on the internet. The lady (Im sorry I forgot her name) said to tell me it would be beautiful..and it was..it was big and beautiful..me and my family were very happy with it, couldnt have ask for a better one.Just one thing we didnt have to worry about..Thank you so much for what you made for my brother.

After my 5th time having the ability to do business with a local company that is called Jasper Florist, I couldn't be more pleased. Connie is such a pleasure to do business with. The flowers she delivered each time were on time and lasted much longer than the 800&%# flower online sales. I can call her and get same day delivery any day of the week. As a traveling businessman, sometimes I need to have short notice or same day deliveries to My Queen. Connie has always been able to handle our needs.

I was reading the reviews and thought I would post my opinion..... Some people think they are not the problem that the florist is...............If people that orders off of the websites would just read what is posted on the website, they would see that it says the flowers being delivered to Big Canoe are DELIVERED to the Fitness Center and the delivery person calls the recipient to let them know the flowers are there. As far as I know every florist in Jasper only delivers to the Fitness Center at Big Canoe. None of them deliver them directly to the homes there. I just wanted people to know that it is not the florist fault and they should not be giving them a BAD reviews because they did not read what is wrote in Black and White on the JASPER FLORIST and GIFTS website. Every time I have ordered from Jasper Florist, they have always done a wonderful job. The flowers are always beautiful and I feel like I actually get more than what I pay for. So Kudos's to Jasper Florist.
