Absolutely content with the flowers which were for a family funeral. I ordered them at 11am and they arrived at The funeral home at 1.30pm the same day. The flowers were front and center at the Church which means a lot to Italian families. Our family couldn't be happier with the assortment and arrangement. Thank you very much for a job well done. It made my parents' day at such a difficult time. Everyone was asking where we got the arrangement so I let them know... It was well worth the drive from Barrhaven. Good quality flowers and good service. I called last minute on the busiest weekend of the year (Mother’s Day) and they were able to accommodate me in a timely fashion in less than 30 minutes from calling and I went and picked them up. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, the greenery they used to fill the bouquet were also very nice and it was a mixture of different types. The flowers I had selected were; tulips, roses and sunflowers.

This place was a complete let down. No variety, overpriced and such low quality flower.I was told a certain price and when she added the flowers up she doubled her price and tried to negotiate with me. She has done this to other people and it’s not right. Be very cautious as the flowers are very overpriced for the quality and quantity. Many other great florists around the area.

I rarely express or complain about my customer service experience but today I had the worst clientele service ever. The owner screamed and hung up on me because I was asking around what time my delivery would arrive. When buying flowers to cheer up a friend who is going through a rough time you certainly don't expect that. This is certainly not a way to treat clients.

I found Mille Fiore Flowers through a Google search to send flowers to my cousin to offer our condolences after her father died. She sent a photo of the bouquet when she received them to thank us. What a beautiful bouquet! More beautiful and larger than I had anticipated. I was going to write directly to the company to thank them but thought a Google review might be better for them. Great customer service! I had ordered a bouquet for a relative in the hospital. I got a call back shortly after my order to advise me that they don't accept Lilies flowers in hospitals and was given advice on what other flowers to substitute. I would normally give a 5 stars to this flower shop because usually I get beautiful flowers. This time around my husband picked up a bouquet and it cost him 13$ more than usual (and I always order the same bouquet). When I called to ask why the price difference and let them know the roses had died within 4 days, I was told what do you want me to do , you don't have to shop at our store. Plain rude! After a few back and forth with the situation she offered to reimburse the flowers if I bring them back. Really, an apology goes a long way and what's with being rude to customers??? Very displeased with the customer service. I guess you see the real side of people when an issue comes up.

Worst customer service ever! ordered fall themed bouquet with sunflowers, got a summer flower bouquet not even one sunflower, a bunch of pink carnations! called to ask how my order got mixed up, was told i got more expensive flowers. I ordered$100 fall themed arrangement that is what i wanted not someone deciding to change the flower colors and types to make something they thought was better. she offered to pick up my order and refund my money exactly how will this fix the 60th birthday centerpiece i needed and thought i had ordered? what you should of offered to do was send over sunflowers to add to the arrangement and fixed it. Will never ever order from here again. if i could give a zero star i would. major disappointment for a 60th fall themed birthday, this arrangement was suppose to be the center piece. Thanks for taking my money Mille Fiore.

I ordered a product off their site 3 days in advance before delivery and I was called on the delivery day to be made aware they did not have the product I purchased. They offered me a couple alternative options with no mention of the cost difference. I have no idea what they sent me and if it was less expensive than what I actually wanted. They seemed disorganized. Overall I’m disappointed.

I was so happy to have found Mille Fiiore Floral, I had a vision for what I wanted and even though not all the flowers I wanted were available for such a tight timeline which I had ( 1 week I believe it was!), they were able to show me alternatives which still made the bouquet look just as wonderful and the end result was truly gorgeous!! It achieved the modern whimsical look I was going for and the flowers lasted all day!!! They even had some life to them a few days later and I never put them in water, the owner put a drenched plant foam piece under the stems to feed the flowers water and this truly made them alive! This was not visible to the eye and worked so perfectly. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone looking for flowers for any type of occasion and for very friendly and reliable service as well as a work of art! Thanks so much!!!!

The arrangement ordered was even more beautiful than what was pictured. My mother was extremely impressed both with the flowers and the delivery person. Even two weeks later, some components of the bouquet still remain. It is always a challenge to order cross country as one never knows what the quality will be like.
