I want to apologize to Rhonda and the other folks at Always Remembered. I based my original negative review on my own misunderstanding. I saw the time stamp on the delivery notice and assumed the flowers had just been delivered as with UPS, FEDEX and Amazon notices. Not so. Always Remembered actually delivered them well in advance of my aunt's service, and I know the arrangement would been just as beautiful as pictured online. Their productions are always stellar. Now they get my thanks and kudos. Despite my request for an early delivery of an arrangement for my aunt's funeral, they delivered it a day later we'll after the time of the funeral. I am no at all happy with their service.

Needed baloons filled, owner was courteous enough. Advised that my rubber baloons would not hold helium over night. I went to my local dollar store to have them filled. After four days, the baloons were still holding and looked great.

My mom got home from the hospital yesterday and I called around noon today, ordered her favorite yellow roses, and they were delivered within a couple of hours after ordering them! The customer service was great, and the flowers were gorgeous!! I definitely recommend Always Remembered Flowers & Gifts for any of your floral needs in and around Jasper, Tx. They even delivered right to my mom’s front door, which was a plus!

My husband was going to surprise me with having flowers and a candle delivered for our anniversary and they called MY phone to ask directions to my house. Completely ruined the surprise. I don't know what color he originally ordered but he said the roses were the wrong color. After asking directions to my house and me giving specific directions including the color and make of my car sitting out front and me standing in my yard she still passed my house up ????????‍♀️ Not very happy with our over all experience.

Rebel made me the most beautiful red rose and pearl wedding & Maid of Honor bouquets I’ve ever seen in my life! Even though she was helping her mother to recover in her personal life. She is a wonderful godly woman who has amazing artistic talents! The men looked handsome with their bootiners and she also went above and beyond working with my wedding cake decorator for the red roses used for decoration ❤️ I cannot say enough about the quality and pricing!
