I called close to 11:00 to order a plant for a funeral. Initial customer service over the phone was great. Prices were good. Was promised delivery within the next hour. It took 6 hours for delivery. If they had just told me from the start delivery would be later or at the end of the business day, I would not have been expecting or waiting for the plant at the funeral home.

I called close to their closing time on a Friday wanting flowers sent to a young cousin of mine who had surgery. I told them I was fine with the flowers being delivered on Saturday since it was so late Friday. Even though they were absolutely covered up with orders to get out the Rachel with whom I spoke worked hard to find a way to do this for me. I live in another town and had never ordered from them but even though I wasn't already a customer she went out of her way for me and made a young girl very happy. This joint will not deliver in my area. Yes, it's 10 mi. but they have a mileage charge and anyone not right in town is more than 8 miles. They must have something against certain types of people!
