I've bought flowers from Fine's many of times. I've even ordered on the phone and received a picture from the recipient and can say they don't cheap out or deliver a bad batch. Thank you to the girl last night who helped me pick out a rose for my date. It went so well. So well that I had to come leave a review to show my appreciation for your help! She knew exactly what I needed to bring to show I have feelings for this person but not be over the top and come across as needy. It worked out! Thanks so much!!

I called to find out if they sold house plants and the woman I spoke to on the phone was helpful and very friendly. She helped me pick out a Christmas cactus and has a huge selection of beautiful succulent gardens, ferns and beautiful house plants!

Top-notch long lasting and high quality flowers and potted plants with a warm, personalised famil- like customer service. Used to visit them weekly when working downtown and my mom had the pleasure of receiving a bouquet last week, the nicest one she had ever received! I just received the most stunning bouquet of stargazer lilies I've ever seen, and they smell so good. I've gotten flowers from fine's many times and they always have the highest quality of flowers. this bouquet is perfectly balanced with lilies in various stages of bloom which will greatly increase the amount of time I'll be able to enjoy these. my only suggestion I wish florists would include a small warning note when bouquets include poisonous flowers. lilies are extremely toxic to cats, even just the water they are in can kill a cat if ingested.

I normally don't write reviews but I felt like I should because this is the last time I'm buying a house plants from this store. It's getting way too expensive buying an over priced houseplant that I have to repot immediately after. I'll start off by saying, the staff is incredibly kind and the store is a cute little green escape in centretown. Sadly, I had to buy another pot everytime I bought a plant from here. A majority of them were root locked or with long roots hanging from the drainage holes which happens when you don't repot when necessary. I suggest checking the bottom of plants before purchasing here.

I purchased these flowers online while living overseas (Australia) for my partner back in Ottawa. I'm pleased to say the flowers were delivered in a timely manner and appear to be of excellent quality. Unfortunately the penmanship on the card was less than ideal. I don't mean to insult the person who wrote it (as I myself have far worse penmanship), but it does mar what would have been a perfect surprise for my partner. All in all though, quite happy with the flowers and service itself.

I ordered a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend on our anniversary and they came well packaged, wrapped in plastic and in a cardboard box. The bouquet came in a nice curved vase and my personal note request was beautifully handwritten and put into a plastic holder in the middle of the bouquet. Maggie was also very kind and helpful in answering my questions about the flowers. The only issue was with the envelope holding the note. The flap was folded inwards, so my girlfriend had a hard time unsticking it from the note and it left some adhesive residue on the note. The employees really take pride in their work to ensure that every order is fulfilled as well as possible. I recommend this local flower shop for special occasions.

Nice enough place with lots of choice but after visiting the store a couple of times during the week (I work in the building) ..and making up my mind on which plant I wanted, I came by on Saturday (with the car since I use public transit during the week) at 5 minutes before closing and it was closed.... was then told by the person inside that they shut down before 2PM so they can have everything done so they can leave at 2PM... sorry, but if that is the case, please do not advertise the time you get off shift (I dont care about that) but do tell what time the store closes to the public (that I care about). Regardless, I found/discovered another plant store within 15 minutes, and they got my business and all future business also... super great experience by the way... exactly the kind you would expect when dealing with a marchant who cares about service.

This florist not only made a cheap arrangement she actually told me sister how much I spent and charged my sister $10 for a vase when we all know they pay $2 for those. How unprofessional is this woman omg. Also she wanted $15 delivery fee for walking the flowers 1 min walk They are clearly hurting for business and skimming customers to make up for it.
