I ordered flowers for my wife online from Jasper Flower Company on December 30th to be delivered locally,the same day. They never arrived, I tried calling only to be met with a message from Verizon saying the number could not be completed as dialed. After several attempts,the same message. I didn't receive a call saying they were delayed,or would not be able to deliver on said date. I was charged for the BEST arrangement in this category, only to receive a much smaller arrangement. 8 flowers for$90.00. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!! David M. Thank you! David made things right. I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Flowers were ordered for me on 02-13 to be delivered on Valentine's Day. An email confirmation of the order was received on 02-13. Repeated calls were made on Valentine's Day because the order was not delivered. Each time he was told it was out for delivery. Then finally at 5 pm I was called to be told that my flowers weren't being delivered because they don't deliver to Nauvoo. She said they called the number on the order and sent an email. It's funny how he got the confirmation email but nothing else. And if you had already contacted the one who placed the order why would you feel the need to call the recipient at 5 pm. If you didn't deliver there all you had to do was let him know and he could have made other arrangements. But don't send a confirmation if you're not gonna deliver and there was no missed call from there. A simple I'm sorry at 5 pm on Valentine's Day night does not suffice !

Unfortunately I had to call with a problem concerning my floral order. Steve, the owner was the most honest and accommodating man. I truly appreciate him. He offered 2 solutions to my problem without hesitation. He has a true customer service work ethic. I recommend Jasper Floral Company ????%.

Very disappointment and will never order thru any online company that uses this florist again! This is the second time and only used a second time due to credit from mistake first time! Online company showed where florist had stated to substitute on both occasions and sent a small and ugly arrangement versus the more expensive one I ordered. Never have I had a problem in many years as I did with this florist. Online company refunded money but actual florist doing the order hung on me after saying Oh well too bad it’s been delivered. Absolutely no customer service and rude!

Did an online order February 13th at 1:00 and recieved confimation email that order was received. Called at 1:00 February 14th to verify and was told all orders where out for delivery. Called back at 3:00 and was told same thing and was asked where it was to be delivered and I told her Nauvoo and she ask who was recieving it and I told her. Called back later from another number and was told that the order had been made late and that they did not deliver to Navoo. So at 5 o'clock on Valentines day I have no flowers for my wife. Thanks Jasper Floral you have ruined Valentines for me. I will never use this shop nor will I recommend them.
