Very impressed with this location! I have been waiting for it to open for over a year now. The ladies who work here are aways so friendly and take time to answer all of my questions instead of tell me to look at a screen like other shops I have been to. They even let me bring my dog in to the store and have a water dish for dogs and also keep dog treats in the store! I have never used CBD before shopping at this location and since shopping here and learning about the benefits, CBD has become a part of my daily routine. Thank you to Jackigh and Courtney for making me and my dog's day every time we see you!

This is a place that I never intend to give my business again. Walking in to receive a condescending attitude from staff, with a basic implication that I know nothing about what I want! Way to make a customer feel comfortable. Better yet once I stated I was just looking around to get an idea of what the store was like, BAM full gear car salesman comes out. If I say I’m just going to look around let me be and help a customer who needs assistance. And yes I love a belittling attitude towards my previous source of products. “They can’t give you all this information” well no they don’t have colourful little cards with emblems on them, one thing they do have in comparison to Fire and Flower is a level of respect towards customers.

Like others I'm still hesitant to use my real name as I work a white collar job but I just wanted to say how much I thoroughly enjoyed the experience - I've been buying off of MoMs and while their prices are a little better the peace of mind in knowing I'm purchasing legally and the expertise I can leverage in identifying the strains most suitable to me is something I definitely anticipate enjoying. Lots more variety than im used to. I hope that the prices are only temporary though as I imagine low supply/high demand will make this a seller's market until the industry starts to scale.

I feel empowered knowing the all the details of my purchases. Compared to other dispensaries, this one takes the cake for friendliness, cleanliness, and overall experience. 100% recommend!

Just had the most wonderful experience at the Jasper Ave and 115st location. Not only do I love that this Cannabis store is just a short walk from my home, but I absolutely love the way they explain their products. The knowledge/learning guide at the front and all the colour coding, symbols etc make it so easy to browse on my own... Not to mention the amazing customer service I got. The Fire & Flower representative really helped me get exactly what I was looking for, first by analyzing the past products I enjoyed and finding me multiple options to choose from and move forward with. She equipped me with a new apparatus for smoking and even hooked me up with a fresh FIRE & FLOWER Toque. She made my experience so fun and so knowledgable... I will definitely be going here on the regular. I am so grateful we have evolved into a society that can purchase weed in such an enlightening and empowering experience/formate. I wish we could purchase alcohol in the same way. So much less about massive consumption and so much more about picking & tailoring the most wonderful experience possible. I use 'bud' often for my creative work and I am so excited to get down to it this afternoon after that amazing experience! Cheers! And thanks again.

i had an amazing experience at the fire and flower on jasper ave this past week. i am not a frequent consumer of cannabis and the staff helped me so much and show me items that i might enjoy for an evening of relaxation. i ended up choosing an infused sparkling water and it was simply perfect! if i could give this location more stars i would...such an amazing team, so helpful and amazingly friendly and welcoming! keep up the amazing work friends !

Least expensive weed was $12/g. Product was bone dry, no need for a grinder. The contents of 1g jar were 0.8 This is in no way better than a street dealer. Absolutely not a clue why anyone would pay more money for poorer quality and accept that the contents haven’t even been weighed in front of you. Really really really bad. Not one reason to return.

I asked the cashier to confirm what form of cannabis my product was in, and after literally shaking the container multiple times, she and a coworker she had called over resolved that it "sounds like bud" but couldn't confirm. She then humorously told me to leave a Google review if the product wasn't what I ordered. It was, however I am still in shock that she would sell me something without knowing for sure what it was. Further to this, I found the staff to be very condescending. I recall one lady said "I'm so excited to teach you about weed," which is somewhat offensive given that the assumption is I didn't know much. Not surprisingly, I knew more than her. Lastly, I was not asked to show my ID at the til, nor was the person I was with. We expected a two part verification as we were told when we entered. My experience took place at the St. Albert location. Perhaps not all of their stores are in such a state of disorder.

Went into the jasper and 115 st location to get a bag of shred. Got a couple packs of zigs and a cartridge for my pen too! They have amazing prices and the staff are great! No pressure at all. Thanks for the fun atmosphere.

I have been waiting two years for this store to open! What took so long? I visited the store this week and had a nice experience. As an old hippie, I appreciated the funky style of the girl working there. Far out! She recommended some edibles to try and I was impressed with the whole transaction up until I asked about the senior's discount. She explained there is only a one time sign up reward of 20% off and then no farther discount, except on my birthday. *I decided to leave a 5 star review because the store was clean, service was great and product I purchased was high quality so I want to be supportive of a new business in my neighbourhood.* HOWEVER, as a company, Fire & Flower needs to think through the senior demographic. Most of us are living on a pension income, and a permanent discount which is offered by competitors just a FEW BLOCKS DOWN THE STREET, is very valuable to us. We, at our age, have not a lot to do, especially during a pandemic, so walking a bit farther to save some money, is something we will certainly do. **In closing, the new Fire & Flower on Jasper & 115 is a great store for YOUNG shoppers. Until Fire & Flower as a company changes their rewards program to offer permanent discounts for seniors, OLDER demographics should shop ELSEWHERE!**

Been to this store twice, great service and selection. Store is also very nice and stylish, and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went to this store cause my medical marijuana was sold out.Called them at 6pm and took a bus there.Arrived at 7:30 pm and had them tell me they could not sell me the strains I called about cause the they have meet their quota.But your more them welcome to come by tomorrow in the morning and we’ll sell u some then.I am handicapped and live on disability.This is not acceptable,I will never return.

I have been 2 locations since legalization St. Albert, and Namao. BOTH times the weed was dry as heck. It's too expensive for the junk you get. The weed I bought today, November 1, 2018 was PACKAGED ON August 13, for crying out loud?!?!? NEARLY 3 months ago. You had YEARS to get your act together and make legal weed something SPECTACULAR. Unfortunately your store just looks nice. There is nothing spectacular about anything, not the staff, and definitely not the product. WELL DONE...ahahaaaaaaaa.

Having been a medical grade organic consumer for a decade, I found the product to be "ok," and not "Your dealer's high grade is our medium grade." I find my dealer's high grade to make this place's high grade low grade. Also What's with this "We're going to get away from indica and sativa talk, that's just the type of plant..." No, it is not. This is a pandering to lost millennials. It's akin to big breweries trying to act like microbreweries stating their product is the same. Glad I went in to check it out, have fun with it kids; learn to grow hippy medical grade organic on your own and you'll never use this place. Useless and waste of time and money.

This company is bringing social responsibility to the Canadian cannabis industry with a focus on education and community engagement. The legitimacy they bring to the table is not going unnoticed - it's brands like this that will help to end the stigma. I wish I could write this with my primary Google account which is a level 7 guide but unfortunately that stigma still exists. Would love to see products on display in store but perhaps with time - to the reviewer below: legalization isn't until the 17th so they are not open to the public yet.

Very dissatisfied. Weed was dry and the one eighth I did buy was just a dry bag of shake. The pre rolls also burned black and would not stay lit. Harvested too quickly or not drained properly. For 90$ worth of weed, what a knee slapping joke. Highway robbery

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. at this particular location. Pleased with the wide array of varieties and selection. It’s worth noting they follow AHS protocols with every visit. Pro tip: Being a Spark member has its perks!

I love this location specifically! The employees are really knowledgeable, they always know what to recommend me based off of what kind of experience I want to have. I’ve also always had a good experience with everything they’ve recommended! They also have a pretty wide selection of various cannabis products (edibles, drinks, oils, vape pens, pre rolls/mini pre rolls), and they carry a ton of mainly CBD products with lower THC, which I’ve found not many dispensaries have and those are some of the only types of products that work for me since I have a fair bit of anxiety as is. Would recommend the Quatreau CBD cucumber + mint soda, the Veryvell lemon soda, and the raspberry chocolate edibles (i can’t remember the brand). All super calming. They also carry CBD bath salts which are amazing. I also got a vape pen which has mainly CBD which seem to be harder to find and it’s also great. I don’t exactly live close to this location, but tbh from now on I’ll be going there as long as they keep their current staff. They never make me feel dumb for asking questions, and I’ve had a lot of experiences with different dispensaries where the staff sort of roll their eyes if you aren’t a cannabis expert which makes me very anxious to even go there.

If there were some kinks in anyone’s experience just give it a few weeks, stores like this have literally never existed before. Keep doing what you’re doing Fire and Flower!

I was downtown today for some medical appointments and stopped by the Fire and Flower on Jasper Avenue. Greeted by a lovely young lady who gave me a store tour and chatted with me about why I ended up downtown. She even recommended a new sandwich shop that had recently opened on Jasper Avenue which I tried and loved. I learned so much from my conversation with her today about terpenes, that I am going to take her advice and start a cannabis journal to start documenting the strains I am trying. Today was such a lovely experience that I think I may venture back to Jasper Avenue again to visit with this lovely young lady, Jakeigh, again some time. Worth the drive!
