Excellent customer service and after care! The owners genuinely care about their customers and the plants and flowers they take home. They have helped me pick out some great plants and planters for my home, and have been very patient with my plant care questions. They really went above and beyond when I had a plant with great sentimental value that I had not purchased from their store that was on the brink. I messaged them ON THEIR DAY OFF and they got back to me with advice on how to revive her!

Calling this place a simple 'Plant Store' would be too reductive. These folks not only sell plants, they help diagnose sick plants and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to growing tricky ones. They (held) hold workshops on everything from terrarium creation and maintenance, to arrangements and bouquets. They may have taken a hit during quarantine, but will hopefully be able to continue providing for small local weddings. You will never feel more comfortable around greenery than in this environment <3

Really amazing experience. I'm not familiar with Ottawa and nice places for flowers. The look of the bouquets on their website looked fresh, seasonal, and modern so I went with them and they did not disappoint! We had a mix up with the flowers not being delivered the first try, and when I inquired to resolve the problem, they were SUPER quick and helpful to resolve the issue and sent a new bouquet asap. Great communication and genuine experience. I would 100% order from them again and I fully appreciate their customer service. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone. Cheers guys!
